We stayed at Hotel Nuevo Torreluz for 5 nights in September and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. We stayed in a standard double room with breakfast included. Firstly, the location is fantastic if you are planning to explore the city on foot. It is located a 2-3 minute walk from one of the main street. There is a Carrefour Marketplace approx. 5 minute walk away. Key sites such as the cathedral, plaza de la constitution, civil war shelters and the casa del poeta are reachable within 5-10 minutes of walking. The tourist information centre is also nearby and is a helpful place to stop by at beginning of your visit to pick up a map. On arrival we were welcomed by the concierge who was friendly and helpful. The main room was basic but functional, there is a large wardrobe, table & chair, desk as well as a mini fridge and safe. There was no extra charge to use the safe which was a bonus. The bathroom was modern and clean. Overall, the room meet our needs well. Breakfast was continental, with guests serving themselves. There was a variety of options available from cereal, fresh fruit, yoghurt, cakes to cold meats, bread and bacon, sausage & eggs. Hot drinks were available as well as fresh orange juice and water. We did not eat at the on-site restaurant (Taberna Nuevo Torreluz), instead we chose to eat out at various restaurants in the city. If you are looking for a good ice cream I'd recommend going to Alpino's, they had a great variety of flavours available and the scoop sizes were great. The beach was a 30 to 35 minute walk away, however, there is also a bus that leaves from the main street regularly. The beach is a mix of pebbles and sand. If travelling from the airport you can either get a bus and walk approx 10-15 minutes to hotel or get a 15 minute taxi. Overall, if you're looking for a good quality, clean and welcoming hotel in the centre of Almeria I would recommend staying here.

Situato nella posizione migliore, questo hotel offre facile accesso a shopping, centro e monumenti vicini. Godendo il mio soggiorno di 1 settimana presso AC Hotel Almeria, le camere sono ancora un po 'più piccole, nessun compromesso a livello di comfort. Avevo un giro intorno all'angolo ogni sera, perché tutto è a pochi minuti a piedi. Ci sono alcune stanze che dovevo raggiungere sulle scale, che ho lottato durante l'ingresso e l'uscita con un bagaglio pesante. Forse il personale dell'hotel può considerare le camere a disposizione basate su clienti con bagagli pesanti, è un po' difficile trasportarli sulle scale (solo le camere specifiche su ogni piano).

Hotel is beautiful. Not big, a mid-size boutique hotel is how I would describe it. I did switch rooms, which the hotel manager was kind enough to accommodate. My first room (suite with terrace) was on the 3rd floor roof and was a bit isolated for me as I was staying alone. Also, please be aware the air conditioning is off at the hotel in winter as it's quite cold for the locals, but not cold for me as I'm from a northern climate. However, my new room 212 was a beautiful suite with a gorgeous window on to the plaza. The view was fantastic. The mattress, though a little different, was quite comfortable and I slept very well. The morning breakfast was lovely with a great spread of different options and the view cannot be beat from the breakfast area. The baths are fabulous - it's a must do. My massage was wonderful too. There is no room service but a restaurant right downstairs. If you are looking for a pretty hotel in a beautiful spot in the city and are looking to enjoy the baths this is the spot for you. The staff were all very accommodating and helpful. I would definitely stay again.

I’ve stayed here for about a week on a business trip in Spain. The hotel is on Mediterranean avenue and close proximity to Mediterranean Commercial centre Mall. The Hotel staff is Very friendly Ms Patricia & Ms Loraine is very helpful for your questions and guidance about local visits. Breakfast provided by ah! was just wonderful and healthy. I didn’t feel at different continent during my visit. Didn’t had any challenges with food, local exploration. In terms of accessibility, You have bus stops at walkable distance and easily accessible to prime locations in Almeria. In total, I loved my time being at Almeria and Avenida hotel is just another reason behind it. Strongly recommended for Business visits and a very simple yet right choice if you’re planning along with family. Thanks to Hotel Avenida for a wonderful experience :) Hope to make a come back again 😎

Friendly and efficient check in. Nice modern hotel, rooms clean and spacious. Good location next to shopping centre and good restaurants and tapas bars within a few minutes walk, hotel bar very quiet , over all a nice experience with no complaints, staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast is a buffet with the usual selection of ham, salamis and cheese with bread and nice cakes. The hot cooked selection was adequate. A good hotel frequented by many business people.

Pulizia eccellente posizione e personale molto attento , mi hanno facilitato di conservare il mio bagaglio quando arrivo in anticipo e chiede di utilizzare la piscina prima del check-in , Ripeterei, molto buona esperienza.

Per motivi di lavoro 5 anni vengo in questo hotel. 5-6 volte l'anno. E sempre sentirsi a casa. Il personale è amichevole sempre prestare attenzione ai clienti. La cena è deliziosa, il colazione è molto buona. Migliori raccomandazioni.

L’appartement est moderne et confortable, bien situé dans le centre d’Almeria, il bénéficie d’un parking privé à 5mn, en supplément. En ce qui concerne le n° 11 que nous occupions, c'est un couloir, : 20 mètres de long sur 2,50 m de large. Il est très sombre, obligation de lumière électrique en journée. La salle de bain est inexistante : un lavabo dans les WC, une douche minuscule avec une porte vitrée dans la chambre, pas d’intimité si l’on est quatre. Pas de rangement, une tringle de 40cm avec 5 cintres et 3 minuscules tiroirs, dérisoire pour 4 personnes. Le coffre fort ne fonctionne pas, faute de piles. Il faut mesurer 2,50 m pour atteindre le système de fermeture des rideaux! Piscine agréable sur le toit mais le bar ne fonctionne pas et les fauteuils sont recouverts de housses, donc pas utisables. Très dérangeant, une sorte de désodorisant qui fait tousser est envoyé à intervalles réguliers par la bouche d’aération du séjour. Le bouton de sonnerie de l’appartement est mal placé, les gens sonnent pensant qu'il s’agit de celui de la lumière, dérangeant. Pour finir l’accueil est entièrement ”robotisé” : une machine à l’entrée pour scanner les passeports, payer, obtenir les clés.... Cet appartement ne vaut pas le prix.

Situato in posizione centralissima nella piazza della Cattedrale, questo hotel ha belle camere con grandi letti a baldacchino e bagno davvero spazioso. Bellissimo anche il bar sulla terrazza, con una piccola piscina all'aperto e un eccellente servizio bar. Personale molto gentile e disponibile. Unico lato negativo: non dispongono di un parcheggio privato, ma a pochi passi si possono trovare due parcheggi pubblici a pagamento.

L'hotel stesso è sorprendente, ma: - La porta del bagno non si è chiusa correttamente e quindi abbiamo ”inondazioni” ogni giorno in bagno. - Mosquiti: capisco che siamo in un ambiente ”salvato”, ma è stato sorprendente ogni volta che apriamo la tenda della terrazza come cadono molte mosquiti; durante la notte, andare in bagno era anche un'esperienza. Troppi mosquiti ... dovrebbero cercare di fare qualcosa con questo. - Ristoranti: non includono bevande, la normale fino a quando non si è prelevato 3'5€ per una bottiglia di acqua aperta quando si dovrebbe servire o almeno dare la possibilità di avere gratuitamente, poiché la legge lo dice. - Checkin: la ragazza del contatore ci ha appena detto: ”Ehi, scansione questo codice QR e tutto è spiegato”, perché devo scaricare un'app dell'hotel? è così difficile spiegare in pochi secondi tutte le attività dell'hotel? - Colazione: la qualità della pasta è peggio di qualsiasi altro hotel ho provato ... Parlando di attrazioni, l'hotel è perfetto, le piscine grandi, la bellezza della decorazione, il buffet è ok e ha accesso diretto alla spiaggia.
