Un hotel molto bello e tranquillo. Il suo lavoro è molto caldo e divertente. È più vantaggioso per le sue possibilità di raggiungere gli stessi hotel di valore. Un hotel con energia positiva in termini di aura. Consigliavo. Grazie tante all'operatore e al personale 🙏

Быстро заселили, номер чистый, светлый, есть холодильник, кондиционер, wi-fi, фен. Номер на пятом этаже с просторным балконом с видом на город и на гору крепости Аланьи. Данный балкон был с боковыми стенами, поэтому когда уходит солнце можно приватно посидеть на балконе. На первом этаже отеля есть ресторан со вкусной едой, например микс морепродуктов. На крыше есть небольшой уютный бассейн. Бассейном не пользовался, так как для себя считаю что туристическими бассейнами пусть пользуются дети и женщины. Пляж в шаговой доступности. Сотрудники отеля приветливые и отзывчивые. Спасибо Hotel Kleopatra за теплый прием!

È molto facile essere confuso con gli hotel in Alanya vicino alla spiaggia di Cleopatra perché il 90% degli hotel hanno la parola 'Cleopatra' in essi. In generale, una decente esperienza con questo hotel. Ammirabile posizione, a 5-minute passeggiata da tutto, e l'hotel è nascosto sulla strada principale lontano dal rumore. Non si può battere la posizione, è letteralmente vicino a tutto. La stanza stessa era spaziosa e pulita. Buona connessione WiFi e un buon balcone grande. L'ascensore è estremamente piccolo, una persona può quasi addirittura adattarsi! Lasciate che vi portino i bagagli. Il servizio era tutto a posto - ma non hanno fornito refreschi o tè/caffè nella stanza (solo una bottiglia d'acqua il primo giorno). Quando abbiamo chiesto il tè alla ricezione ci hanno detto che potresti farlo durante il colazione se paghi. La temperatura della doccia era controllata - non era molto calda il primo giorno - ma dopo una denuncia era stata fissata. Il principale vantaggio per questo hotel è quello di trovarlo - proprio nel cuore di Alanya con una breve distanza dalla spiaggia/castello/gondola.

L'hotel è bellissimo in sé, ma una vergogna enorme per il personale... sono tutti rudi e non ti riconoscono nemmeno, prendono cibo e bevande prima di essere fatto e ti prego non aspettare mai di ottenere acqua in bottiglia! (È possibile ottenere questo solo dal bar del ristorante che ha una cola cattiva). Abbiamo letteralmente dovuto chiedere di ottenere una bottiglia d'acqua dal bar per la mia bottiglia per i miei bambini, così possiamo nutrirlo, l'unica acqua disponibile è da una macchina acqua al lato del bar che ha gustato metallico e ti danno solo tazze di dimensioni di un vetro di colpo : ) Non dirlo di essere lì e ti mettono in una stanza casuale solo per dire che o dovrai pagare un extra di 380 sterline per rimanere in quella stanza o trasferirti il giorno dopo, in modo che non si possa rilassarsi. Credo che siano entrati e si siano mossi i cuscini nella nostra stanza e che, c'era ancora una formula che avevamo caduto sul lato dalla mattina. Non è permesso anche usare i guanti per la piscina, quindi non provare a farlo andare fuori di testa! . Non era tutto cattivo il cibo era bellissimo e aveva sempre una varietà molto bello anche c'è una spiaggia fuori (ma è €9 un letto solare) si può semplicemente sedersi sulla spiaggia con un asciugamano. Ci sono molti negozi e ristoranti intorno all’hotel, quindi si tratta di una posizione in cui si trova.

We have stayed at this lovely hotel before and after several cancellations due to covid we were looking forward to coming back. The staff are lovely and welcoming and cannot do enough for you. The rooms are clean and well presented and fresh towels daily. The pool area is a lovely and quiet place to relax in the day and the beach is only a few minutes walk away. It was lovely to be greeted by Rocky as we walked in, he is a firm favourite with all the guests. It's a shame the breakfast has changed as they used to do a buffet style breakfast where you could choose what you had whereas now it is given to you at the table. We will be returning again however as the friendliness of everyone there is amazing and Oba is a great little town. Our happy place 😊

L'hotel è abbastanza decente. La camera è bellissima, con balcone, piccolo frigorifero, armadio, 2 poltrone e tavolino. Il letto ha un buon materasso, ma personalmente i cuscini sono difficili per me. Il personale alla reception è molto cordiale.

Hotel rooms: good space, well appointed, lots of hanging storage space (not many hangars), only x2 small drawers and no iron in room. Tea and coffee available but kettle leaked (had x2 both leaked). No milk available. Small fridge frequently refilled with water. Nice beds (but pull out bed had very poor mattress, wouldn’t advise use for more than a night). Bedding and towels ok, rooms cleaned well and linen changed regularly. Bathroom ok, has hairdryer, and shower gel. Other accessories such as cotton buds and shower caps in wardrobe. Large mirror in bathroom and mirrored robes. No magnifying mirror which might have been helpful. Bathroom bin pedal didn’t work: inconvenient. Very small balcony with plastic chairs. Clothes drying provided by only x4 pronged struts (not enough). Good air con (AC), lots of sockets, TV was ok and nice lighting. Safe in room. Location: a bit far from centre. Taxi is 3-500 Lira to the centre. Or take a very long (approx 5 mile) walk stopping at bars etc along the way (takes about 2 hrs without stops or 3-4 with a few drinks and a lunch on the way). Views from hotel not great unless you have premium rooms looking out to sea… can be noisy with roads. Beach:2 mins across the road with shuttle, only 5 to walk. Beach gravelly and pebbly, small wooden walkway and pier there, can access water from that or from beach. Nice beach beds but poor mattresses. Good towel exchange for beach if needed. Nice bar and snacks at beach. Pool: main pool lots of space and good beds etc. good bar service at pool. Music loud/ noisy though. Quiet pool has nice beds, but they are frequently covered in towels early morning so not always available. Food: Breakfast range excellent. Fruit always available. A good range of food at main means , salads are excellent and very fresh. Hot food a little on the cool ode (temperature control not good). Generally nice though and always had meat, fish and bbq options. Options through night and all day available (including cake bar). Drinks: Coffee is great. Alcohol not branded options (although bottles look to be). Wine is not good, avoid). Cocktails ok once you’ve had a few. Spa/gym: looked well equipped and accessible. Treatments seemed expensive compared to other hotels and in the centre (I didn’t use the services but those who did reported it to be positive). Hotel shop: limited options and expensive by comparison. Local small supermarket has all toiletries etc at very cheap prices (2 mins walk down the road). Staff: Some great some not so great (same as anywhere else). Cleaning/ housekeeping staff VERY good. Reception staff could be a little abrupt. Bar staff ok, restaurant staff seemed very busy but also keen to help. Entertainment: Not much on offer. 2 staff offering range of music between 21:30-23:30 (mainly ABBA and some modern pop and rap. Saw a good live dancing show 1 evening. Had a live singer another. Some karaoke also on. Better options for entertainment can be found along bars on way

Vorrei scrivere un recensione onesta su questo posto ricevimento personale bar personale piscina e divertimento è stato buono Cibo senza ghiaccio per bambini ristorante terribile bar bistro a piscina è ok servire buoni snack come abbiamo rinunciato per colazione nulla per niente Le camere inglesi erano piuttosto standard non aspettavano 5 stelle, ma direi 3 stelle era pulito. Ristoranti circostanti evitano il posto kebab intorno all'angolo come anche se con il marito decide di essere piuttosto amichevole. Il personale della piscina era anche una buona squadra di intrattenimento. Lei deve andare alle 6 per riservare le letti da sole, mentre la metà della piscina è coperta da 12 ombre. Suggerisco che se lei andasse qui, sarebbe quello che è dopo la denuncia alla ricezione che ci ha controllato al direttore generale, mi è stato offerto ”cosa vuole”, non ho detto nulla per farvi sapere che tipo di ricezione riceverai non è buono ma non è mai seguito con niente. Gli ristoranti che sono buoni sono il cuoco assolutamente sorprendente personale e cibo bello a prezzi ragionevoli. Con faccia sorridente e molto benvenuto non ritornerà 2 ore di trasferimento almeno

An honest review My experience of Lumos was mixed but wanted to write a review to help other choosing of where to stay. 1st - Note that the hotel is far from the airport in Antalya. Depending on the time of day it can take upwards of 2.5 hours. I had a shared shuttle and it was fine both ways, (no more than 2.5 hours) but just to note if this is something important to you. 2nd - If you are a light sleeper / like quiet hotels this hotel is not for you. It's unfortunate and not the fault of the hotel but it's not well situated in regards to noise. My room on the first night faced a nightclub next to the hotel and the noise was really louds till 3am. To their credit the staff were really accommodating and moved me for the rest of my stay but my second room was facing the pool where there was lots of noise from nearby entertainment and I could hear the lobby really loud. Again depends on personal preference, if this is important for you but for me was bad as a light sleeper. 3rd - Food was okay, the patisserie is nice to have during the day. I will say that I think the food isn't reflective of a 5* hotel. There isn't much choice or variation throughout the days with meals at short times (7 - 9 breakfast, 12 - 2 lunch and 7 -9 dinner. 4th - Pools are nice and not busy to relax to. The beach is 2 min walk from the hotel, but I found it to be really busy in quite a small space (by 10am there are no deckchairs) and as it's not attached to the hotel I noticed lots of non Lumos guests in the area. Staff are friendly - it's mixed which is normal wherever you go - I found lots of the guests to be really rude towards to the staff most noticeably.
