Very good service, very clean but a little bit old, will definitely come back and stay again in the future 😉

Had a pleasant stayed at the hotel. The hotel is near to many attractions place such as menara alor setar, pekan rabu and aman central. Our room got the view of the menara alor setar which makes our holiday more fun. Thank you.

Clean and cozy room. We consider lucky enough bcoz the staff upgrade our room to a bigger one..nice alor setar tower view from the room window..my kids enjoying their bath tub very much.

Nice location in town. The hotel's room were quite old but overall we had a pleasant stay for a night. Room were spacious, lobby were lovely and ample parking space just outside the hotel.

Strategic location, good amenities, ample parking space, good breakfast selection. Large lobby.

The hotel has a convenient location, making it easy to access nearby attractions and facilities. The rooms were clean and reasonably comfortable, with basic amenities provided. The staff was polite and helpful, ensuring check-in and check-out were smooth.

Bath tub available, room is nice, free bath bomb so suitable for family trip with kids.

I stayed at the Royale Signature for 2 nights and had a very poor experience. Cleanliness was poor and upon checking in to my room, I found a lot of visible dust on the furniture and worse, oily handprints on the corners of cupboards. The room had a very stale smell and almost all the pillows smelt sweaty. The wallpaper was peeling and the interiors was generally faded and in need of refurbishment. Will definitely not return again.

The hallway and room smell unpleasant. The room was so dirty and the floor are sticky to step on with barefoot. The toilet is so dirty with stain and mold at the wall. The hot water is inconsistent, need to call up the maintenance guy to come over to fix it twice. And the bed felt itchy probably due to bugs or something else. The mugs also left with lipstick and coffee stain. This is so disappointing and surely wont be staying in this hotel again.
