Spagna: hotel con palestra nella provincia di Catalogna

A short stay for of 2 days was booked with Triip.com for one adult and 2 children under 10, to join us who were booked in a day earlier for three days. Our three day booking was direct with the hotel, half board. The hotel is marked 'adults recommended' and they sure discourage children, by seeking to charge per occupancy rather than simply on a cost per room. The Trip site quite fairly offered the room at the rate for two adults, with children under 12 free, so this is what was paid. Half board was added but at the rate for two adults, which would be greater than the actual hotel rate for one adult and two children, but I was happy to have reserved restaurant secured. Things got messy at check in, the hotel insisting that the room was occupied by three 'persons' as they put it and should therefore be 50% extra, though the room was the same type as the twin we had for two adults. The Hotel also insisted that only breakfast was provided, and tried to argue that the B2B rate from the third party (Trip) was insufficient. I politely pointed out that the discounts provided to third party agents was no concern of the customer, and referred to my booking voucher which clearly stated I had booked a twin room, into which was going 1 adult, two very small children, and that breakfast and dinner was paid for, with the rate for 1 adult being greater than twice the local charge for a child. They were impossible to deal with, and I left the reception angry and upset. I contacted the Trip representative and by that evening it was sorted. Full marks to Trip, zero to the hotel. As for our stay, the hotel is excellent, but with room to improve. Dinner in the Buffet only commences at 8.00, resulting in quite the bunfight if the restaurant is busy. It was on that Thursday, a national holiday, and it was impossible to order wine and beverages after we seated, with a single service person taking orders. We ate our food dry, and finally placed an order for wine and water while eating dessert, some 40 minutes after seating. The same bottleneck occurred the next morning at breakfast, with the four snail paced Nespresso machines totally incapable of dealing with the coffee demands. Worse, all 4 machines overheated and went into 'service mode'. Worse again, these obviously unsuitable barista machines were the only source of hot water for Tea or infusions, but with no seperate hot water dispenser faucet. You had to stand for almost 2 minutes while the machine slowly dispensed through the coffee outlet, a single mug of hot water, to the frustration of the queue behind. This needs sorting, it took ages to get a breakfast beverage every morning, and on the second day I had to return 4 floors to my room and fill my cup from the in room Nespresso maker. I'd advise to bring a travel kettle with you. Otherwise, a fine hotel, but the restaurant problems and discriminatory pricing for children are an issue, so not a hotel for children.

Cute little boutique hotel situated in the Gothic area of Barcelona. Location was perfect. Walking distance to major attractions especially Gaudi’s masterpieces. Hotel was nicely decorated for Christmas . Smell of fresh pine leaves filled the lobby. Staff very friendly and helpful. Special mention to Rafael and Mariona who helped booked my tickets to Familia Sagrada at the last minute . It was my second time in Ohla and the welcome team came with champagne and chocolates. This nice gesture was really appreciated. O stayed in the Junior suite and the room was clean and well appointed . Only minor issue was the breakfast , while good, was the same everyday. I stayed for 4 days and wished a little variety would be great. Perhaps more Asian food as a lot of the hotel guests seems to be Asians. About the only Asian food was plain rice and miso soup. All in all a close to perfection hotel. A little more pricey but well worth it. Highly recommended.

This apartment was all we hoped for, the location suited us very well, right next to Sagrada Familia and close to a good supermarket, cafes, restaurants and bars. We can definitely recommend an Italian restaurant a few minutes walk away, Paisano Bistro where we ate a couple of times, along with a fast food pasta place for food on the go (quirky, write on the walls) Pasta Lucia. Most places in the area did close around midnight. The apartment 306 was perfect for our needs, a family of 4 including 2 daughters 25 & 21, we were celebrating my Husband’s 60th Birthday. It has a great living area with sofa and dining table/chairs modern kitchen, a full shower room and another room with WC and sink, along with a small balcony over looking the street below. There are two reasonable sized bedrooms, the view from the master room is nothing to speak about, onto the inner courtyard. Lots of storage / wardrobe space in the main bedroom, a little less in the twin. I did take a dining chair into our bedroom to sit in front of the long mirror as there is a socket there for hair appliances, but there is no dressing table. There were little extras included like dishwasher tablets, dishcloth, tea towel, washing up liquid, hand soap in the bathrooms, shampoo, conditioner and body wash along with tea supplies etc…There was a coffee machine but no coffee pods. Bottled water which would be replenished on request to reception. The air conditioning in the apartment is great, inside the apartment we would not have known that it reached 36 degrees outside on some days! The roof top terraces are a great bonus, with loungers and terrace furniture. They are open until 10pm. Note it is only a plunge pool, not a swimming pool. The view of the Sagrada Familia from up there was amazing! We didn’t use the gym, apart from my daughter booked it privately to take advantage of a special offer “Monday full body massage” for 40 euros. We arrived mid morning and called to leave our luggage, check in was from 3pm, but they were happy to store our luggage so that we could spend the day exploring the area. Irene and Tamara on reception were both lovely and really helpful, as was the English gentleman who later showed us around our apartment, sorry I didn’t catch his name. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and there was nothing that we would have changed. Thank you to all the staff for a great stay!  Note- you cannot leave your luggage after checkout, however I booked luggage storage a few minutes away costing around £20 for two large cases, and 4 under seat bags. I sourced this myself as there are companies advertised at reception and in the lift, however they worked out more expensive. The storage we used worked perfectly.

One of the best location in Barcelona. It is the center of many tourist spots and there are many restaurants, cafes, shops near the hotel. And room was very clean and well-maintained. The pool area was also very relaxing and the staffs were very kind, especially a man at the bar.

Todo correcto. El hotel bastante sencillo. Las habitaciones justitas para un 4 estrellas. Es cierto que estás en el parque prácticamente. La entrada y llegada a la recepción un poco lenta. Grandes grupos que dificultan el check in y únicamente 2 personas en recepción. El acceso al parking estrecho y poco señalizado. El coste es de 18€ la noche, algo excesivo, pero las plazas son amplias

La camera era piuttosto piccola! Questo Mercure, come tutti i Mercure in Cina, è un tipico hotel d'affari, spesso scelto per i viaggi di lavoro. Con due bagagli grandi, era difficile anche solo aprirli. L'hotel non fornisce articoli da toeletta usa e getta, quindi bisogna portarsi tutto da casa (come in tutta Europa). Inoltre, lasciare i bagagli in deposito prima del check-in costa meno di 7 euro, quindi tenetelo a mente! Il check-in è probabilmente solo nel pomeriggio. Il personale della reception parla inglese ed è molto cordiale, non ci sono stati altri problemi. Ci sono una panetteria e un supermercato nelle vicinanze, quindi la posizione è comoda. La sera è molto tranquillo.

Il prezzo dell'hotel è alto, ma la colazione è eccellente e vale la spesa extra. L'hotel è vicino a numerose fermate dell'autobus ed è molto comodo entrare e uscire dalle varie attrazioni senza dover salire le scale o prendere la metropolitana. Dall'aeroporto di Barcellona, ​​prendi l'Airport Express fino al terminal, poi prendi un autobus direttamente davanti alla porta dell'hotel.La posizione è davvero ideale. La stanza dispone di aria condizionata sufficiente, acqua calda forte e ampio spazio.

L'hotel è ben fornito di cibo, bevande e intrattenimento. Si consiglia inoltre di raggiungere a piedi i principali luoghi turistici di Gaudì, così da poter vivere appieno la vita, lo shopping e la bellezza culturale di Barcellona. La colazione dell'hotel è superiore alla media, il personale di servizio è molto entusiasta, Ma ho avuto un'esperienza pessima. Dopo essere rimasto lì per 2 giorni, ho voluto cambiare stanza per continuare il mio soggiorno (da una singola a una tripla). Ho comunicato con la reception due giorni prima e speravo di riuscire a comunicare senza problemi in un'altra stanza. Ci hanno detto che non potevamo ancora cambiare, e se non ci fossero state stanze disponibili alle 12 avremmo dovuto andarcene e aspettare una stanza. . Avevo già controllato il sito web e l'hotel aveva delle camere disponibili. . In seguito l'hotel ha detto che c'era una stanza disponibile per il cambio e ha chiesto che la tessera della stanza venisse inviata su per poter cambiare stanza. Ma in realtà hanno detto che dovevo scendere e firmare di persona per ottenere la chiave. Quando sono sceso a chiedi, mi è stato detto che questa era la procedura dell'hotel. . Rimasi molto deluso e decisi di non restare. Spero che la direzione dell'hotel prenda nota di questo problema, la gestione degli hotel è intelligente al giorno d'oggi, non dateci semplicemente delle scuse e questo rovinerà il marchio dell'hotel. nel complesso la mia esperienza di soggiorno è stata perfetta, ma a causa di questo caso penso che dovrei dare un feedback negativo sul servizio, questo potrebbe non essere giusto nei confronti della maggior parte del personale di servizio dell'hotel, ma è importante per noi farvi sapere queste esperienze negative superbe

Altamente raccomandato agli amici che vengono a Barcellona per godersi il mare! Hotel resort a basso costo Il treno impiega circa 40 minuti da Barcellona alla stazione di Mataro. Lo scenario lungo la costa è fantastico! Se rimani più a lungo puoi raggiungere le spiagge delle altre stazioni. L'hotel è nuovissimo e molto conveniente, quasi al livello di Atour in Cina. Nel minibar troverete una macchina per il caffè, accappatoi, pantofole e alcune bevande. Con la colazione inclusa, la mattina ho mangiato parecchio. Il porto di pesca di fronte all'hotel è bellissimo e anche il mare è bello. Ci sono poche persone, ma la spiaggia non è molto pulita. È bello sedersi e guardare il paesaggio. Se vuoi fare il bagno puoi venire nella piscina dell'hotel, c'è poca gente.

All'inizio ero preoccupato per la posizione dell'hotel. Niente di cui preoccuparsi. L'hotel è vicino alla stazione ferroviaria (20 minuti a piedi). Ci sono diverse opzioni per cenare nei dintorni dell'hotel. I servizi sono ben tenuti (sauna/piscina). La camera era spaziosa e confortevole. Un aspetto da migliorare sarebbe l'orario di apertura del bar. Chiudono alle 11. Non si riesce a trovare nemmeno una bottiglia d'acqua se non si cammina per almeno 10 minuti. Cose che possono essere migliorate per i futuri viaggiatori. 1. L'atteggiamento del personale nella hall dovrebbe rappresentare il marchio dell'hotel. C'era un membro dello staff al banco cassa (non so il suo nome, è un uomo sulla trentina...) che urlava a un altro collega e non gli importava se ci fossero ospiti in giro o meno. Davvero scortese e poco professionale. 2. I bagni nella hall necessitano di molta manutenzione. C'erano water e rubinetti rotti. A parte queste osservazioni, questo posto è un'ottima opzione se si desidera soggiornare fuori Barcellona.
