Questo hotel era compreso in un pacchetto tutto incluso quindi non è frutto di una scelta personale. Ciò detto, dell'hotel si apprezza lo standard qualitativo (abbastanza alto), una colazione discreta, arredamento moderno sia negli spazi comuni che nella stanza, ambienti puliti. Il prezzo per una notte supera le 100 euro, che non è pochissimo, ma il paese è abbastanza costoso, per i turisti specialmente. Una cosa che proprio non mi è andata giù è stato il prezzo delle consumazioni: la prima sera per una cena abbiamo speso circa 60 euro e ci può anche stare, ma pagare quasi 10 euro per una bevanda a base di limone e menta mi è sembrato decisamente troppo. La sensazione percepita, all'hotel come al di fuori di esso, è di essere visti noi turisti come dei limoni da spremere fino all'ultima goccia, e questa attitudine non so sino a dove porterà. un saluto al receptionist Idrees, professionale e gentile.

The hotel is awful, old fashioned, smelly, they never once hoovered or cleaned the room or the bathroom! The air con/heating didn’t work, the tv didn’t work, the toilet itself was broken and each time I flushed, the toilet would flood! There were exposed cables in the bathroom and near basin area, the shower itself would ooze a horrible smell! They didn’t provide a coffee cup to drink out of even after asking several times! They were rude and told me to use the bathroom glasses/tumblers! We stayed here as part of a tour of Jordan, but it was traumatic to say the least! 3 nights of awful food, bland, tasteless, they would recycle the meals and you’d have it for the next day (dinner as breakfast etc). The omelette station guy was clueless and nearly set himself on fire a few times! I made my own omelette once as no one was around! The food was left uncovered so would have flies over them, cold most of the time, it was like eating mush every day! The hotel has a gym and pool but they let random people into the hotel to use these for a small amount of pocket change! I was in the gym one evening with others from my tour group and we were threatened by a group of Jordanians who demanded to know our room numbers, our personal details and one tried to take my iPhone! This was reported to the hotel manager who said he would take action but he never did anything and we couldn’t use the gym or pool again the remainder of our stay there! Complaints were made in writing to the tour operator, who issued compensation, but the hotel and its abysmal staff lied and tried to lay blame on us as guests! Truly shocking and I hope people are aware of everything before considering staying here! We felt unsafe, from outside people who walked in without any security checks, and also unsafe from the staff as the manager invited his friends over to watch football, who all made threats to us! The hotel is very tired, located on a dark and unsafe side street, with horrible staff, disgusting inedible food, smelly unclean rooms, and bathrooms etc that don’t work! My stay in Jordan was marred by this hotel and it’s staff, but we managed to salvage the experience with better safer hotels the remainder of our stay.

Vorremmo citare in particolare che questo hotel è stato prenotato sulla base della posizione (necessitiamo di qualcosa nelle periferie di Amman, così potremmo cadere la nostra auto e usare un taxi per viaggiare in città). - posizione conveniente se non vuoi guidare all'interno di Amman - spaziosa stanza - buon personale (anche se non troppo in grado di comunicare in inglese a volte - ci sono molti dipendenti e il loro livello di inglese varia) - buona vista da Il balcone - il WiFi non era troppo cattivo - tutte le strutture erano disponibili Dislike · Cosa non andava bene: - l'appartamento non aveva chiaramente abbastanza cuttery (cioè, c'erano solo 1 grande cuscino, 1 piccola cuscino, ecc. ) - nessun vino/birra o, per questo, nessuno occhiali di dimensioni regolari. Su richiesta abbiamo ottenuto dei bicchieri di whisky, che potevano essere utilizzati per il succo - non tutti i piani sono serviti dall'ascensore - il bagno era separato da un muro di vetro, ed era un po' difficile, suggerirei davvero di sostituirlo con un muro normale
