I’ve been to this motel multiple times as a one or 2 night stay when in the area. The usual man wasn’t working today. But the experience was so rude, embarrassing and just won’t even let us go back. The air isn’t on in the room so expect a hot room until it cools down. You go to check out and wait for your deposit of $30. As I wait, the new older man working tells me I destroyed the towels and linens and shower curtain. So my fiancé furious goes to the room where we were, there was a chocolate spot on one washcloth and a little drool on my daughters pillow case. Those all are white and are most likely bleached every wash by the smell. They showed an old strange mark on the shower curtain way up top that looked like nail polish which we didn’t have. It was a late check in for my fiancé and 18 month old daughter who slept in her pack and play. I’ve never not got a deposit back in my life as I try to make sure things are in order. Even after explaining they wouldn’t refund. And they can see in my file I’ve rented jacuzzi rooms and stayed multiple times prior, never any issues. So they won’t get our business anymore… they have a competition up the road with a pool worth the drive.

Questo è un grande posto dove stare se ti piacciono i treni. Basta chiedere una stanza sul retro dell'hotel. Ci sono tracce dalla stazione locale che corre dietro l'hotel e si può osservare che si agganci le sezioni dei treni merci. Se non ti piacciono i treni, non c'è abbastanza rumore da disturbarti, quindi non devi preoccuparti di distrarti. Ci sono molti posti per mangiare nella zona e è vicino al Henry Ford Museum se sei interessato a andare lì. Non è nemmeno lontano dal centro di Detroit, ma è sicuramente un buon posto per restare.

L'hotel è obsoleto. L'agente della reception potrebbe utilizzare un po 'di formazione sul servizio clienti, molto secco e inavvicinabile. L'hotel è enorme, quindi preparati a camminare molto. La ventola del bagno era rumorosa e la camera aveva solo una macchinetta del caffè seduta sopra un mini frigo. Devo dire che il ristorante è eccellente. La colazione gratuita è buona. Caffè- non tanto.

The purpose of my review is to give a positive shout out to Front Desk Representative Anthony. When I arrived Monday evening, March 27th, there was a very unruly family in the lobby giving Anthony all sorts of trouble, foul language, and being completely out of line. Anthony kept his cool, did not get rattled, and handled my check-in professionally while all of this angst was occurring. Too many times guests file complaints--this review is to provide appreciation for his fine customer service and calmness under duress.
