Rooms are too small but front desk ***ager is very nice person

The most economical property of civil lines areas, Value for money hospitality at prime location of the city. Easy access to city centre and all prime avenues of the city...nearby to Triveni Sangam and easy accessibility to nearby spiritual areas .👍👍

This is my second experience of staying at Hotel UR Prayag. It is located on the MG Road. The hotel has lift hence ideal for elder travellers. Though on main road there is no noise. One can have good sleep. Tea kettle is in every room . Beds & toilets are well maintained . They have open terrace where we enjoyed our breakfast a lot . Food quality is good Room Service is prompt . I will definately recommend this hotel to friends .

Breakfast @ The Indian Coffee House We stayed at the property for 3 days and our stay was very welcoming and comfortable. The staff provided us with all necessary help and care and we were able to commute the city on our own and at our convenience. The location of the property makes it an excellent choice for accomodation while in Prayagraj. We had the pleasure to enjoy South Indian breakfast at the Indian Coffee House which made our experience memorable. Jollywell Stay👍👍

The hotel staff and the support were great when we stayed. Rooms were okay but the behavior of the staff were super even they allowed for early check in without any extra charges for the same. The location of the hotel is also nice, nearby to Prayagraj Junction railway station.

I had a really wonderful experience with Hotel UR. I had booked it only for a day for my parents (senior citizens) who were travelling to Prayagraj. Unfortunately their train was delayed by almost 20 hours, so most of their planned stay was rendered irrelevant. However, the owner of Hotel UR (Mr Jaiswal) and the ***ager (Mr Wasi) were very gracious in providing a room to them when they reached. They even arranged for local conveyance to go site seeing. Everyone was very courteous, responsive and went out of the way to make their stay comfortable. Very pleased with the hospitality of Hotel UR - will recommend it to everyone who visits. Thanks!

The distance from the hotel is nearby Railway Junction. The distance is also nearby Triveni Sangam. All nearby places can be approached by e-rickshaw. There is tea ☕ and Coffee ☕ maker in room, hot water was available, showers working fine. The Dish TV had limited but all genre of channels. Other things were fine.

Good people and good place to stay. Located in prime area and easily traceable by outside guests. The place is popular among budget friendly travellers and offers great benefits in-terms of service and hospitality.

Arriving very late evening our group wanted to eat outsider. But there were very few pure vegetarian restaurants nearby and we had to head back to hotel, as we were late and ***y were done for the day. This came to the knowledge of the duty ***ager and he had been so kind to arrange for us pure veg meals that too were customised to our taste and recipe parameters. We enjoyed our stay ***** with delicious food and good memories of Prayagraj. Hospitality thumps-up।।।
