不知道這裏為什麼評分不高，我住過Tana其他酒店，這裏毫無疑問是最好的， Raddison ably的雙人床是很小的單人床拼的，睡一晚腰疼。這裏床和房間都很大。走出馬路還有一個提款機和大超市。早餐比Raddison Blu好太多了。非常豐盛。水果有點少。Tana當之無愧第一名,但價格確實有點太高了。

在當地算是很好的酒店了 服務也是非常的不錯👌😌 周邊去購物也還不錯的，有很大的兩個超市…………… 值得住

ホテルスタッフのサービスがよい。朝食か充実している。プールは短いが十分に堪能できる。大通りから少し路地を入ったところにあり、喧騒も無縁。素晴らしいホテル

Un ottimo business hotel piuttosto essenziale . Buoni i servizi come la Spa(piccolina) la palestra e lo Sky bar . La piscina è in posizione un po’ infelice sotto grandi alberi quindi sempre all’ombra . La suite era spaziosa e ben organizzata : grande guardaroba allestito ,tavolino toilette ,doppio lavandino e vasca .Doccia separata e wc separato . Soggiorno con mini bar e caffè e te . Buona la pulizia . Nota dolente : colazione davvero orribile ,pan cake immangiabili ,pasticceria veramente cattiva non lievitata e non ben cotta ,poca varietà di tutto,dalla frutta ai salumi e ai formaggi . Servizio in camera non all’altezza della struttura ,di scarsa qualità .

Very nice business hotel. Room is very spacious with all the amenities. Free fast internet. Suppose it is a quite new hotel. Breakfast offers range of excellent food. Bread selection is great. With a bean to coffee machine, the day starts well. Also breakfast is served at 0600, simply brillant for me. Staff is courteous.

The hotel is ok overall—clean rooms, ok location, and friendly staff. But there are several frustrating issues that really took away from the experience. The pool is out of service with no prior notice anywhere, which feels misleading. One of the elevators doesn’t work properly—people have been getting stuck because the doors don’t open, which is both annoying and concerning. On top of that, the TVs don’t support streaming, and the hotel refuses to allow HDMI access, which makes relaxing with your own content impossible. And surprisingly, there are no sugar-free drinks available anywhere, not even at the bar. It’s a shame, because the basics are solid, but the lack of transparency and flexibility makes it hard to fully recommend.

The Novotel Antananarivo is full of surprises! It is an oasis of comfort amongst the chaos and poverty of Tana. While that, in itself, is uncomfortable, we can only hope that increasing tourism $$ from those visiting the amazing country of Madagascar will lead to some improvements for the local population. Back to the review … the Novotel is modern, the rooms large and the facilities, first class. Service is excellent. And the food well surpassed expectations. The breakfast pastries were one of many highlights. And while sitting at the table/kitchen at the Japanese teppanyaki restaurant felt a little surreal, it was a great experience and delicious meal. It is only a short drive to/from the airport and the hotel-organised car transfers were reliable and comfortable.

This hotel exceeded our expectations. Good breakfast, spacious modern rooms, very comfortable beds. Staff and service were friendly and professional. Check ins were quite smooth. Extremely fast bell desk. Hopefully once the country improves roads/domestic air travel I will return, seems primed for tourism to pick up.

Had an overnight stay at The Novatel in Antananarivo before a morning flight. The property looks quite new and very modern. My room was spacious with everything you would expect. I had a 4am transfer to the airport for a 6am flight and the hotel was kind enough to provide me with a room service breakfast at 3.45am. There was so much food I couldn't eat it all.

I particularly enjoyed staying at this hotel as the staff couldn't do enough. The location and staff and food. We got a great Driver Thierry with the help of the hotel receptionist Pamela and he was with us all through our stay. Breakfast was delicious! Restaurant staff Rolland was amazing!

Genuinely an excellent and luxurious experience. I travel quite widely for work and for pleasure when possible and this is genuinely a stand out hotel experience for me. I like novotel, but this was very much more like the sofitel experience in the Accor stable. All elements of the hotel are genuinely excellent. Adding my loyalty card to the booking (which was originally made by my office) the front desk staff immediately upgraded me to a huge suite. This is the best recognition of loyalty I ever experienced as a Platinum member. The facilities of the hotel are all superb, the fitness and swimming pool are top grade. The rooms and public areas are beautiful and the restaurants and bars are welcoming and serve excellent food and beverages. The staff are genuinely excellent, providing a next level of hospitality. Not only the front desk experience described above, but more than once staff members observed me looking for somewhere or struggling with the lift and came straight over to help. Restaurant and bar staff were welcoming and remembered my orders. Genuinely this was a superb experience and I couldn't recommend highly enough. Some small feedback for improvement: Don't clean the pool during the open hours of the fitness studio, guests get up early to swim! Find a better way to share the guest info, even if it's old fashioned printed info. The TVs are unreadable to the point of being useless. Advise guests they need to hold the key cards against the lift units, it takes a bit of work to get used to. But these are tiny details in an otherwise impeccable experience. Thank you.

If you wanna find a very very good hotel in the capital of Madagascar, just choose this. Staff is really friendly, huge and clean rooms, I like the make-up mirror, delicious breakfast. For dinner we chose well prepared zebu& tried the local THB beer. Price of the alcool was ok.
