My family and I had the pleasure of staying at this homestay. The accommodation itself was clean, cozy, and thoughtfully decorated that made us feel right at home. The room had everything we needed, including a comfortable dining table, bedding, hairdryer, heaters, Wi-Fi, and most importantly, excellent water pressure! The location was ideal, with food stalls and convenient stores nearby. We also felt very safe with its security door. The only minor point for improvement was that there were no extra keys provided for our family of six, which made it a bit challenging at times. Overall, we highly recommend this homestay to anyone looking for a peaceful, hassle-free place to stay. It was an unforgettable experience, and we would love to return!

La struttura è a buon servizio e si trova a buon servizio dal personale, soprattutto il ricevitore di nome Liza. Il buffet è stato buono e il servizio è stato fantastico. Solo uno per dire che il televisore è un po' disgustoso.

Amenities are well used, including.Grohe tap & mixer, would be great too if the debris and dusts on the side of bed frame be vacummed. Relaxing environment and beautifullydesigned. Well within walking distance to gorgeous ”Present”cafe next to main road.

Comfortable hotel, got parking space in-front of the hotel. Beside rumah kelahiran Mahathir. The receptionists and staffs are friendly.

Not beyond my expectations when the room was not so clean . Lantai berhabuk also ada bed bug . Kt dinding pon ada kamitetep banyak sgt. Risau anak trpegang or trjtuh kt katil . Breakfast ? Baca review byk choice and sedap . But when it come to my turn , not so much choices yg ada . Tak mcm yg digembar gemburkan oleh review org . But yg best nya pekerja friendly and so helpful lah . Repeat ? Maybe no .

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Star City Hotel in Alor Setar, and I must say I was thoroughly impressed. The staff were incredibly helpful and went out of their way to ensure I had a comfortable stay. My room was spotless and well-maintained, and the food was absolutely delicious. The hotel's central location made it incredibly convenient to explore the city on foot, with easy access to shopping malls and popular tourist attractions. Overall, my experience at Star City Hotel was superb, and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Alor Setar.

Great location, superb variety of food available just below the hotel. Staff are so - so. They should at least put a sign where is the lift hotel, reception area as it all compact in one area with the shop lot. Otherwise great staycation 👍🏻
