Horrible service. Do not stay here. Very unkind front desk workers. Breakfast closes at 9am, but the information we were provided from the hotel through Booking.com was breakfast 5am-10am, so we came down at 9:12 am and they had cleaned it all up already. Even the next morning when we made it to breakfast the selection was laughable. Not a gram of protein in sight, so good luck with that. Hotel staff came BEFORE CHECK OUT TIME to tell us it was time to leave. Do not advertise 11:00 am check out time then start ushering people out before that. Hotel staff had kicked another lady out of her room before checkout as well that we rode down the elevator with. I understand they have to clean the rooms and get them ready, but you don’t need to start cleaning them BEFORE CHECKOUT TIME. Additionally, the room inside is NOT as advertised on booking.com. I don’t know where they took those photos, maybe they have a select number of renovated rooms, but do not expect the rooms to look like the photos. You might get lucky, but our room looked and felt gross. The shower was filthy and the shower curtain had mold. They really catfish you into staying here. We didn’t feel the single blanket provided was very clean as it was covered in spots, so I went down to request two blankets and the guy was very short and rude with me about it. Location was good, that is all it has going for it.

Siamo rimasti come una famiglia di cinque, tre bambini, di età pari a 7, 11, 13 e una nonna e zio. I due bambini più vecchi non volevano condividere un letto, quindi abbiamo chiesto al desk per qualche letto extra e ci hanno trovato rapidamente un letto, letti e asciugamani. La stanza era tranquilla e i bambini amavano la piscina. La nostra delusione era il colazione. Le uova erano insensibili, non c'era un produttore di waffle e il produttore di pancake non funzionava. Ci sono molti negozi e ristoranti e cibo veloce vicino. L'hotel è stato facile da trovare e direttamente dalla strada.

Il centro è molto pulito e il personale lavora costantemente su di esso, l'hotel è deliziosamente decorato. Grande bar di lobby per un po' di mangiare e un divertimento di cappello lavorano lì. Una bella colazione al mattino, prendi l'omelette. Le camere non sono grandi ma sono pulite, tranquille e confortevoli. Una bella piscina appena aperta per l'estate fuori si può nuotare dall'interno all'esterno e la piscina apre presto anche una bella sala di allenamento. Controlli di gestione per posta elettronica durante il soggiorno per garantire che tutto sia bene.

È un posto molto buono, andare all'antico mercato e 2 musei, anche se paghi 13 dollari per notte per parcheggio. Dovrebbe essere meglio intorno quando Omaha ha finito la sua costruzione - non abbiamo nulla di rumore da esso sul quarto piano. Questo è un edificio di uffici trasformato, con tetti molto alti, finestra molto stretta. Interessante per l’architettura, ma la finestra lascia poco luce nel giorno, e troppo luce nella notte, perché le tende non si chiuse tutto il cammino. Il minimo copertura sui letti. La stanza era altrimenti buona, pulita, abbastanza lampade. C'è un caffè e un frigo, che avrete bisogno se non volete spendere $$$ su un colazione (non incluso) nel loro ”bistro”.
