The location is good behind Aman Central. No daily housekeeping. Not provide mineral water, tea or coffee. Shower gel and shampoo are not provide everyday.

Good services from the staff, only a towel for amenities and had to share a bathroom, which I was only told about when I got to the hotel and it wasn’t noted only. Needs to improve on room cleanliness.

Good location behind the large shipping mall Aman Central and Alor Setar Tower
The check in was smooth even very late at night. BB Motel is colocated with Bee Gladden Hotel. You check in at Bee Garden. BB Motel is a wing consisting of rooms with shared toilet.
The room was basic. A/C works ok. Wifi signal was weak inside my room. The traffic noise was not so bad after the shipping mall was closed.
Overall, I recommend this place.

I had to wait an hour before I could check in into my room, the reason was it's not ready yet, what I don't understand is that why wouldn't they prepare it earlier and why it take so long just to clean the room. The television also can't be ON and broken. But yeah the price is very cheap and the staff have good manners 👍
