Hotel vicini a Falesia Beach a Albufeira

Beautiful and well maintained grounds. The facilities provided in the accommodations were very good, fridge, freezer, dish washer, cooker and microwave. The kitchen was in good condition and looked fairly new. However, sofa and other fittings looked worn and tired. The Accommodation is within a stone's through to the beach. Approximately 10 and 15 minutes stroll to the beach As we were slightly outside summer season. Only Bed & Breakfast option was provided. We found the range of food provided for Breakfast was to a good standard. Restaurant Staff were helpful and polite. The reception staff were very pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful in giving us advice on things do and places to visit in Portugal.

Stayed at this hotel over Christmas.Not good holiday ruined by horrible staff.No manners.Girls on reception desk are lovely.Staff in restaurants need training on how to treat and respect people.especially one very rude staff member .I cried one day how he he spoke to me. He made me and my husband feel very uncomfortable in the restaurant. Where he asked to see our armbands it was the way he approached us was the problem he got my arm, and said no, no. Then he did , the same to my husband he shouted you not paid for all-inclusive and went straight to reception. I felt very embarrassed.😳 he then made us wear our armbands in front of everyone and said we could not eat till we put them on no apology was given.The food in the restaurant was very cold, I mean freezing. I could not use the door by the bar area after 630, and was told to get out with no respect. I have never been spoken like this by staff on holiday. There was no manners and respect.There was old people spoken to the same way. They were upset it was too cold to go all the way round it was freezing some nights.I never complain, but I felt this hotel put me off booking Christmas holidays. I was looking forward to it so much and my holiday Christmas was ruined. The bath in the bathroom had no plugs. I had to go down to reception and get them and then We we was only given one to the bath. Me and my husband found it very hard to get into the bath as there was a glass screen on the wall it was fixed to the bath. There was disabled people in the hotel and they mentioned this to very difficult to get in and out, and you could not turn the tap off. I rented the ironing board and iron out on our stay for €10, which was given back when you took the ironing board and iron back. The ironing board was disgusting stains on board iron burnt marks on iron.when I returned both iron and ironing board, I was made to feel I had not paid my deposit as they had mixed up with other customers and gave my deposit to somebody else I was made to feel I have not paid No apology was made and it was their mistake. I will not be returning to this hotel I spent a lot of money on this hotel, I was disappointed most of it.There was a lot of complaints off the guests on the drink glasses they were plastic cups given to us on Christmas Day and in the hotel on the evenings I can understand plastic being used outside by pool area but I’ve never been to a hotel and had to have plastic inside. this was a big issue with all the guests. on a stay the pool area was not cleaned once. and the tables around the pool. There were plastic cups and rubbish left on the tables from day before. For a 4star hotel I expect better never experienced such a dirty hotel. I’ve been to 3 star that have been better.

Albergo attento alle misure covid, personale cordiale e abbastanza disponibile. Ottimo il parcheggio gratuito esterno o interno. Piacevole la zona piscine che come in ogni struttura, per la verità, è presa di mira da bambini rumorosi e madri tolleranti. L'animazione era anche piacevole con ragazzi pieni di idee e coreografie piacevoli. La stanza era discreta ma nulla di più tra l'altro con un condizionatore d'aria a volte rumoroso, specie di notte quando vorresti dormire. La colazione a partire dalle ore 8 sino alle 11 è interessante per chi ama dormire tanto, per fortuna in altre strutture aprono alle 7 in modo che chi volesse andare in spiaggia presto non debba attendere le 8 del mattino (precise). La colazione era discreta, anche se mi sarei aspettato qualcosa di più come offerta. La cosa che poi non si può tollerare è un frigorifero in camera che non funzionava per nulla e la spiegazione dell'hotel è stata che vi era un problema diffuso in tutte le camere, e questa sarebbe la spiegazione ufficiale ?! Ho dovuto bere bevande calde per tutta la vacanza perchè l'hotel non aveva alcuna intenzione di rimediare al problema??? Mi è stato detto che un poco funzionava ma non sopporto essere preso in giro, soprattutto quando paghi per una struttura superiore dove queste cose non sono accettabili. E questo sarebbe un hotel a 5 stelle? Credo che se un esperto di accreditamento venisse a fare un controllo non sarebbe male.

Ho riscelto questo hotel per la seconda volta(la prima nel 2018) perché è poco distante dalle spiagge in una zona abbastanza tranquilla. Ragazze alla reception molto gentili e disponibili,anche se all'arrivo c'è stato un disguido,hanno saputo subito risolvere il problema. Veniamo al dunque. La pulizia in camera almeno al 3piano dove soggiornavo lascia molto a desiderare, si dimenticavano asciugamani, cuscino, e per fare pulire sotto il tavolino esterno l ho dovuto spostare, perché già quando siamo entrate in camera spostandolo è uscito di tutto. Macchina Nespresso in camera, per noi italiani è il top! Il problema che ti regalano 2capsule al check in e poi le devi comprare.ok! Compro il box Nespresso con 10capsule 8,50€! L'ultima sera il box finisco le capsule e chiedo la cortesia,che siccome la mattina dopo saremmo partite, se gentilmente ci potevano dare solo 2 capsule ovviamente pagandole, mi è stato risposto che non potevano aprire il box! E allora mi chiedo : quando fate il check in e date in omaggio le 2 capsule da qualche parte dovranno uscire????? A volte basta veramente poco per fare contento un cliente anche perché essendo dello stesso mestiere ho omaggiato anche di mance la reception e la signora ai piani...malgrado tutto!

Non posso colpire questo hotel. Ha tutto quello che la famiglia ha bisogno. Le piscine e le attività esterne dei bambini sono eccellenti. Pioveva in uno dei giorni, ma la spaziosa piscina all'interno significava che il nostro piccolo ragazzo poteva ancora nuotare. Le camere sono spaziose e pulite con tutto quello che ti serve. Devo dire un ringraziamento speciale al personale, soprattutto Ibrahim e il signore del personale notturno con lui alla ricezione.Abbiamo avuto un problema quando il nostro taxi prenotato e pagato non si è presentato. Ibrahim e l'altro signore sono andati fuori dal loro modo per aiutarci.Sono un credito assoluto all'hotel

Sono andato da solo, ma non mi sono mai stancato. Ho avuto un check-in tardivo e tutto era a posto. Ho comunicato con l'hotel sul mio cambio di volo e la risposta rapida, mi hanno prenotato un taxi che aspettava alle ore di mattina. La pulizia era 100% le camere pulite non posso colpire. Mi piaceva il viaggio di autobus, l'Uber era ok. La zona era tranquilla se qualcuno cercava vicinanza, ma il prezzo del taxi era buono. Ci era così tanto da fare. Il mio ultimo giorno è andato al bagno per il parco aqua OMG, che era rigiovanimento solo che dovete pagare con uno sconto se siete al hotel. , per 2 ore 25 euro credo che potrebbe essere un po 'più economico per l'ospite dell'hotel. Ma non sono uno che mi lamenta, è un hotel amico dei bambini, quindi aspettate di sentire i bambini che stanno pianificando di portare i miei nipoti la prossima volta, so che si diverteranno.La colazione era buona, mangiare fuori per cena c'è così tanto posto da scegliere. Solo un Uber andato via. Un grande grido a Bruno, un buon cocktail, mi ha dato dei suggerimenti per mangiare fuori.

I first came to this hotel in March 2019 and absolved loved it! I had assumed I had given this hotel a 5 star review as it is one of my favourite places to visit. When looking back I only gave it 4 stars ( to my husbands shock and disgust) At the time I felt the resort didn’t have enough bars and restaurants but I shouldn’t have marked the hotel down for this so I’m writing another review. We loved this place so much we booked to come back the next yr but our holiday was cancelled due to Covid. As soon as we were able to travel we booked straight back up visiting May 2022 and then booked again this yr in March 2023. We will be booking next yr again. I’ve never been somewhere twice before but we will come here every yr as we just love it! The hotel is perched on the most beautiful cliff edge with absolutely stunning sea views. Once you’ve been you will fall in love with the place. The hotel is gorgeous and the staff are all so friendly and the food is very good. The resort may not be big but there are a few nice walks you can do and it’s a great base to explore other near by resorts like vilamoura and albuferia. There is a taxi rank outside the hotel but we usually do the 2 hour walk along the beach to Villamoura then get a taxi back. Can’t wait for our next visit

L'hotel è situato a 15 minuti di cammino da Albufeira, ma è la prima volta che abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel e non sarà la nostra ultima. È solo 5 minuti in taxi nella città antica e molto vicino ai bar di Oura.Abbiamo trovato la pulizia e il servizio sono molto buoni, puliti di tovaglioli ogni giorno e cambiamenti regolari se il letto è di letto. Anche il colazione è buona senza scelta. Non abbiamo usato la piscina perché era così occupata.Non abbiamo potuto ottenere letti solari, ma questo è dovuto principalmente agli ospiti che li hanno riservati, che è annoiante e non dovrebbe essere davvero consentito. A nostro avviso, la zona della piscina è abbastanza piccola per ospitare il numero di ospiti che vi soggiornano, soprattutto perché gli appartamenti vicini possono utilizzare anche le strutture. Tutti in un grande soggiorno . Ci saremo di nuovo
