Definitely I will go again. A calm nature and friendly staff. Rooms are very classy and clean. Highly recommended. I think this suits more for business travels since it’s closed to the city center. I didn’t get a time for shopping but there is. Shopping center called ‘360’ near to the hotel.

We recently had a wonderful 14 night stay at the Apart Best Hotel in GOP. The hotel was located in a prime location, one block off a Main Street in GOP which had several shops, stores, restaurants and bars to choose from. Our room was a two bedroom apart suite (I can’t remember what it was actually called). You entered by one door, and from that door there was a little entry way with two more doors. One door led into the suite which was large and comfortable. The suite included a full living room with balcony overlooking the city (I would say the best view of Ankara from anywhere) kitchen with stove, oven sink and fridge, full bathroom with a washing machine (which for a two week stay totally came in handy). Lastly, of course the bedroom with a queen size bed and I. Room safe. The other door led to its own hotel room, with bed, tv and its own bathroom. I went with a friend and it was ideal as we each got to enjoy the common living area but each had our own bathroom. The room is dated, but is very comfortable, clean and feels like home. I only have one negative comment and that was the internet which was very poor and spotty. I got over it though as I was on holiday and shouldn’t have been on my phone or iPad anyway. As for the services of the hotel, the pool area was fantastic with patio doors out to a garden area where you could sit on a sunny Ankara day. There is a full service restaurant/bar which has a full array of items and is delicious and the price is right! Breakfast is served daily and I highly recommend the chefs homemade simit (they were incredible). The staff off the restaurant were unreal, super friendly and made you feel even more at home. In fact, the entire team made the stay and experience more than top notch and more than five star. They were accommodating, friendly, caring and ready to help you in a second. By the end of the two weeks they were like old friends who genuinely cares about how you were doing. As someone who travels regularly both for work and pleasure, they are the reason that the Apart Best Hotel in Ankara is the place to stay when you are away. I again want to thank the staff for an amazing stay and an amazing time. We will be back and if you ever need someone to recommend you or a star for your commercial, I’m your guy! Booked this for my fiancé for her business trip. She loved it! Only down side was she couldn’t adjust the heat in her room so it was like a sauna but everything else was great

Ho avuto un'esperienza di amore e odio con questo hotel. Amo il suo senso di lusso (eccetto il loro SPA che può essere migliore), e allo stesso tempo odio l'esperienza dell'incidenza della scatola di sicurezza nella mia stanza che porta al danno della mia collezione limitata di sacchetto di cuoio di Timberland. Ma poi mi piace come hanno gestito l’incidente, e dopo una serie di negoziati mi hanno comprato al Panora Mall e mi hanno lasciato scegliere un sacchetto di Tommy Hilfiger come sostituto. Naturalmente, il negoziato non è stato facile, ma mi congratulo con loro per aver finalmente deciso di fare ciò che è giusto per rendere felice il cliente, e ringrazio in particolare l'onorevole Murak, uno dei dirigenti che mi ha accompagnato al centro commerciale e ha comprato un nuovo sacchetto. Quando l'incidente è avvenuto, ho lamentato tre amministratori, ma solo il signor Murak aveva il senso di empatia e ha seguito attentamente questo caso fino a quando la direzione superiore dell'hotel è venuta a raccontare le buone notizie della sostituzione del sacchetto. I was in Ankara for a week on business at the Days Hotel. This is my honest review. Just I add that for some reason this hotel is ‘by Wyndham’ but the one week point collection stay was not added to my Wyndham rewards membership for some reason unknown to me. Most of the men working at the front desk and breakfast area are smokers. They stand in front of the main entrance smoking and when they walk into the lobby it smells like cigarette smoke. I stayed in Room 306 for a week. The first 2 days, the same song was on repeat in the entire general area and restaurant of the hotel. Butterfly by Maria & Whitney. They might need a new ‘hotel dj”. They did change this after I mentioned it to the lady at reception. Gizem at reception is amazing. She was very helpful with arranging transport, check-in and tourist information. At breakfast there is a fresh open buffet with an Automatic Coffee machine, the machine makes nasty instant bitter coffee and since the day I arrived it was not serviced, I asked the man and lady at the breakfast area why there is no hot chocolate and they said the service man doesn’t show up. That coffee machine needs maintenance service but no one seems to care. The servers offer filter coffee but I prefer and expected a Wyndham group hotel to have espresso type coffees. The butter in the buffet corner sits outside in room temperature without any kind of cooling. As stated on the label, the maximum temperature it should be stored at is 4 Celsius. The breakfast room temperature is about 20 Celsius. The breakfast overall is traditional Mediterranean buffet. It is acceptable for this business hotel. Yeter, the cleaning lady was very intelligent and had common sense. She even organized my cosmetics. The bed, towels and sheets are lovely clean and in good condition. The TV does not have screen casting and barely any English channels so if you want to watch Netflix bring your own HDMI cable and laptop. If you get lucky the WiFi in the hotel room might work. The Wi-fi at this hotel is unstable. As you can see in the photos, you enter your ID # and room #. I had to do this 5-6 times while getting cut off every 2-3 hours each day. In the evenings the wifi is very weak, impossible to have international video calls. At night after 12 the internet connection is completely cut off. I had trouble conducting video calls with the USA and Portugal. Yalin at the night shift reception could not help as he said the internet service man is not available so he could not fix the wifi problem. The reception & lobby (work area) has a completely different wifi system. Obviously the internet gateway company is not good. The Days Hotel claims to be a business hotel but I was disappointed with this wifi internet hassle every day and every night. You can not depend on this hotel for Wifi and internet reliability. The best points were the excellent room with the comfortable bed and the prime location.

Quello che non mi piaceva: la stanza e il bagno erano un po'piccoli (ma non tragicamente). La gente fumava nel salotto del colazione e le ossa del personale dissero loro qualcosa nonostante il segno di ”non fumare” fosse grande e visibile a tutti. Infine l'ascensore era rotto quando eravamo lì (ma si è fissato il giorno dopo). La stanza era molto pulita, aveva buoni mobili, e la doccia, pur essendo piccola, funzionava molto bene, ci diede abbastanza asciugamani, sapone e gel da doccia per le nostre necessità, e anche una piccola bottiglia d’acqua gratuita. Servono un buon colazione turco. La posizione dell'hotel è fantastica e in un luogo molto tranquillo. Infine il personale era molto bello. Era una molto positiva esperienza.

This hotel is ideal for anyone coming to Ankara looking to stay in a comfortable and modern hotel that is located in a good part of the city and close to many attractions, recreational avenues and restaurants as well as walking distance from a vibrant part of Ankara known as Kızılay. The entire staff is very friendly and ready to assist throughout the day. The whole atmosphere of the hotel is very relaxed and the rooms are quite spacious and tastefully decorated. My biggest concern whenever I travel is the cleanliness of the room and the rooms in this hotel are definitely very clean and the standard seems to be consistently maintained. They also have Starbucks available in the hotel which is another plus point for days when you just want to grab some coffee and don’t want to go too far. The breakfast buffet is pretty good with a mix of Turkish delicacies and other continental items. The service is fast and everyone is very attentive as well. They have a great seating section spread over 2 floors and even a small space outside for the cooler months which is great. The hotel is located in the Embassy district so if you’re coming to Ankara for any official work or to apply for visas, it’s advisable to stay near the embassy in case you need to go back and forth for documents or any printing/photocopying services which the hotel is also able to assist with. I think all the major embassies situated in Ankara are within 7-15 minutes away from the hotel. Holiday Inn hotels are always good value for money and this one certainly is worth your time and money if you want affordable luxury accommodation in the capital city! Would definitely recommend it to all types of travelers going to Ankara in the near future

La posizione è sorprendente, molto sicuro e a 1 minuto a piedi dalla più popolare avenue.Le camere sono estremamente pulite e di lusso.Visiterò sicuramente questo posto di nuovo come abbiamo goduto la camera re come coppia, Il personale di ricezione di turni di giorno non era felice di lavorare perché era evidente dal loro comportamento, non benvenuto, siamo entrati nell'hotel e negativamente hanno chiesto i nostri ID. Nessuna informazione, nessun campanello offerto, e quando siamo entrati nel ricevimento non hanno nemmeno chiesto o detto niente, come le ho detto che avevamo una prenotazione.Quindi non c'è niente che non mi sia chiesto come ”come posso aiutarti? - In questo tipo di hotel di qualità non mi aspettavo questo.Inoltre, non ci hanno nemmeno detto il nostro piano, quindi ho immaginato il numero sulla nostra carta!Durante il loro turno tutto ci guardava male quando andavamo in casa e fuori.La signora di custodia era molto più positiva Dopo aver fatto check-in nella nostra stanza circa 30 minuti dopo e non riuscivo a connettermi al wi-fi, quindi ho chiamato la ricezione e quello che mi hanno detto è che non hanno iniziato la nostra procedura di check-in nel sistema quindi dovrei aspettare di connettermi al wi-fi, cosa intendo Qui non abbiamo visto nessun ospite accedere, l'hotel non era pieno di persone e, ovviamente, ho pensato che dopo aver ricevuto le nostre informazioni e lasciarci andare in camera, ovviamente, la procedura di check-in dovrebbe finire, ma quello che ho sentito è che non hanno nemmeno iniziato. Un'altra cosa che devo aggiungere è che la nostra stanza non era preparata per noi, perché non aveva acqua complimentare, né gel di shampoo/shower, né asciugamani.Grazie al fatto che la signora della casa l'ha trovata e ci ha portato tutto dopo mezz'ora dalla nostra check-in, Immagino di nuovo che i receptionisti sbagliano.Il personale di tempo notturno nella reception è stato molto meglio e positivo.Oltre a che è ben situato,vicina alle ambasciate e alle attrazioni,spazi ben dotati di reale lusso e alta tecnologia.Godetevi ogni minuto del nostro soggiorno Anche nella stanza e nella vista! È già consigliato agli amici che visitano Ankara.
