Hotel con colazione inclusa a Albany

Fermata durante il.viaggio tra le cascate del Niagara e Boston. Camere abbastanza spaziose con una bella doccia. Colazione sufficiente e personale disponibile. Parcheggio privato a pagamento. Nelle vicinanze abbiamo cenato in un pub locale (Hollow) carino.

Le strutture sono più vecchie e devono essere aggiornate, come la chiusura della porta, dovrebbero essere dotate di diversi tazze di carta nella stanza.

Date of stay:  Fri June 28th.  Room 305 & 107 Our room (305) was very spacious. It had a sofa, a chair, a full desk, dressers, closets, and a full kitchen with a fridge, dishwasher, dishes, stove, etc.  The king bed was very comfortable. The sheets were in great shape, with four large fluffy pillows. The bathroom is spacious, clean, and bright.  The shower head is very high, which is excellent for tall people.  Overall, the room is very comfortable, clean, and enjoyable. I would stay here again.  Someone in our party has trouble sleeping in hotels but slept like a baby here.   The hotel has a 24-hour fitness center and a pool, which is open until 10 pm. Breakfast is complimentary and includes cereals and waffles, scrambled eggs, bagels, (pork) sausages, etc.   The hotel is also pet friendly - check their policies before booking, but we saw many dogs.  The hotel charges $10-ish  for parking with a lot that can only be accessed by key cards. If you book more than one room, let them know you only need parking for one vehicle. Check your bill in case they charged you for more.  Otherwise they are happy to refund if a mistake occurred    The staff are very friendly, pleasant, upbeat, and engaging.  The front desk staff at check-in was extremely busy due to the hotel being fully booked when we arrived, and she maintained a smile and pleasantry the whole time. Never once did she look frustrated or stressed.  Morning staff couldn't have been nicer.  The front desk staff was super cheerful, friendly, and engaging. The breakfast staff were very nice and friendly as well. Everyone was very upbeat and pleasant.

The Morgan State House is my favorite place to stay in Albany. It's beautiful and comfortable, well located within walking distance of restaurants and the state capitol, and serves a lovely breakfast. I want to give them a particular shout-out as I forgot my cell phone in my room last week, and did not realize it until I was on the train. They carefully packaged it and mailed it by overnight service. I was impressed by their responsiveness and deeply grateful for the rapid resolution of my careless oversight.

I read the reviews and was somewhat iffy - but was a great stay. I am a biz traveler Titanium with Marriott. Location: Great location right across from the Univ of Albany so if ur a runner or walker this is a great space to do both. There is a 7-11 right next door which is always cool and a dunkin next door on the other side. The people working here are all great. The room--I was given 131 and usually I dont like rooms on the first floor but loved this one. So convenient. There is a restaurant -- The hotel food service was steps away, few steps to the shops next to hotel. No elevators to navigate; Liked room layout - you walk in there is an alcove to the left for the microwave and fridge and beyond is the bath, so there is some seperation from the sleeping areas. Water pressure is good, bed was very comfortable. Overall this biz traveler had a great stay and highly recommend for others

Sorpreso da alcune delle recensioni incoerenti, perché ho avuto un soggiorno inconfutabile. Ero in città per il torneo NCAA. We were attending an event in the area and needed a room for a few nights. We were choosing between the Renaissance or this Fairfield. Ultimately, we could not see spending double the price for a hotel a block away and about the same so we chose the Fairfield. The GM Rebecca told us the Fairfield is better because their breakfast is included and you have to pay at the Renaissance. It was a delightfully cheeky reply and was a great sum of our experience with the GM. She was working nights while we were there. She was very engaged in the hotel and guests. When we needed new room supplies they arrived or were immediately given to us at the desk. Overall the hotel was exactly what we expected. The rooms were as depicted in photos. GM - Worked every night we were there and was very hands on. She seemed to have great dialogue with her team. She was able to help with anything we asked and I think the hotel will thrive under her leadership. Overall Team - Incredibly helpful. No matter the question you have they will give you honest information and were very forthcoming everything from parking advice to other local questions. Toiletries - This is the first hotel I have ever used their shampoo and conditioner and not regretted it! I left my shampoo and conditioner at home and was a bit worried that my 3A curls would not be agreeable but far from it! The shampoo and conditioner did a great job and my hair felt quite nourished with curls properly shaping. I LOVE that there are full bottles in the shower! I have super long curly hair and a lot of it. (The usual hotel small bottles could not wash 1/8th of my hair.) It was great to be able to use the as much as I needed out of the bottle. The scent was eucalyptus and lavender which I really enjoyed. The large bottles are mounted in the shower. So when we ran out after a shower we just called the front desk and housekeeping was upstairs to replace the bottles within 15 minutes. (We requested no housekeeping during our stay so it is possible they would just do this during a normal cleaning.) With the bathroom toiletries it was just a let them know if you need something again we chose to not have housekeeping. When we returned from dinner one night we asked for some rolls of toilet paper and the gentleman at the front desk promptly returned with 2 rolls for us. We didn't have any issues with this but just thinking before hopping in the shower etc. would help to prevent an uh oh moment. Again absolutely the best bathroom toiletries experience I have ever had! I also have sensitive skin and had no issues with the body wash or the hand soap bar. Room - The room was exactly as depicted in the photos online which is refreshing. The bathrooms were exceptionally spacious which was delightful for two of us in the room to have more counter space to share. The tv worked well and there were no issues. They had the option to sign in and watch your Netflix account but we did not partake in that. Breakfast - We mostly

Ho soggiornato in diversi hotel americani di lunga durata, ma questo è di gran lunga il più grande. Mi sento sinceramente come se avete qualche problema si accerteranno di prendervi cura di lui. Ottima gestione e meraviglioso personale. Il manager qui in questo luogo è una donna che lavora così duro. Gabbie va di sopra e di là per assicurarsi che ognuno si prenda cura di. Ha un atteggiamento così positivo anche quando si trova di fronte a difficoltà. Prometto con un manager come questo che non mi sorprende che questo posto sia così buono. Apprezzo anche i lavoratori duri come Chi e molti altri. Chi è sempre proattivo e positivo. Questa donna sa come fornire un grande servizio clienti. Quando salgo al divano, lei è sempre attenta e pronta a rispondere a qualsiasi domanda che possa avere. C'è anche un tipo molto alto che lavora a notte di solito e è proprio così fantastico, non ricordo il suo nome, ma è certamente un duro lavoratore e cerca di assicurarsi che tutti siano curati. Continuerò sempre a venire qui perché il servizio al cliente e i prezzi sono FANTASTIC!!!!!!!! Tutti mantengono il grande lavoro!! 11
