Nel complesso l'esperienza è stata fantastica. Hanno un'iniziativa verde che ti daranno un credito per la cena di € 5 ogni giorno in cui non ti serviranno per cambiare le lenzuola e gli asciugamani. Ho guadagnato un credito di € 25, il che è stato fantastico. La piscina era bella. Sono andato abbastanza presto che non c'era nessun altro. La colazione era ok, ma è la stessa ogni giorno. Tuttavia, puoi chiedere loro di preparare omelette e uova fritte su richiesta.

Very good hotel for a good price. Clean and quiet which is all I ask for in a hotel. Breakfast is offered for an additional cost but we chose to eat out. Room was clean and the bed is comfortable, the pillows were nice and firm. Staff always greeted us on the way in and out. There is a train, bus and tram stop literally next to the hotel so it's very easy to get in and out of the centre of Amsterdam and travel around.

Let me start on a positive note, for it would be a disservice to neglect the shining beacon of hope that was the reception. The customer service there was an oasis amidst the barren desert of disappointment. The receptionists, with their unwavering smiles and polite demeanor, almost made me forget that I was entering the twilight zone. But alas, once I ventured beyond the cheery reception area, reality took a nosedive. The corridors seemed to have been designed by a maze-loving architect who had a grudge against sanity. The room itself was a fascinating blend of outdated decor and questionable cleanliness. It felt like a time capsule from the '80s, with carpets that had seen more travelers than Amsterdam's canals have seen bicycles. The beds were, well, a mystery. Sleeping on a mattress so soft is like cuddling with a marshmallow that refuses to let go in the morning! As night fell, I settled in for what I hoped would be a peaceful slumber. Oh, how wrong I was! The thin walls turned my neighbors' conversations into an impromptu symphony of sleeplessness. It felt like I had a front-row seat to an Amsterdam-themed episode of ”The Jerry Springer Show.” And let's not forget the unique amenities this hotel offers! Apparently, the New West Inn prides itself on a state-of-the-art plumbing system that faithfully mimics the soothing sounds of a waterfall. I half-expected to find a misplaced Amazonian jungle behind the bathroom door. To sum it all up, my stay at the New West Inn Hotel was a twisted adventure that will be etched in my memory forever. This was a journey of endurance I never signed up for. But let it be known, in this tale of woe, the receptionists shone like diamonds in the rough. Their impeccable customer service provided a glimmer of hope in an otherwise surreal experience. As for the New West Inn Hotel, it shall forever hold the title of ”Amsterdam's Weirdest Adventure,” a dubious honor that only the brave dare to undertake. Proceed at your own risk, fellow travelers, and may the odds be ever in your favor!

Un po' deluso, la foto mostra una vista sul lago, ma la nostra camera no. Ma è comunque un bell'albergo Ci sono molte strutture per l'intrattenimento, palestra, biliardo, calcio balilla, ping pong e anche il servizio è molto buono.

Sicuramente uno degli ostelli più belli in cui sia mai stato. Personale super cool, check-in e check-out facili e veloci, ottimi servizi, bar, caffetteria, area della hall, atmosfera super rilassata. Sono molto soddisfatto del mio soggiorno in questo ostello e del personale della reception. Anche la posizione è perfetta. Ho trascorso un soggiorno incantevole e tornerò sicuramente e lo consiglio a tutti. Solo una cosa non va bene, il check-in è alle 16:00 e il check-out alle 10:00 😭 è un po' fastidioso 🤷♀️ ma tutte le altre cose sono semplicemente fantastiche 🤩🤍

Le strutture dell'hotel sono OK. L'ambiente all'interno dell'hotel è buono. Devi camminare per un breve tratto fuori dall'hotel per arrivare a terra. Anche il servizio è buono. La reception risponde praticamente a tutte le domande. L'atteggiamento è OK. Il l'igiene è degna di lode, è molto ordinata e pulita, soprattutto il bagno.

Hotel situato fuori dal centro della città, si trova accanto allo stadio. Ben collegato al centro da due linee metro (fermata Bijlmer Arena) e all'aeroporto Schiphol con il treno, si trovano tutte all'interno della stessa stazione a 10 minuti a piedi dall'hotel. La zona è ricca di ristoranti, ci sono anche un Decathlon e un comodissimo supermercato aperto fino alle 22.00. Noi avevamo una stanza Superior. Stanza molto ampia e luminosa, con letto matrimoniale grande e comodo, moltissimi spazi in cui riporre gli oggetti, frigobar, macchina per il caffè espresso che viene sempre riassortito e bollitore. Bagno comodo con il water separato in un ambiente a parte, doccia grande e phon. Ottimo il livello di pulizia anche negli angoli meno raggiungibili. Riforniscono sempre l'acqua un frigo. Staff gentile e non invadente. Lo consiglio!
