Nel complesso è stato buono. La camera era fantastica. Sfortunatamente, ho dovuto fare il check-out in anticipo lo stesso giorno del check-in, ma l'addetto alla reception non è stato cordiale. Mi ha restituito la caparra senza guardarmi, né sorridere e nemmeno ringraziare. Ma Urban In è un bel posto dove stare e vale tutti i soldi spesi.

Best hotel in Alor Setar. Near to city centre and PLUS highway. A lot of foodies in the same building

Check in was simple. Front desk service is good. However, I was given room without window and the bed size is not king size. The TV reception was poor.

I have stayed in this hotel several times and feel slightly uncomfortable due to the rooms having a smell somewhat like damp moisture due to mold growth I think. I have changed room on one occasion where the smell was too strong and I could not stand it upon entering the room. On the positive side, this hotel has many shops in the same building with ample parking space in the basement.

The room is spacious and comfortable even though no windows. The bathroom also spacious. Air conditioners strong and cold. Tv quite big. A lot of restaurants available downstairs! Comes with parking as well.

Hotel best sbb location tgh town. Bawah hotel pun byk kedai² makan so senang nk cari makanan favourite. Bilik ok clean tapi katil agak nipis & bantal pun dapat sorang satu. Klu boleh bagilah 2 bantal sorang. Overall this hotel oklah utk stay 1 or 2 mlm jer.

Really great to stay here. Nearest with all my favourite food. Stay here for 2day. This room just basic room but really value for what we paid. I also get 2 access card when I requested. Staff here very friendly and help me a lot with my two kid. But the blanket at 3 floor not really comfortable like cheap one. Wifi really bad connection. TV cannot use and just only have weird tv program. Lucky celcom line ok so this problem not really big issue to me. Tq.

Nice hotel, nice location, free parking in basement, have many restaurants nearby, zus cafe, sushi ya , yasmeen nasi kandar, milk tea, llao llao , marrybrown and supermarket downstairs. Love this hotel .

Location -＞ 10/10; Hotel location all good and able to find food conveniently as there's 7-Eleven, Zus Coffee, Family Mart and several food cafes as well as restaurants near the vicinity. There's Cmart convenience store and even a food court hawker center just next to the inn location. Cleanliness -＞ 8/10; All normal clean; It is an old classic inn; Normal cleanliness for my side; Functional -＞ 10/10; All power plugs are functional and good condition; Hair dryer all works well; Bathroom & Toiletries -＞ 10/10; Bathroom have all those basic needed requirements and cleaned as well; Sound Conditioning -＞ 5/10; We are staying in Room 439 at the end of the emergency exit door and there was quite loud external noises that seems to be disturbing with outside door noises. Wall is quite thin from the inside and outside noise seems to be very obvious to hear. Parking Space -＞ 5/10; If you are having own local car transport, parking space will be considered a challenge in this location; first come first served for hotel parking space in front of the hotels; If do not have parking outside, then perhaps have to find parking further a bit from the inn but still manageable depending on timing and luck. Overall, it is a good decent normal hotel stay with all the basic requirements which needed.

This time very disapointed because hotel allowed renovations until 8:00pm @ 9:00pm , how customer want to rest with sound machine ?
