Hotel a Andover, Stati Uniti d'America

Molto buon appartamento alberghiero, ho portato i bambini per una vacanza in inverno. Posso cucinare da solo. Il personale è entusiasta e attento. Il parcheggio è conveniente e l'ambiente circostante è sicuro. Si consiglia di rimanere.

Abbiamo appena ripreso i nostri figli a qualche notte di viaggio e devo dire che le camere sono pulite e l'AC ha funzionato molto bene. Grab e Go Breakfast è stato decente e tutti hanno trovato qualcosa. Molti giochi fuori e piscina sono piccoli, ma i bambini non si preoccupano. Ho dovuto scendere al divano e comprare un paio di cose e mentre aspettavo il mio turno questa donna urlava alla ragazza dietro il conto, era terribile da testimoniare questo tipo di comportamento, ma era molto brutta anche fuori con un altro ospite. Dopo la pazza signora, ho parlato con la giovane signora che lavorava e le ho detto che era estremamente professionale e non avrebbe dovuto essere trattata in questo modo. Rebecca, questa compagnia è così fortunata a avere te. Eri così utile non solo con la mia famiglia, ma con chiunque abbia bisogno di qualcosa. Quando il turno di Rebecca era sopra un'altra giovane signora Shirley, e lei era di nuovo utile, ci ha sempre salutati con un sorriso.Bravo sonesta hai abbastanza il personale. Grazie tante ragazze per aver fatto il nostro viaggio fantastico. Torneremo presto!

Il nostro soggiorno è stato molto piacevole nel nuovo Andover Inn, ed è stato accolto come ospiti reali dal personale e dal direttore eccezionale Brian, che ci ha accolti. Grazie alla storia americana improvvisa di Brian, abbiamo imparato gli ospiti notevoli che hanno visitato l'Accademia e l'illustre storia di Phillips Andover, e Brian ha anche reso la nostra visita più memorabile suggerendo di visitare la vicina Galleria di Addison. Molto consigliato, il superbly gestito Andover Inn.

Siamo stati solo una notte, quindi questo è il tipo di hotel che ci piace. Inoltre, essendo membri di Marriott Bonvoy, ci è stato dato una stanza in un piano alto lontano dall'ascensore. Yay. L'iscrizione era senza saldatura. Eravamo nella nostra suite stile in minuti. A me piace lo spazio esteso questo hotel offre una zona da pranzo/cucina separata dall'area di dormire. La nostra stanza guardava oltre la zona boschiva al retro dell'hotel, ma dato che l'hotel era situato alla fine della strada, non credo che ci sarebbe stato molto rumore in nessun modo. La zona del colazione era un po' piena di cibo in un alcove, ma niente che non possa essere superato con un po'di pazienza.Hanno offerto la distanza standard di uova scramblete, patatine di salsa e waffle. Dato il nostro tempo limitato, questo è stato il momento perfetto di fermarsi.

The rooms here are just ok but they were of standard size, bathrooms were clean and we slept comfortably but nothing special at all. What made a difference to us was that the lobby restaurant was actually pretty good - we had a nice breakfast and one night we got salads quick before bed and they were also tasty, fresh and affordable. The choices in Andover in general are so bad, that I think this may actually be one of the best options available. Frankly, we've been back to Boston several time since then and I've just concluded it's better to stay in the city. But amongst its peers in Andover, this place is probably the way to go.

Hilton Honors This past weekend we were camping in New Hampshire. We had two days left on our vacation when sudden lightning storms were moving in. We decided as a family to fold up our tents and call it quits. Well my young granddaughters began crying, this fueled me to call my Hilton Honors and book a couple of rooms for my family of nine. I was on the phone in private to make the reservations and surprise the family. The women on the phone from Hilton Honors was very helpful. She found what she explained was 2 one bedroom suites with fireplaces and all kinds of wonderful things for the whole family. It was in the Laconia NH area just 31 minutes south of where we were. This was perfect because we had to all travel south to head home. As we were traveling towards the property my wife read the email the woman sent me and it was in Andover/ Boston Massachusetts. This is over an hour away. I called the hotel (Homewood Suites) and the hotel clerk told me we could not cancel the reservation and change it to the Laconia one I had made originally. Extremely frustrated I said I’m not gonna ruin this thing I was trying to do. So off to Andover we went. Upon arrival the clerk (the same one I spoke to on the phone) told me they were over booked and they were trying to accommodate us. My entire family was now sitting in the waiting area (9 of us 5 adults 2 toddlers and 2 teenaged girls) waiting patiently for our rooms. We are now wet and just tired from camping, packing and driving. Now the clerk takes us to a 2 bedroom suite that we were ok with and said we would take it. After a few minutes the clerk calls the room and says we can’t stay in this room and that we had to come back to the front desk. All 9 of us went back to the front desk and she informed us that the room was already reserved so I asked like ours was already reserved? She smiled and said the manager was on his way. He arrived 20 minute later and sat at the front desk trying to fiqure out what went wrong. Half and hour later he called us up and explained how Hilton Honors completely messed up our reservation, they over booked like they always do. (His words not mine). He then explained he was trying to accommodate us as best as he could. After about an hour of waiting my wife very frustrated walked up to the desk and asked have we found a room yet?? The girl said “oh yes here’s your Keys”. Wow they couldn’t call us up to the desk while we were 15 feet away waiting for almost 2 hours in total! We all walked to the rooms on the third floor. The first room we walked into was full of empty drinking bottles, unmade beds, towels and garbage everywhere. I called the front desk and she put half my family completely on the other side of the hotel. ( I forgot to mention I was promised adjoining rooms). We were finally after almost 3 hours we were in our rooms! Not once did this manager or his staff come to me and say I am so sorry for any inconveniences we or Hilton Honors may hav
