Hôtel à proximité immédiate des boutiques et de quelques bons restaurants. Chambre très spacieuse, literie confortable, linges de douche et accessoires fournis. Chambre côté rue avec un peu de bruit le matin. Petit déjeuner complet. Parking payant mais pratique. Personnel très sympathique.

Amorevole soggiorno in questo hotel vicino a beni e negozi. Parcheggio in più e consigliare perché il parcheggio fuori e molto costoso e non molto spazio sul parcheggio pubblico. L'accoglienza e gli assistenti sono cortesi. Raccomando questo hotel per la qualità prezzo. Avete anche una sauna e un jacuzzi!

We expected a 4-star customer service, we received an arrogant customer service. - upon arrival, we parked at the garage of the hotel not knowing they were all occupied. Instead of a warm welcome at the front desk, the first words mentioned were: “first move the car out of the garage, then we’ll proceed with the check in process”. After checkin, they explained us where to park the car. However, with missing details. On our own, we downloaded an App from the parking lot next to the hotel and even received 40% discount. Such information I would expect from a 4-star hotel. - Sauna/Swimming pool area: the hotel has 120 rooms. They have 20 spots per day to use this area, meaning 20 rooms per day can actually use the sauna and swimming pool during a single day. During our 3-day stay, the first two days were fully booked. For the last day, some of the slots available were at 1am and 2pm. We talked to the manager to see what she could do for us, we booked the hotel because of the sauna and swimming pool area. She did not provide options and again arrogantly said that on the web page it says “upon availability”. Legally OK, on the customer service side terrible.

Hotel moderno a piedi di distanza dal bagno, shopping e ristoranti . Le camere superiori sono sopra il fiume, protette dal rumore del traffico. Naturalmente, è necessario godere del suono dell'acqua selvaggia di giardino. Le camere superiori hanno tubi spaziosi oltre alla doccia a piedi con la testa di caduta. Buona selezione di articoli da bagno, anche se una parte della lozione corporea sarebbe stata bello. Ampie scelte di colazione, pasticceria, uova, formaggio locale, frutta, ecc. Non c'è nulla di buono per bere tè nero. L'acqua del caffè è lontana dalla cottura, e non ci sono neppure tazze di tè né muffole per bere il tè. La cameriera ha visto il punto delle piccole tazze di caffè, ma non ha potuto uscire. Se prenoti via una piattaforma e non direttamente all'hotel, c'è un modesto impatto locale da pagare.

La stanza è eccellente.E'anche un bagno, la sanità e il cameriere sono molto entusiasti.Due minuti a piedi dalla casa di pietra della valle e molto vicino alla chiesa.I letti sono molto comodi e ci sono tovaglioli.Molto buono.

Il servizio perfetto abbiamo avuto un problema con la prenotazione i è risolto con tutti i tipi di attenzioni da parte del direttore, anche lasciandoci la stazione di parcheggio gratuito i la sessione di spa gratuito.molte attenzioni inclusi la colazione.Tutto perfetto da parte del Sraitor.perfetto.

Great location, easy to find and walking distance to a number of nice restaurants. The main downtown shopping area was a short drive. Staff was pleasant and helpful. Basic room, shower and small balcony overlooking the street. The mattress was quite firm. The street noise created a challenge for sleeping. The room was too warm and there was no AC. While the temperature outside was great for sleeping, there was too much traffic noise to keep the balcony door open. Buffet breakfast was simple and sufficient.

We're staying here at the moment on a ski trip and I'm putting pen to paper mainly to give the staff a huge thumbs up. All the staff are pleasant and helpful. The restaurant staff, bar staff and the cleaning teams, are absolute stars . So many smiling faces. I don't think we have had such consistency of high service, with such friendly staff anywhere. It's quite busy here in the hotel at the moment, with gatherings of large Spanish families, so you could understand if the staff let things slip a little, but no, they haven't. The bar and restaurant staff are unbelievably efficient and super friendly. The just don't stop. Maybe it's clever recruitment, good training, or just good people who do their jobs well. Whatever it is, it shines through and we really are appreciative of it. The reception staff are super helpful too. We had a light break and it was fixed within an hour of us reporting it!! Great service. The hotel delivered all that we would expect from it. Comfortable, clean, a decent buffet for breakfast and dinner and a buzzing atmosphere in bar. It's our first visit to the town of La Massana and we will definitely return. Lovely little town, with easy access to Andorra la Vella too. We have stayed in Soldeu a couple of times and although we like it, we prefer it here. I think it would be a beautiful summer destination too. Anyway, a final shout out to the amazing staff at Magic La Massana. You're definitely smashing it, in all the right ways.

Un piccolo hotel di montagna familiare a due piani, a un quarto d’ora di Andorra, semplice e senza chichi ma pulito e accogliente. Sento che questo hotel con il fascino distretto è molto ben mantenuto. Ci sono anche un ascensore. La dame à la réception est sympatique et fait l’effort de parler français, Chambre bien équipée. Bien chauffée, télévision avec les chaînes françaises. Wifi ok. Litière et oreillers de bonne qualité. Bagno funzionale, a parte la doccia che è davvero molto piccola.. colazione in forma di buffet è a prezzo di 9 euro per persona e i prodotti sono molto buoni. Abbiamo fatto un WonderBox ma saremo felici di tornare perché troviamo il rapporto qualità prezzo molto corretto.
