Cleanliness: The room and the bathroom was spotless and very spacious for the price we pay. Can not fault it at all
Location: The hotel is on a corner of roads. It wasn’t easy for us to spot the first time when your driving. You have to park and walk, and then you will see a sign for the hotel. There is no free street parking unless you park after 2030-0730, but during the day you will struggle. The hotel provides parking but for an additional fee. There is also a supermarket next door that serves cheap or reasonable shopping items which we used.
Service: The staff were lovely during check in and check out. The hotel had its own restaurant and the staff over there were lovely.
Amenities: The hotel has its own private swimming pool on the first floor. It’s not heated so we didn’t use it as the weather wasn’t warm either. The room had towels and toiletries provided including a hair dryer. There was running hot water.
Downside: I couldn’t say anything bad for about the hotel. For the price we paid, we experienced only the best. The only issue we had was parking since we didn’t want to pay the additional fee but other than that, I couldn’t complain about the hotel at all

Hotel moderno, camere pulite e spaziose. La struttura è molto tranquilla, con una buona esperienza senza lamentele, con un personale amichevole e utile. I’ve stayed here for about a week on a business trip in Spain. The hotel is on Mediterranean avenue and close proximity to Mediterranean Commercial centre Mall. The Hotel staff is Very friendly Ms Patricia & Ms Loraine is very helpful for your questions and guidance about local visits. Breakfast provided by ah! was just wonderful and healthy. I didn’t feel at different continent during my visit. Didn’t had any challenges with food, local exploration. In terms of accessibility, You have bus stops at walkable distance and easily accessible to prime locations in Almeria. In total, I loved my time being at Almeria and Avenida hotel is just another reason behind it. Strongly recommended for Business visits and a very simple yet right choice if you’re planning along with family. Thanks to Hotel Avenida for a wonderful experience :) Hope to make a come back again 😎

After spending 3 days in the local Government hospital my wife & I stayed here for 2 weeks before we were repatriated back to the UK. Excellent hotel in a lovely area with amazing staff who were very attentive professional & extremely helpful - the manager was very supportive. The hotel is situated just outside the city centre but only a short walk away. Very near the hospital & a large shopping mall. The food was very good especially the breakfasts with a variety of choices on offer. Very near to a host of good restaurants/tapas bars which serve excellent & great value for money food. I would recommend this hotel to anyone wanting a city break at a most reasonable price.

It's a rather old fashioned, forgettably decorated hotel in a good central spot of Almeria. Because the hotel is situated in a small square surrounded by buildings, the rooms seem to have no special view (mine looked out onto a side street, my friend's onto a wall) and are a little dark (although this is quite normal in Spain). The breakfast buffet was modest but decent. The bed was comfortable, everything worked, I had all I needed, and the staff were generally helpful, but the vibe was fairly dismal. Also the staff seemed to be obsessed with closing windows, and there was no obvious system to stop them laundering the towels every day. No complaints, but I'd probably seek another place next time.

Stavamo solo per una notte in Almeria su un viaggio su strada. Non si può assolutamente battere questo posto. E' proprio nel mezzo di tutto. E' a 10 minuti a piedi da Alcazaba. Il parcheggio è a circa 2 isolati dal garage e costa circa $20. L'hotel ha un ascensore. La nostra camera era bella che aveva 4 letti singoli e il bagno era molto moderno. Avrei considerato questo hotel assolutamente eccezionale se l'A/C funzionasse meglio. Questo era il nostro unico problema - la nostra stanza era calda. Dopo aver passato il giorno a camminare in caldo, avrei potuto usare una stanza più fredda. La mattina c'è un tipico colazione di carne, formaggio, frutta e pane per pranzo.

Ottima posizione dell’hotel, in pieno centro e a due passi da tutto. Le camere sono un po’ vecchiotte rispetto alla facciata dell’hotel ma comunque hanno tutto il necessario per un soggiorno ad Almeria. Buona la colazione. Hanno una convenzione con un parcheggio a pochi metri dall’hotel. Personale cordiale e disponibile, hanno rimediato immediatamente ad un piccolo problema sul conto finale.
