Hotel in zona Estanque pequeño del Parque del Andarax, Almería

Il fine settimana abbiamo soggiornato in Almeria e abbiamo soggiornato negli appartamenti Torreluz perché avevano cucina e mia figlia ha gravi allergie alimentari, che quasi nessuna struttura ostello ha in considerazione per che lei possa godere Quando arrivato all'appartamento, l'unico servizio disponibile era un bicchiere, un sapone con tappo e un panno da servire, non c'erano coperte, piatti o kit di base per lavare il sapone. Quando ho prenotato il giorno, ho spiegato le circostanze mediche della bambina e mi hanno detto che non dovevo pagare la colazione, perché non dovevo consumare. Quando siamo andati all'hotel per colazione, io stesso gli ho portato il pane, i biscotti, il latte, i frutti, le fiammiferi, ecc. Per 'participare al buffet', gli abbiamo messo un bicchiere di succo e subito una signora del cibo si è avvicinata per indicarci se la bambina consumava Dovevamo pagare (anche chiese quali erano le circostanze). Naturalmente, gli ho spiegato la situazione, gli ho mostrato i tupper e il frigo con i suoi cibi e all’uscita mi sono offerto di pagare la colazione, ma mi hanno risposto che non c’era bisogno. Vorrei solo richiamare la sensibilità delle persone che si occupano del pubblico a queste situazioni così speciali, che non sono moda né capricci, e soprattutto quando riguardano l'infanzia, che hanno un po' di sfortuna perché dal momento che la Hostelleria non è attenta. Né ho passato da nessuna parte prima e mia figlia ha 9 anni. Ho sempre spiegato che la sua malattia non può essere una limitazione per viaggiare o godere di tempo libero in compagnia. Infine, la mia valutazione non può essere positiva e non consiglio questo hotel.

Siamo accomodanti... Ma alcuni limiti ci sono ed evidenti... Chiedo un asciugacapelli in inglese perché nella camera 306 non c'è il phon e non sanno cosa dirmi. Primavera calda e soleggiata, alle 23:00 vado a dormire con i capelli umidi. Due sere dopo devo scendere alla reception per prenderne uno. Il garage interno è strettissimo. Per fortuna abbiamo noleggiato una 500 che entra nel montacarichi a fianco all'albergo. 12 euro a notte. La colazione a pagamento è essenziale, striminzita in ogni aspetto. Ascensori lentissimi.Set di asciugamani incompleti. Cosa salvo? La centralità della struttura, la modernità della medesima.

We stayed at Hotel Nuevo Torreluz for 5 nights in September and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. We stayed in a standard double room with breakfast included. Firstly, the location is fantastic if you are planning to explore the city on foot. It is located a 2-3 minute walk from one of the main street. There is a Carrefour Marketplace approx. 5 minute walk away. Key sites such as the cathedral, plaza de la constitution, civil war shelters and the casa del poeta are reachable within 5-10 minutes of walking. The tourist information centre is also nearby and is a helpful place to stop by at beginning of your visit to pick up a map. On arrival we were welcomed by the concierge who was friendly and helpful. The main room was basic but functional, there is a large wardrobe, table & chair, desk as well as a mini fridge and safe. There was no extra charge to use the safe which was a bonus. The bathroom was modern and clean. Overall, the room meet our needs well. Breakfast was continental, with guests serving themselves. There was a variety of options available from cereal, fresh fruit, yoghurt, cakes to cold meats, bread and bacon, sausage & eggs. Hot drinks were available as well as fresh orange juice and water. We did not eat at the on-site restaurant (Taberna Nuevo Torreluz), instead we chose to eat out at various restaurants in the city. If you are looking for a good ice cream I'd recommend going to Alpino's, they had a great variety of flavours available and the scoop sizes were great. The beach was a 30 to 35 minute walk away, however, there is also a bus that leaves from the main street regularly. The beach is a mix of pebbles and sand. If travelling from the airport you can either get a bus and walk approx 10-15 minutes to hotel or get a 15 minute taxi. Overall, if you're looking for a good quality, clean and welcoming hotel in the centre of Almeria I would recommend staying here.

Stavamo solo per una notte in Almeria su un viaggio su strada. Non si può assolutamente battere questo posto. E' proprio nel mezzo di tutto. E' a 10 minuti a piedi da Alcazaba. Il parcheggio è a circa 2 isolati dal garage e costa circa $20. L'hotel ha un ascensore. La nostra camera era bella che aveva 4 letti singoli e il bagno era molto moderno. Avrei considerato questo hotel assolutamente eccezionale se l'A/C funzionasse meglio. Questo era il nostro unico problema - la nostra stanza era calda. Dopo aver passato il giorno a camminare in caldo, avrei potuto usare una stanza più fredda. La mattina c'è un tipico colazione di carne, formaggio, frutta e pane per pranzo.

Hotel is beautiful. Not big, a mid-size boutique hotel is how I would describe it. I did switch rooms, which the hotel manager was kind enough to accommodate. My first room (suite with terrace) was on the 3rd floor roof and was a bit isolated for me as I was staying alone. Also, please be aware the air conditioning is off at the hotel in winter as it's quite cold for the locals, but not cold for me as I'm from a northern climate. However, my new room 212 was a beautiful suite with a gorgeous window on to the plaza. The view was fantastic. The mattress, though a little different, was quite comfortable and I slept very well. The morning breakfast was lovely with a great spread of different options and the view cannot be beat from the breakfast area. The baths are fabulous - it's a must do. My massage was wonderful too. There is no room service but a restaurant right downstairs. If you are looking for a pretty hotel in a beautiful spot in the city and are looking to enjoy the baths this is the spot for you. The staff were all very accommodating and helpful. I would definitely stay again.

After spending 3 days in the local Government hospital my wife & I stayed here for 2 weeks before we were repatriated back to the UK. Excellent hotel in a lovely area with amazing staff who were very attentive professional & extremely helpful - the manager was very supportive. The hotel is situated just outside the city centre but only a short walk away. Very near the hospital & a large shopping mall. The food was very good especially the breakfasts with a variety of choices on offer. Very near to a host of good restaurants/tapas bars which serve excellent & great value for money food. I would recommend this hotel to anyone wanting a city break at a most reasonable price.

L'hotel stesso è sorprendente, ma: - La porta del bagno non si è chiusa correttamente e quindi abbiamo ”inondazioni” ogni giorno in bagno. - Mosquiti: capisco che siamo in un ambiente ”salvato”, ma è stato sorprendente ogni volta che apriamo la tenda della terrazza come cadono molte mosquiti; durante la notte, andare in bagno era anche un'esperienza. Troppi mosquiti ... dovrebbero cercare di fare qualcosa con questo. - Ristoranti: non includono bevande, la normale fino a quando non si è prelevato 3'5€ per una bottiglia di acqua aperta quando si dovrebbe servire o almeno dare la possibilità di avere gratuitamente, poiché la legge lo dice. - Checkin: la ragazza del contatore ci ha appena detto: ”Ehi, scansione questo codice QR e tutto è spiegato”, perché devo scaricare un'app dell'hotel? è così difficile spiegare in pochi secondi tutte le attività dell'hotel? - Colazione: la qualità della pasta è peggio di qualsiasi altro hotel ho provato ... Parlando di attrazioni, l'hotel è perfetto, le piscine grandi, la bellezza della decorazione, il buffet è ok e ha accesso diretto alla spiaggia.

Usiamo spesso la catena B e B e questa volta abbiamo trovato un hotel nuovo,moderno e dal design minimale. Posizionato in una ampia area commerciale ha parcheggio gratuito,accesso alla reception al secondo piano e personale cordiale . Le camere sono nuove,pulite e ben accessoriate con grande tv,cassaforte ,frigo e efficiente climatizzatore . Il bagno ha un grande vano doccia con doppio soffione. Ampia scrivania e prese ovunque. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo .39 euro la doppia senza prezzo colazione .

We stayed for 3 nights and played golf twice. The hotel looks quite grand when you arrive,and we had no trouble parking, although it’s low season. In high season I expect you would have difficulty finding a parking space outside, in which case you would have to pay to park in the hotel underground facility. Our room had a lovely view with a small balcony over the swimming pool. It was fully functional and clean, but pretty tired. The air conditioning seemed to have been set to winter mode, so the room was 25C. Maybe okay for Spanish guests, but far too hot for us. The chamber maids, maintenance man, then hotel Director all tried to rectify the problem, which was subsequently rectified the following day. We were offered a move to an apartment, but didn’t fancy that. The beds in the room were also too hard for us, and the maids put on toppers the second night which made them a bit softer. Breakfast was pleasant, standard fare. We didn’t have dinner, but ate in the bar, which again was fine. We sat out on the terrace one lunchtime in the sunshine, and I suspect the pool area is lovely in high season. One lunchtime, the hotel recommended a restaurant in Aguadulce, restaurant Mistela Gastronomia, which was excellent. Very easy and cheap to get a taxi there and back. We played golf twice. Both days were at the weekend, but the course was very quiet, and we were not paired with anyone else. Very unusual even in low season. The area, and course is very hilly, so I would recommend a buggy (unless you’re super fit). It’s a woodland course, which I found quite interesting and challenging. Any water features are dry at the moment. ‘Rustic’ is the description I would use to describe the course. The pro shop were very friendly and surprisingly well stocked with a variety of clubs. It’s difficult to see how the hotel has achieved 5 star status, but the place grew on us, as all of the staff were so friendly. Despite having to complain, everyone we came into contact with tried their best to help, and seemed to want us to have a nice time. Not sure we would return, but we had a pleasant couple of days.
