Hotel con colazione a Amritsar

What a beautiful stay I had at this wonderful hotel. From the services (receptionist, bellboy, housekeeping, restaurant staff) being excellent to the cleanliness and the very modern looking hotel that this is. Requested the hotel to organise room deco for my wedding anniversary and Mr Manoj Sharma ensured to overdeliver with a beautiful deco and cake in the room which was a pleasent surprise for my wife. The food at the restaurant above is delicious and regardless if its breakfast buffet, high tea and/or dinner, the quality remains top notch and the service even better by their superb staff. Hotel is located within Hall Bazaar itself which makes it easy to walk around for shopping and also just a 5-10 mins ride to Sri Harmandir Sahib. Honestly, for a 4* hotel, this hotel had the people, food and facilities of a 5* hotel. Love everything bout this hotel and having celebrated my wedding anniversary here, this hotel will always remain special to me and my trip to Amritsar, India.

Our stay at SureStay Heritage Walk Amritsar was truly memorable. The hotel boasts an excellent location — just steps away from Harmandir Sahib, making it incredibly convenient for multiple visits, especially for early morning or late evening darshan. Being situated in the heart of the heritage walk area also means you are surrounded by vibrant streets and what can only be described as a true food paradise. The rooms were impressively spacious, clean, and very comfortable — a pleasant surprise given the prime location within the old city. Check-in was smooth and efficiently handled, setting a positive tone for our stay. A special mention to Sarjan, Sohail, and Gurmeet — the concierge team — for their warm hospitality and attentive service. Their helpfulness and cheerful attitude made a real difference to our experience. The restaurant at SureStay was outstanding. Kudos to the chef and the restaurant managers who ensured that meals were freshly prepared and served straight from the oven. Every dish was flavorful and satisfying, reflecting genuine care in preparation and service. Overall, SureStay Heritage Walk offers comfort, convenience, and heartfelt Punjabi hospitality — an excellent choice for anyone visiting Amritsar.

Everything was good Mr Nishkar Singh from FB chef was excellent in service and hospitality Appreciate his attention and service

We stayed here for 5 nights, and overall, the hotel was okay. There were a few areas that could be improved. The main issue was the centralised air-conditioning system. While we could switch it off from the room, turning it on and adjusting the temperature required us to call the front desk. Unfortunately, the telephone in our room was not working, which made this inconvenient. We also experienced frequent power interruptions throughout our stay, with the electricity switching on and off several times. On one occasion, we requested room cleaning, but it was not done. Even when the room was eventually cleaned, basic amenities such as toilet paper were not replenished. These issues are manageable, but addressing them would certainly improve the overall guest experience. If you choose to include breakfast, guests are offered only 2 set meal options, and the same options are served throughout the stay. The selection can get repetitive if you’re staying for several nights, so hopefully the hotel can consider adding more variety to the breakfast menu. A special shoutout to all the front desk staff, especially Mr Mir, who went the extra mile to assist us with our food deliveries, checkout, and other requests. His helpfulness and warm service were truly appreciated.

“Molto buon soggiorno a [Nome dell'hotel].

L'hotel aveva i suoi pro e cons.
