Great little old hotel in a quiet suburban area in Amsterdam. Fairly small room with a small bed, but comfortable nonetheless. Extremely friendly receptionist and staff and a decent breakfast with a slightly limited selection , but good for what was there. I enjoyed my stay and I will stay again next time I'm in town.

Nice and quite hotel which is 15 min walk away from the city center. Does not offer much but you won’t want to spend more time in hotel while you have an opportunity to explore Amsterdam.

Di buono solo: la cortesia del personale (2 ragazzi giovani che si alternavano) dedicato all'accoglienza, e ci mancherebbe pure; la sede abbastanza comoda, servita da mezzi pubblici di trasporto, in una zona verde, tranquilla Di pessimo tutto il resto. Orario di accoglienza 9 a.m.- 5.30 p.m. chiaramente insufficiente per un sedicente hotel (allora é un affittacamere) . Senza ascensore con scale ripide e gradini stretti (old style). Camera e bagno inadeguati, scomodi, privi di comfort, arredamento decadente; la finestra della camera dava sull'accesso all'uscita di sicurezza, (su scala antincendio) inserita quindi nella nostra camera e non su corridoio comune (!!!) . Ristorazione o disponibilità di cucina assente. Pulizia generale discutibile con scarso personale addetto. Il tutto non chiaramente deducibile dalla descrizione della location sui vari siti. Rapporto QUALITA'/PREZZO assolutamente INGIUSTIFICATO.

Esperienza ottima! Hotel situato in una zona tranquilla ben collegata con i mezzi ma vicinissima al centro con una breve passeggiata, la struttura dell'hotel è una tipica struttura olandese con scale ripide ma questo lo rende ancora più affascinante!! Ogni giorno ci veniva rifatta la camera e cambiati gli asciugamano. Colazione più che soddisfacente e prezzo visto gli altri hotel, molto competitivo! Lo consiglio

Booked for four nights, left after one - as soon as I organised alternative accommodation. Asked for an alternative room before leaving and was told hotel was fully booked. Explained that room was simply unacceptable! The hotel was simply not interested. The room I was given bears no resemblance to any ‘official’ pics. I was in Amsterdam for conference, so the thought of going to my room after busy day was less than appealing! No breakfast on offer and barely any staff presence to assist with anything. Room was also fairly pricey! £750 for four nights. Hugely overpriced given the extremely poor quality of the room I was given. Hotel website also clams hotel has been recently refurbished. By recently I can only think that this means sometime in the 1970s. One of the poorest hotels I’ve ever had the misfortune to stay at.

Lovely little hotel which was perfect for our long weekend in Amsterdam. We arrived early on Friday morning with the hopes of leaving our luggage and heading off to explore for the day. We were extremely happy when we were offered early check! The stairs are a little steep but thankfully we were on the 1st floor so not too bad with the cases. The room was small but perfect for what we needed. We were pleasantly surprised with a jacuzzi bath in our bathroom alongside a stand up shower /wet room. The room offered 2 beds (one king size possibly even Queen and one single). The room was cleaned and fresh towels given which was great. The wooden windows let in a little draft but the boiling radiators made up for that! Curtains kept out all the light during the nights. Overall 9/10 stay!! - Lights are far too dark and around 4pm when it got dark, we couldn’t see anything in the room. Had to use phone torches! - bring some more hangers as we didn’t have enough

Requested room on ground floor given one on top floor (no lift) Booked a double room, recieved two single beds pushed together One small wardrobe available in room with broken doors and no hangers so unusable and lived out of cases. would have expected more for the price of over 200 pounds a night. Nice location and clean but I would not give more than 2 stars. Wouldn't stay again.

The hotel's location was good, opposite a beautiful park and cafe around the corner. Only a few minute walk to shops. Tram stop walking distance from the hotel. Booked two rooms both single bed, the room on the third floor (top floor) would be a struggle to those with poor/limited mobility. The three flights of stairs were progressively windy and narrow. Other than that both rooms very clean one of the rooms was bigger in size and the other had a beautiful balcony. Beds were comfortable. Fridges in rooms worked. Kettle with tea and coffee at bedside provided. TV had limited channels but was good to have for background noise on an evening. You could hear the other guests in there rooms at times. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Lot's of tourist information (suggested activities on the front desk). Overall good stay and good value for money.
