Amritsar: hotel con bar

Ho soggiornato al Hyatt Regency in Amritsar per 2 notti 30 /31 maggio, parte di un gruppo di tour Mercury Holidays. Tutti gli hotel utilizzati erano eccellenti, ma l'Hyatt era fuori per la natura attenta e la cortesia di tutti i membri del personale. Non potevano fare abbastanza per noi. Il saluto era eccezionalmente caldo e amichevole e ci faceva sentire speciale dal momento in cui usciamo dall'autobus. Tutto era ben organizzato e tutta l'esperienza era meravigliosa, senza stress e rilassante. Tutti sono stati così utili e il servizio è così veloce e personale. Tutti i funzionari che si compiacciono di persone che si occupano di porte, saluti, ricevitori, bagagli, ristoranti e puliziari meritano più di 10 su 10. Probabilmente ho perso alcuni ruoli per i quali mi scuso. Se dovessi scegliere due nomi sarebbe Sonali per salutare. Ha un sorriso da morire per (vedi foto allegata) e così utile e informativo. Ci ha detto a tutti di quello che cercare di ottenere la piena esperienza e ci ha mostrato un sapore di quello che ci aspettano la notte e durante il giorno e alla chiusura della cerimonia di confine attraverso il video informativo dell'hotel. Ci ha anche consigliato sulle modalità di sicurezza dei siti e su cosa non prendere (ad esempio, i lampade a fumo) e i codici di abbigliamento previsti. L'altra persona sarebbe Bandano che lavorava nel pastore. Cercavo una parte della nostra festa e un altro gruppo di tour aveva appena arrivato, quindi i saluti erano molto occupati nel foyer e lei è appena arrivata e ha chiesto se potesse aiutare e indicare dove era andato il nostro popolo. Questo dimostra il lavoro di squadra tra tutti i dipartimenti e perché il servizio in questo hotel è eccezionale. Ho viaggiato molto in affari e sono rimasto in alcuni hotel di classe superiore del mondo, e questo è uno dei migliori a causa della vera attenzione del personale e della loro disponibilità ad aiutarli.

Questo hotel è di gran lunga la peggiore esperienza di 5 stelle che abbia mai avuto in India. Ho soggiornato in molte proprietà taj e il servizio qui è il peggio. In primo luogo, Mi ha dato un accordo di letto sbagliato all'arrivo. Dopo un’ora, ho risolto questo, ma ci ha dato una stanza con povera AC. 5 gradi Celsius di differenza tra questa stanza e la nostra seconda stanza non era dubbiosa. Ho provato a chiamare ***agent più volte, compreso concierge. La gente qui non risponde ai telefoni. È andata giù e le ha chiesto di rispondere. È tornata dopo aver visitato il tempio d’oro e la stessa domanda. Poi ha provato a chiamare, nessuno ha risposto. È andato a cena e le ha chiesto. Si alzò nel mezzo della cena per chiedere e fu detto agli ingegneri di guardarla. Tornarono nella stanza e si trovarono nella stessa situazione. Rivolto e perché nessuno ha risposto al telefono doveva andare a piedi e distruggere il dovere e un cambiamento di stanza. Infine, la nostra stanza è cambiata e va bene. ma ciò che è sorprendente è ogni volta che sono sceso la maggior parte del personale del desk non era occupato. Il concierge sembrava fare chiamate personali mentre agiva come lavorava. Ma nessuno ha fatto niente o ha fatto qualsiasi sforzo per farlo. Non ho mai incontrato un gruppo più lazier di persone in nessun hotel in India di stelle ancora più basse. C'è una parola in hindi chiamata kaamchor se non sai cosa significa venire qui e lavorare con il personale e scoprirai. Se non fosse stato prepagato attraverso una compagnia di tour, avrei controllato e chiesto il mio denaro. Io mi fermerò lontano da questo posto a meno che non sia gratis. L'unico positivo è stato il ristorante cinese finora. Se questo cambia, aggiornerò la mia recensione. Io resterò in un'altra proprietà taj a Delhi. Vediamo se hanno mantenuto la loro grandezza originale.

It was convenient for me as it was near the airport. The hotel was very clean & staff very helpful.

This is one of the best hotels in Amritsar. A well maintained and beautifully ornated lobby, spacious rooms and lip-smacking food are the hallmark of this hotel. I stayed at this hotel in early March 2024. The stay at the hotel was excellent and made my Amritsar trip even better. The rooms were spacious, cozy, well maintained fixtures and furnitures. The room had a complementary tea & coffee maker, mini bar, free wifi, room heater, wake-up call, etc. The housekeeping staff especially Kannika was cordial and always available on call whenever required. They have cab services for their guests. Although I did not use their cab services but saw the flyers around. Their restaurant on the 3rd floor serves delicious mouth-watering food. During my entire stay for 3 days, I never found any item repeated on their menu, be it breakfast, lunch or dinner. They also had at least one local food on their menu on all days. The breakfast had huge spread catering to taste buds of everyone, right from weight watchers - fenugreek shots, beetroot shots, cereals, idli, dosa, boiled eggs to those indulging sinful indulgences – aloo kulcha chole, parantha, puri, pancakes, etc. Kudos to Chef Dharminder, Mr. Rakhvinder and the entire restaurant staff for their untiring efforts so that I could enjoy local Amritsari food in a luxurious setting.

Rather pleasant and not overly terrible. The hotel is nicely planned out and the room is spacious. The checkin staff were really helpful. Rooms were clean, the tv didn’t have any useful channels and you are forced to use YouTube to watch. The towels were a bit smelly and could have done with a better wash. The staff were patient with us due to an issue with a bank card slowing down payment. There hotel is really close to there Baba Atal Tower entrance point to the Har***dir sahib complex. What let it down was the travel and tour staff that arranged the Wagga border trip for us as they more of less left us at one of the gates to fend for ourselves and get back to the hotel with an e scooter that we then had to pay extra for ruining the whole day which has been going ok until then.

Ho soggiornato recentemente all'Hotel Park Inn e ho avuto una buona esperienza. Alcuni membri del personale erano incredibilmente amichevoli e attenti, facendomi sentire benvenuto dal momento che sono arrivato. La stanza era spaziosa, pulita e ben attrezzata, con tutte le attrezzature necessarie per un soggiorno confortevole.

L'hotel è molto vicino alle aree principali e non si spacca nel rumore.Il ristorante serve un grande brunch e abbiamo trovato il miglior Amritsar kulcha qui, da soli. Le camere sono pulite e abbiamo un aggiornamento al check-in. L'hotel dispone di strutture standard e una piccola piscina con palestra al di sopra dell'hotel. L'unica nota acida è probabilmente come l'hotel misura il personale per perforare. Il ***agente del caffè e i camerieri insistevano che daremo buone feedback. Sembra che si stia mettendo in moto la lode che avremmo dovuto dare in ogni modo. La seconda cosa non professionale è che i nostri voli erano in serata e abbiamo chiesto un checkout tardivo. Il dipartimento frontale sembrava divertente e giocavano con noi. Questo non è professionale. Raccomanderò il cibo anche se il suo prezzo (a la carte) è significativamente più alto.
