This was my fourth stay at this property. The room was clean and had the expected amenities. Everything in the room worked. They had sold out of non-smoking rooms, so it would be nice if more were available. During this stay, air-conditioning was not available. I turned it on to learn that it would blow only hot air. When the temp hit 26, I turned it off and opened the window. But that made the smoke from the hallway and/or other rooms to get pulled through my room. Yuck!
My rate included breakfast and I'd appreciate if they had butter for the toast and black ground pepper to season the hard fried eggs. The coffee machine ("Dr Coffee") seems to work correctly only half of the time (on multiple visits). The orange juice doesn't seem like real juice; it's more like an orange flavored drink. There aren't many western options but I guess there aren't many western visitors here either.

We will make sure to have these items available from now on. We're also aware of the issues with the coffee machine and the quality of the orange juice. We will either repair or replace the coffee machine and look into improving the quality of our orange juice offering.While we understand that our breakfast options may not be as extensive as what some Western guests are used to, we are constantly looking at ways to diversify our offerings based on guest feedback.Once again, thank you for your detailed feedback.
