Hotel a 3 stelle a Alnwick

Great location, right on the Main Street of Alnwick. The room was fine and the beds comfortable. My one comment would be that the shower was an overhead one so not easy to shower without getting your hair wet. Pleasant bar Harry’s and breakfast was fine in the Olympic room. So we would definitely go back again.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Georgian Guest house in York. It was centrally located just outside the old city walls and an easy walk to all attractions. The host was incredibly helpful and the room was very clean and comfortable. We would love to return here

Best Sunday lunch. It was my brothers birthday and he asked for recommendations in Alnwick as if was a mid way point between him and his wife in Durham and their son and wife in Tranent for Sunday lunch along with other family members . Well this place was fantastic lovely cosy bar area with plenty of room. We were a table of 10 with one high chair and a dog. The staff were so welcoming nothing was a problem, the roast sirloin was to die for and there was a great selection of vegetables, roast and mashed potato, swede, carrots, peas, cauliflower cheese and red cabbage, also the most enormous Yorkshire pudding and plenty of gravy with an extra jug also supplied, others had the pork, ham and brisket all of which were delicious. We also had two very young children who had the junior chicken portions which were huge but they more or less demolished them. Everything was perfect, a big thank you to the chef, waiting staff and bar staff, we will be back

Lo amava, scelto per la comodità del Castello e dei giardini e per le eccellenti recensioni, erano perfette. Camere magnifiche, e belle decorazioni e ambienti in tutto l'hotel. Il personale era brillante, cortese, caldo e sempre amichevole. Molto comodo spazio salotto, eccellente servizio per bevande e tutti i pasti. Grandi chef. L'intera squadra di piccole dimensioni offre un servizio stella d'oro. Alnwick è una bella città e ci sono goditi il castello e i giardini.
