The facilities in the room are getting old and even broken. The towel and bed sheet got stains . The receptionist was unfriendly. Hotel location is great .

This hotek is very nice around hotek have a lot of shop and food and have 7-11 and family mart 24 hr Only 1 thing not good signal 4G no have

Receptionist has moved to level 1 for check in, spacious & nice place . The WiFi is in the room is not strong , can’t be used , messages kept loading . As the room coverage is already poor , I would suggest to improve or upgrade for the WiFi .

Aircon is dusty and making too much noise. Room is small and I can hear noises from the other room very clearly. For this kind of price its expensive in alot setar

2nd time experience is less than 1st experience. Last time everything were good..Worth every penny. But this time not so good.

Booked it for my mom and dad. They both think its an ok hotel. But super near to places where you can walk and eat. Good for a night stay

Best night stay at urban in alor setar. Very clean and quiet place. Many store here and the restaurant. Nice to stay here . I hope i will stay again. Thank you so much.

Everything was in good condition. This is my 3rd time stay here while travelling to Kedah. Nice place and easy to shop down the hotel lobby.

lots of eateries easy to access..room on the 8th floor also more comfortable than lower ground floor.

Overall stay was good, in term of location, easy access restaurant and shops, room cleanliness, safety and security systems. However, area need to improve is WiFi connection not so stable during 3 days 2 night stay need to change different username and password for 2 every day. On 2nd day I can't sleep properly due to noisy from another guest room at level 4, door room was bang strongly by another guest when closed the door... The rest good.

My first choice of staying when travelling to Alor Setar. Easy access for everything..
