My wife and I we decided to celebrate our birthday in Grand Hotel Heiligendamm. Booking White Tower Suite was a very very good decision. 360 degree view from bedroom is just amazing. Food was delicious both during breakfast and in Sushi Restaurant. It was a very pleasant stay. We are coming back for sure. And one more thing. Renting e-bikes in The Coast Store and taking a trip to Warnemunde is a must. Big thanks to all staff members and see you soon.

Wir machen jährlich ein Freundinnenwochenende und 2023 sollte es in Kühlungsborn sein. Darum hatten wir im Januar `23 das „Ostseeluft“-Angebot gebucht: im Doppelzimmer Deluxe. Zzgl. einer Massage im Wellnessbereich. Das Einchecken ging recht fix. Wir erhielten entgegen unserer Buchung allerdings eine Suite unterm Dach. Sie war ohne Beleuchtung recht dunkel und hatte auch den einen oder anderen kleinen Reparaturbedarf. Sonst war auch sie soweit i.O. (Aber eigentlich wäre uns das DZ Deluxe viel lieber gewesen!) Das Frühstücksangebot war super auch der Service in diesem Bereich. Zügig wurden Lücken im Büfett aufgefüllt. Die Mitarbeiter waren alle durch die Bank freundlich und aufmerksam. 2x waren wir im „Wolkenlos“ zum Abendessen – Büfett. Das war auch sehr gut. Viele Salate dabei und Gemüse, Fisch, Fleisch und etwas Süßes. Auch hier waren die Mitarbeiter super. Freundlich und aufmerksam. Das Ambiente ist gemütlich und hell. 1x hatten wir dann ein Candle-Light-Dinner in der Orangerie. Etwas gehobenes Ambiente. Das Essen und auch der Service ließen nichts zu wünschen übrig. Danke für den netten Abend. Im Wellnessbereich hatten wir eine Aromaölmassage 65 min lange vor unserer Anreise gebucht. Die war auch super entspannend und ist zu empfehlen. Die Mitarbeiterinnen sind alle sehr freundlich. Da hatten wir nun auch unser „Geschenk“ erwartet, dass uns im Angebot aus dem SPA Bereich überreicht werden sollte. Das erhielten wir dann allerdings erst auf Rückfrage und Klärung. Es gibt einen Pool im Wellnessbereich, Saunen, einen Fitnessraum. Also kann man auch bei schlechtem Wetter sinnvoll seine Zeit im Urlaub verbringen :o) Begrenzte Parkmöglichkeiten sind hinter dem Hotel für 12 Euro/ÜN. Die Ostsee ist eigentlich „gleich vor der Tür“. Nur über die Straße und man ist in 2 min auf der Promenade mit weitem Blick über das Ufer der Ostsee. Das ist eine super Lage. Fazit ist. Alles in allem war unser Aufenthalt doch sehr entspannt. Und wenn man einen „Taler“ mehr überhat, kann man das wohl mal machen.

Das Hotel hat eine super Lage direkt am Markt. Für eine gute Nachtruhe würde ich allerdings ein Zimmer im Haus 2, direkt dahinter empfehlen und dann nach hinten raus. Unser Zimmer war 605 und wir waren sehr happy damit. Die Zimmer sind gut ausgestattet, modern, gemütlich und sind ausreichend groß. Das Frühstück bot eine ganz gute Vielfalt. Vor allem die kleine Extrakarte bietet interessante Kleinigkeiten. Was uns allerdings auf dem Frühstücksbuffet eindeutig gefehlt hat: Räucherfisch. Für Wismar eigentlich ein Skandal ;) Das Personal war superfreundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns sehr wohl und willkommen gefühlt und würden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.

Possiamo solo consigliare l'hotel. Un'appartamento molto delizioso in tutta la casa, scelto con amore per i dettagli. La nostra suite Junior nel 2. Stock con vista attraverso gli alberi sulla spiaggia e sul mare era dotato di tutto compreso coperchi di lana per il balcone, schermo piovoso, sufficiente giacche di legno nel cestino (senza ”Klausix-Sicurezza” - noi li odi). Varie sacchetti di tè e pad di caffè per la macchina Nespresso, diverse amenities nel bagno (esclusa doccia), una splendida doccia pioggia, riscaldamento del pavimento, ecc. Un notepad con accesso gratuito a Internet rotonda l'offerta. Solo la temperatura ambiente nella nostra stanza era un po 'eccessiva. La posizione dell'hotel sulla promenade è ottimale. Il parcheggio direttamente al di là è stato calcolato con € 14,-- al giorno. Il buffet per colazione è con il migliore che abbiamo mai goduto. La prima sera abbiamo mangiato nella brasserie dell'hotel. Anche qui è una buona qualità a prezzi ragionevoli. Solo suggerimento alla cucina: la coppa per il Coq au vin era un po' troppo piccola, quindi si doveva fare attenzione che quando si taglia la carne non si sovraccarica la salsa. La sera abbiamo ancora messo un drink nel accogliente bar dell'hotel e siamo lieti di aver trovato un hotel davvero fantastico a Frigeborn con ”Europa”. Il rapporto prezzo/prezzo è stato del 100%. Tuttavia, siamo stati laggiù nella stagione secondaria, il che certamente ha un impatto sui prezzi delle camere.
