Hotel vicini a Ozel Hamdullah Eminpasa Koleji a Distretto di Alanya

L'hotel è abbastanza decente. La camera è bellissima, con balcone, piccolo frigorifero, armadio, 2 poltrone e tavolino. Il letto ha un buon materasso, ma personalmente i cuscini sono difficili per me. Il personale alla reception è molto cordiale.

Io e il mio partner siamo appena tornati da 9 notti sulla spiaggia di Aladdin. Da inizio a fine abbiamo avuto un tempo sorprendente. L'hotel è bellissimo da prima tirare fuori sembra sorprendente. L'intero posto è senza spot e il personale è costantemente pulito. Le camere vengono pulite quotidianamente e gli asciugamani freschi sono lasciati. La stanza ha tutto quello che ti serve, ma è necessario pagare per l'uso della cassaforte a un tasso giornaliero. Il cibo è una grande quantità di scelta e è tutto fresco e la salata è la migliore che abbia mai avuto. Molte varietà a pranzo e veramente a buon prezzo e buone dimensioni delle porzioni (diversamente spesso condivisi e questo è sufficiente) Una grande scelta di bevande posso molto raccomandare il daiquiri di banana congelato. Non ci sono carichi di camera intorno alla piscina, così abbiamo trascorso i nostri giorni sulla spiaggia. Carichi di letti e non sono pieni di asciugamani alle 7:00 così si sente di poter salire a fare colazione e andare a letto senza chiedersi un letto gratuito. Servizio bar sulla spiaggia anche. Carichi di bar, ristoranti e negozi da visitare. E un viaggio al castello è un must. Camminare breve al fondo e si può catturare il cavo fino alla cima. Le viste sono stupende. Siamo sicuramente tornati, perché è là con uno dei migliori posti che abbiamo soggiornato.

A great hotel, super friendly employees everywhere, reception, breakfast room, general housekeeping who always smile and have good advice and are willing to help and go the extra mile Super wide breakfast selection with various warm dishes, cold cuts, all kind of cheese, cereals and of course many different salads, yoghurt and dried fruits - I could not think of anything missing Different coffees from Americano over Expresso to Latte and fruit juices Less than 2 minutes walk to the red tower and 5 minutes to the harbour. Seaview really perfect to see the “pirate” ships coming and going and also sunrise in the morning. As close to the harbour also close proximity to all kind of restaurants, bars and the shopping bazaars. We were super happy and will come for sure again, we really had a great time and enjoyed every single day 😎

Отель отличный, с немецким менеджментом, что говорит само за себя. В этом отеле я не первый раз. В декабре была хорошая цена, а в сезон, конечно, отель дорогой. Номера отличные, всё работает, номер с балконом, в номере есть интернет. Отель красивый, в холле удобные диваны и кресла. Еда в ресторане выше всяческих похвал, у меня был полупансион. Выбор блюд отличный, всё вкусно. Море рядом, через дорогу. До центра тоже недалеко, чуть больше километра. Отель рекомендую.

Awful experience, first of all our room was not at all like the pictures in our booking. After a request to change rooms (at a cost of 8 euro’s a night) we agreed to pay half. Which was before we realised there was barely any hot water, no matter the time of day. Then there was the quality of the general facilities and the equipment provided (run down and dated) alongside chipped tableware and cracked tiles. More than once there were holes and stains on the ‘freshly changed’ bedding. The cleaning of the room in winter time is mean’t to be every other day however we had to verbally request for the room to be cleaned. We also ended up doing it ourselves a few times in the two weeks. The maids were excessively loud and disruptive, often waking us with banging and crashing as they carried out their cleaning services in the surrounding rooms. When we approached the staff working at the hotel they said they would contact the manager/owner to find a solution to the issues we had raised but no one came back to us until our check out day, they told us if we didn’t pay the room upgrade despite our disappointing experience they would have to pay which was obviously a lie. We also requested a double mattress topper, our request was ignored even though we asked numerous times. Our request was finally granted a week into our stay. Wouldn’t recommend staying here!

So, Where to start? We were here for 2 times, first time was amazing but this second.. it was also last. No english speaking staff, so it was hard to comunicate, they ignored us many times just because of we dont speak russian, how profesional. We stayed here for 8days, paid for all inclusive but we had sunbed only one day - sorry, half day cause of one russian lady who occupied our sunbed and threw away our personal stuff and refused to leave, hotel staff tried to help us but they can’t do nothing because she was a women, so.. i can go on and on about russian privilages all over the hotel, they can do everything and if you are not one of them, u can do shhhiiiiit, no one talking to you, on reception they are bothered that u speak english or german. It’s hotel just for russian and it’s shame cause the hotel itself is beautiful. If u are Europian, British, American,.. just read all the non russian feedback, they are all real, they are truthfull.

This hotel is beautiful and we were staying in a nice suite 405, it had a gorgeous big Jacuzzi tub and Sauna (We didn't need a sauna in July, just had to sit outside) There are 3 pools, one indoor, the main outdoor pool, and a smaller pool with slides. It's located high on a hill which means that the views are amazing. The reception staff were truly lovely, especially a brown-haired lady that couldn't do enough. We also had a very nice Waiter called Pedra who did his best to speak English to us and really looked after us on our stay. There are some cats that stray in looking for food which made my son's holiday. The hotel also provides a shuttle to and from the beach daily and there's dedicated seating for hotel guests on the beach. Some improvement points on this hotel, the pools are not ideal for smaller children, while there is a small paddling pool for the real smallies my 5 year old was struggling to play comfortably in the pools as the main pool only has a very short shallow end and he couldn't stand at all in the pool with slides which meant that he had to be held at all times in the water and couldn't play. Also I was expecting a kids club, games room and ice skating, all of which were closed for the full duration of our 2 week stay, this meant that there was very little for him aside from the pool. There is no place to buy snacks such as fruit, crisps, chocolate or anything for pool activities like floats snorkles etc. There is a market at the bottom of the hill where you can buy all of these things however, the hill is EXTREMELY steep and torture to walk up in the heat. I did find out on our last night that if you go to a diff gate you can ring for someone to collect you from the driveway. There's no bar area to sit and relax in in the evenings but again you can go into town quite easily. I didn't to experience the spa as I was traveling alone with my 5yr old but it did look amazing. Overall I'd recommend it to couples and older children but not so much for young children.

A mio avviso, le persone hanno aspettative troppo elevate, votano in basso o votano in basso. Dalle revisioni non siamo stati così alti nelle aspettative, ma non abbiamo avuto molto tempo qui all'inizio di novembre. Cercherò di riassumere qualcosa che non sapevo prima di arrivare: All Inc: sulla spiaggia: acqua, succhi, caffè e una crema di ghiaccio al giorno. Alla piscina/restaurante/bar: acqua, succo, caffè, tè, birra, vino (occhi rossi e bianchi, non è stato buono per il nostro gusto). Vodka, campari, Malibu e alcuni altri spiriti locali. Cibo: buffet con quello che si aspetta da un buffet. Colazione: serie, pane, scaglie, uova, salate ecc. Al pranzo: salate, pizza turca, 4-6 distillata con carne, un pesce da pranzo, pasta, riso. Sempre qualcosa da mangiare, ma non le cose più escitanti. Molte torte. Snackbar (a fianco della piscina): nuggette, salate, pancake turco con formaggio ecc (molto buono) + (luogo di cibo preferito per bambini). Camere pulite (Abbiamo il principale edificio). Parco aqua, piscina e giochi per bambini molto buono.
