Abbiamo trascorso quattro notti al Holiday Inn nel centro di Alexandria. La descrizione su Priceline ha detto che era un nuovo hotel e non era certo nuovo, ma era stato aggiornato e pulito. Quando siamo arrivati nella nostra stanza, abbiamo notato che mancava il desk e la sedia che si mostrava nelle foto e che era anche elencato come un'ambienta. C'era uno specchio sul muro come se fosse centrato a colpire qualcosa, come un desk, ma non dove trovare. Abbiamo chiesto al personale di scendere e non sapevano che mancava, ma lei ha detto che avrebbe cercato di farci una. Pochi minuti dopo un uomo carino ha colpito la porta e ha una sedia a rotelle. Dice: “Non hai un ufficio?” E sta guardando in passato per vedere e si è manifestamente sorpreso e non aveva idea di cosa sta succedendo. Non pensava di aver più chiesto scusa. La mattina dopo il custode è venuto a casa e mio marito le ha chiesto se sapesse qualcosa sul nostro ufficio scomparso e ha detto che avrebbe fatto qualche chiamata e in meno di cinque minuti c'era qualcuno con un ufficio all'ingresso! Promuove questa giovane donna, fa le cose accadere! Abbiamo ordinato dal ristorante una volta e i hamburger erano molto buoni. Buffet per colazione era buono e circa $10.99 penso. Questo non è un Holiday Inn Express, non c'è colazione gratuita.

La maggior parte dell'hotel è stato aggiornato e confortevole. Ci sono stati alcuni problemi. Questo hotel è stato l'hotel ospitante per una Conferenza con probabilmente 250-300 persone. Ci sono stati solo 2 macchine di ghiaccio e uno di loro non ha funzionato. Quando siamo arrivati, abbiamo scoperto che il nostro telefono in camera non funzionava, che è stato segnalato immediatamente e quando abbiamo controllato due giorni dopo, non funzionava ancora. Per me era una questione di sicurezza che avrebbe dovuto essere affrontata immediatamente.

Stavamo solo passando, così era un soggiorno di una notte. L'hotel ha bisogno di una seria rinovazione. La pittura era pelletando e cadendo mentre la doccia e il tappeto erano vecchi. Non un hotel che pensate Hilton sarebbe orgoglioso di mettere il suo nome. Il lato positivo è il personale. Erano così amichevoli! Il desk front era fantastico e il colazione alberghiera era pronto a aiutare con ciò che avete bisogno. Ecco l'unico motivo per cui ha una 3 stelle! L'hotel stesso avrebbe puntato una stella ma i dipendenti hanno migliorato il soggiorno!

My organization and I come to Alexandria a few times each year, and we've been faithful customers of the Home2 Suites the past few years. We typically booked 1-3 room(s) per stay, and most of our experience was relatively enjoyable. However, earlier this month, there was a MAJOR concern, and management failed to handle the situation properly. A person from my company is taking cancer medication cream, and their product treatment mysteriously vanished from their room while they were gone. This only occurred after an unrequested visit from housekeeping. The vanishing cream (this cream was in an expensive bottle and could appear to be a cosmetics cream; the treatment was purchased for $250+) was never found after repeated searches. My team and I thoroughly searched the hotel room several times, looking through the garbage, searching above shelves, checking underneath furniture - trying to do anything we could to ensure that the medication had not been accidentally misplaced. Additionally, we waited until we checked out of the hotel and we returned home to confirm that the medication was not packed away in our personal luggage... Alas, after everyone within the company unpacked their traveling bags, no cancer medication was found. I understand that 9 out of 10 times, missing items are typically attributed to guest error or misplacement. However, this was the 1 out of 10. The person in my company had to pay for another round of cancer medication treatment. There was no reimbursement whatsoever for our stay (we had booked multiple rooms for several nights), no responsibility on behalf of the management to conduct thorough investigation on the missing medical treatment, no protocol established to help restore trust in this business. Due to damaged trust and the failure of this hotel to adequately provide a solution or support in this situation, we will not do business with this establishment going forward. If you stay here, I recommend putting away any valuables, even when room service is unrequested... You might find something missing... but don't worry - at least you'll get those fresh towels you didn't request.
