Nel complesso do a questo soggiorno 5 stelle. Il personale della reception era MOLTO cordiale! La posizione è epica! Sebbene al momento non sia disponibile alcun servizio di pulizia a causa del covid 19, i custodi della casa venivano dalla stanza ogni giorno per lasciare gli articoli richiesti per la camera (ad es. asciugamani da toeletta per il caffè). Il ristorante Hummingbird è aperto e delizioso. Note: Parcheggio disponibile in una terrazza della città immediatamente dietro l'hotel per un prezzo notevolmente inferiore rispetto al parcheggio dell'hotel. Le pareti dell'hotel sono MOLTO sottili - ho elencato per il mio letteralmente potuto ascoltare le telefonate dei vicini (& ehm...altre attività).

This is a great hotel in a great location. It was nice to step into a property that has it's own unique look and feel. The staff were amazing/awesome. The dining facilities are also great, with amazing ambience. I found the room to be quite comfortable - very clean and updated. I will be coming back again!

I was initially concerned when I called in and didn’t have the best experience with the reservations team. The staff onsite were really nice, the hotel was clean and the location was great! I’d go back to this hotel and I’d recommend it to a friend.

Hotel and hotel service is great! Parking service is terrible! Front desk was extremely nice and accommodating. The valet parking attendant was by far the worst I’ve had in my life. Without greeting, he rudely (]with a tone) said we have to check in before bringing the car in the garage. He kicked us out of the garage. So I did so at front desk while my girlfriend drove circles around the block. Not a big deal so far, until we returned with our $30 paid parking ticket. The valet man then said we can’t park in there, because there is no room. But we just paid the front desk, right? We then mentioned that we paid “so can you please park our car?” The valet then tells us to “the hotel has nothing to do with this parking lot!” even though the entrance sign says Hotel Indigo. Other customers in the lot told us to go somewhere else because he was terrible and rude with them. So we drove around in the very busy neighborhood and found a $10 lot over half a mile away. We came back and explained to the front desk what happened and she kindly gave us a bottle of champagne and water and refunded our parking. She also offered discount breakfast AND her personal parking space! Wow. She really cared about customer satisfaction. Highly recommend this place, but park elsewhere!!!

Our third stay at Indigo, our hotel of choice for Alexandria. Friendly staff, nice rooms and excellent location.

The room was clean and updated. The view of the river was amazing. I would definitely stay here again

Safe neighborhood. Not many amenities in the room like slippers and plain coffee maker. You can drink only keurig capsules. But overall I enjoyed the stay with a river view.

We stayed one night after a concert at The Birchmere and were not disappointed. Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Only possible downside is that we checked in late (10:15 to 10:30) and valet parking wasn't available. The public garage attached was almost full. If it wasn't for someone pulling out as we got there, we may not have had a place to park. Additionally, we noticed orange pylons in many spaces that could have been made available. If we were unable to get a spot, we would have gone in and and spoken to the front desk and I would hope that they would have been able to help us. All in all, we would stay again.

Nice new-ish hotel. Right on the potomac river. Amazing views. Super affordable and walkable to great restaurants. Only place I stay when I’m here.

The hotel was very nice and the location could not be beat. Staff was super friendly, comfortable beds, very quiet air/heating. Only thing that could have been better, is for them to provide a bottle of water daily. Otherwise, an excellent hotel

We stay here every time we come to Alexandria to visit our son and his family. We’ve been here at least 10 times and it is our only go to spot while we visit. We love the hotel, we love the situation along the river, and the proximity to King Street, and all the shops and restaurants. We will be back again and again and again.

Quick weekend getaway! Check in was great. Upgraded our room! Location is excellent. Everything is walkable. Excellent views. Clean rooms. Very comfortable stay for a couples getaway. Only complaint is parking is expensive so figure that price into the hotel price.

Lovely location for a stroll through old town yet not far from airport; super friendly staff; room decor is eclectic and spacious.
