My hotel summary: 1. Nice room but a bit outdated and need refurbishment 2. Not so strong water pressure.. sonetimes hot water not function 3. Room clean with basic amenities provided 4. Comfy bed and pillow 4. tv channel quite limited 5. Breakfast spread just ok with fair taste 6. Deposit of rm100 required during check in 7. Just weird hotel policy: NO OUTSODE FOOD/DRINK ALLOWED & NO GRABFOOD/PANDA ALLOOWED

Nice location and good service from hotel staff, but hotel policy mentioned cannot bring in outside food is quite ridiculous

Overall ok but the brightness in the room need to improve, quite dark, as I travel for work, need to on laptop to do work. not comfortable to my eyes if view laptop for longer time

Worst experience, bath tub is dirty never clean! Water drain is damaged, after bath there is flood OMG how to bath!!!! And there is no hot water ?????? Floor is very sticky and dirty!!!!!! Aircond is not cold, whole night sweating, aircond and the bed has bad smell!!!! Overall the hotel is dirty and totally not worth the money, and still need to pay a deposit of rm100. It shown is a 4 stars hotel but it is worst than a budget hotel……

Old hotel that is not maintained in the room, things are breaking down and can tell it is not cleaned. Paid for bath tub room but bath tub is not working. Bugs found in hotel room too. Will not be back again.

Everything is beyond expectation. Did not expect our stays at this hotel this good. The receptionist is helpful. Aircond, heater function well. Only the hallway carpet are bit dented and old but no weird smell. Breakfast or sahur during Ramadhan don't have many variations.

Had a pleasant stayed at the hotel. The hotel is near to many attractions place such as menara alor setar, pekan rabu and aman central. Our room got the view of the menara alor setar which makes our holiday more fun. Thank you.

Clean and cozy room. We consider lucky enough bcoz the staff upgrade our room to a bigger one..nice alor setar tower view from the room window..my kids enjoying their bath tub very much.

Nice location in town. The hotel's room were quite old but overall we had a pleasant stay for a night. Room were spacious, lobby were lovely and ample parking space just outside the hotel.
