We booked 4 rooms for our family tour and we had a great stay at Sapphire House. The rooms were cosy, clean and quiet. The breakfast was amazing with on-demand hot dish menu prepared for you! Front desk staff were very helpful and arranged a van for our group to commute to the station. The team was well diverse with Chinese speaking front desk staff as well. Highly recommend this hotel!

Nuovissima, bellissima struttura vicino al centro di Anversa con un servizio impeccabile, dove la disponibilità e la gentilezza del personale di accompagnano nel tuo soggiorno. Per contro la nostra Junior Suite, ubicata nel vecchio monastero, presentava qualche difetto, dalla camera da letto piccola, al bagno minuscolo e soprattutto alla ripidissima scale che collega l'ingresso alla zona giorno ubicata nel sotto-tetto, spazi non ben distribuiti e sistemati, la pulizia era invece ottima. Per la gentilezza e professionalità del personale ci ritornerei, per il tipo di camere no.

Le camere di questo hotel sono state come si aspettavano dalla descrizione e foto online. Le camere sono un po 'datato ma molto pulite. C'è un fermo di tram proprio fuori dall'hotel per permettere di arrivare rapidamente alla parte centrale della città. A pochi minuti di cammino dal centro della città, l'hotel non dispone di servizi alimentari, e il colazione incluso è stato standard per un centro vacanze espresso in Europa. L'A/C non funzionava perché è inverno, che non ha senso. Windows alla stanza aprirebbe solo 10 cm. Se volete un flusso d'aria o un aria fresca, le vostre opzioni sono ascoltare il rumore dalla strada con la finestra aperta o nulla. Non è irrealistico aspettare un sistema d'aria di lavoro, non importa quale sia l'ora dell'anno. Internet è stato veloce e affidabile. Nessun problema di streaming video o di zoom chiamate.

Hotel poco distante dal centro di Anversa, circa 20 minuti a piedi e di fronte alla stazione ferroviaria. Dispone di parcheggio (a pagamento) coperto. Camere un po' strette ma pulite e con divano, tavolo, tv, bollitore, wifi... credo tutto il necessario. Colazione a dir poco fantastica: si fa dai cereali, all'uovo preparato in vari modi, alla frutta, thè caffè cappuccino, verdure, dolci, brioches... per 20 euro si può fare tranquillamente colazione abbondante e saltare il pranzo, impiegando il tempo per visitare Anversa.

Unico neo, la parte a vetri che separa bagno e camera, un po' di privacy please

We LOVED this hotel, and wish we’d been able to stay much longer. The staff was extremely helpful, the room was lovely, but oh, oh, oh, the private terrace was HEAVEN! After negotiating stairs for the past two weeks to our rooms at various inns and hotels across Belgium, my husband could finally relax and not worry about tumbling down a staircase. There was only one step down to the room area. The front desk personnel were cheerful, knowledgeable, and very responsive to our needs. Breakfast was delicious and there was a lot to choose from. Best of all, it is super quiet here, even though the hotel is literally one street over from Grote Markt and all the attractions in the Old Town. We packed in a lot of sight-seeing, museums, and even visited the Diamond District before we had to leave. We would highly recommend Hotel Rubens.

Warm welcome. Nice clean & modern reception / rooms / bar. Bedrooms adequate size, clean, crisp white linen on comfortable beds. Smallish, but brand new shower room. Good quality 'pod system' coffee machine. Nice quality free toiletries. Not a lot of space for sitting / chilling and the bar shut at 8, but not a major issue as places to eat and drink til midnight within 50 yards, yet still quiet.. Three stars and better than the ( rubbish ) four star we left in Brussels. Would recommend this hotel

What can I say this hotel is truly special! Some of the best service I've experienced. from the welcoming reception to the complementary mini bar they do all the little things right. I had a classic room that overlooked the charming courtyard. It was quite large with high ceilings for the most basic room. every room has a unique style and mine fit me perfectly. The 2 Australian sisters who run the hotel could not be more friendly. Location is just far enough off Cathedral and Grote market to be peaceful but close enough to be there in a few minutes walk. Only minor complaint breakfast is bit sp****. Hidden Gem
