L'hotel è fantastico, la posizione perfetta. Prenderemo mezza pensione, colazione completa ma e cena migliore impossibile, tre primi, tre secondi e tre posteri da scegliere, tutto preparato di qualità, quindi non mangi mille cose da buffet. Ripetiamo quanto prima possiamo.

Incredible night's sleep, comfortable mattress, hotel a little plain to be called a 4* but I'm indecisive on whether it's a high 3* or low 4*. Staff really good, when I arrived I was disappointed with the twin beds however they changed me to a big double. Breakfast was really great, they even put my Italian moka machine on the hot plate so I had better coffee than the machine. The buffet in the evening looks really good although I didn't go as I was there for 2 nights & only saw it my last evening when I had plans. Staff really nice, incredibly helpful.

Letto non molto confortevole. Eravamo 2 giorni, e ci hanno solo fatto la letto, non hanno svuotato le cartoline. La TV non era ben collegata al tdt, abbiamo inviato un mail al proprietario e non abbiamo ricevuto alcuna risposta. La camera molto piccola, passi intorno al letto molto giusti. Il riscaldamento non poteva essere regolato. Nella zona comune non poteva essere usato il chimenea. Il peggio è il rumore che si sente, si sente quello delle camere vicine. E a volte deve essere la caldaia o simili che deve essere accennato e sentito da una colonna della stanza, dura circa 5 minuti ogni mezz'ora la mattina e ogni 2 ore la sera. non ti permette di riposare.

Amorevole soggiorno in questo hotel vicino a beni e negozi. Parcheggio in più e consigliare perché il parcheggio fuori e molto costoso e non molto spazio sul parcheggio pubblico. L'accoglienza e gli assistenti sono cortesi. Raccomando questo hotel per la qualità prezzo. Avete anche una sauna e un jacuzzi!

Piacere, è che la stanza non ha denti e denti.Ma le strutture ambientali sono in una posizione fantastica.

Ho trascorso alcune settimane presso questo hotel, situato nel cuore di Andorra, a pochi passi dalla zona dello shopping e dal centro. Hotel elegante, camere curate e confortevoli, ottimo il breakfast con un misto di prodotti anche locali che aiutano a scoprire i sapori di Andorra. Il personale si e’ dimostrato sempre attento, disponibile e sopratutto sorridente e affabile, un vero piacere aver soggiornato da voi. Desidero ringraziare Eric Surana e Agustina del ricevimento per la simpatia, cortesia e professionalità, e Julio per essere stato onnipresente e sempre estremamente disponibile con noi. Subtitle: (A Face Like...) Thunder In The Mountains!!! Staying at this hotel was a mixed experience. Some positives; the roof swimming pool right under the mountains was really vibey and atmospheric; the wonderfully changeable weather (with lots of sun but briefly interspersed with mountain thunder storms and monsoon like rain which I LOVED!), the lovely reception lady who was there some days and the regular bar gentleman couldn't have been more helpful; and the general feel and furnishing was charmingly old fashioned, quaint and classic. The negatives; the young male receptionist who radiated unfriendliness and did not crack a single smile on the several occasions we interacted (truly the most unwelcoming hotel staff member we have ever encountered; hence my feeble attempt at a witty subtitle!); the key card system needs replacing - almost every key we went through lost its magnetism within hours and had to be recalibrated; and the restaurant, called the 1940 Restaurant, didn't open until 20.30! (Not that culturally unusual, I admit, in Spain/Andorra, but more unusual for a HOTEL restaurant.) So, all in all, not bad but could do better!

This was really the perfect hotel for me and my three children (aged 22, 19 and 14.) It is in the city center, close to both the shopping street and the bus station (we came by bus from Toulouse and took another bus to Barcelona.) The spa in the hotel next door was included. It was nice, and had a gym and a lovely terrace (but not so nice to visit in October.) It was rather crowded the day we were there, though. I think we got the two best rooms in the hotel, on the top floor facing the mountains. They were rather spatious, had tea and coffee facilities, were clean and had comfortable beds. My youngest daughter got sick that night, and then we could keep one of the rooms until 13.30 for free (when it was time to go to the bus.) We had the buffet dinner which was much better than expected. It was not huge, but tasted really good, and included some specialities from Andorra. We enjoyed it all of us. That said: this is not a fancy hotel, but for our needs (one night in Andorra) it was perfect and priceworthy.

Reception: Majority of staff were mostly courteous, however did not always greet upon arrival and did not always acknowledge you while you waited. Room / facilities: Room number 417 is on the 4 floor and is clean. It overlooks the city and has a road and views of the flowing from your balcony. The self control air conditioning is somewhat confusing to operate, but did the job. The room had a balcony with a door that opens fully enabling guests to go outside. The room has a bar fridge, safe, older style flat screen tv, euro style memory foam pillows, (that i found terrible and left me nursing a migraine after the first night). Queen bed, sofa bed, table and chair, hanging area and luggage shelf. The bathroom had a shower/ tub combo with a multi purpose shower head. Day 2, the 168 kids arrived and the noise escalated from a tranquil setting to a wild playground. Kids played in the hall, yelling screaming, opening and then slamming their and friends room doors, knocking on unknown doors and running (mine). Some kids were polite to apologise when they realised they had the incorrect room. Reception were requested to intervene at least 7 times (face to face and via the phone), however this only sometimes restored the peace for a short period. The student teachers/ supervisors were nowhere to be found to settle the children. Not an ideal situation to be in for a relaxing stay. Parking: is available at an additional cost of €21 (at the time of my stay). The car park is very tight to maneuver around. Wifi: Complementary and good speed password required, this did slow dramatically once the 168 kids arrived to the hotel and were using their devices. Conclusion: Excellent position. River views Comfortable rooms. Right in the center of town. Letdowns: Kids permitted to stay and guests not provided this information upon checkin. Adult guests could have been allocated other separate floors and the children on other exclusive floors. Location / Nearby: Centre of the city and all its offerings. Letdowns Rushing water noise can be a bit much for some. Hotel not advising guests of the imminent arrival of 168 children and the accompanying noise. Getting to hotel: Best use GPS. Be aware of the last roundabout prior to the hotel and the 5th exit that goes down just to the right of the main road/bridge. its very easy to miss. The hotel name and parking signs are only visible when your 5 meters from the property. If arriving into Barcelona airport and drive to Andorra, do yourself a favour and turn off “tolls” on the GPS, the drive has spectacular scenery, and is only marginally longer and you will save €30+ in tolls.
