Very close to airport with frequent airport shuttle service. It is also opposite to the car rental company (we use Hertz) so very convenient upon returning the car.

Very convenient for the airport and the free shuttle is great if you have an early flight.

Hotel plus location top, breakfast overcrowded

Booked 2 nights through a 3rd party.I was unable to fly and cancelled my reservations. Hampton was unwilling to negotiate any level of refund. Huge disappointment, what seemed fair would have been a refund of the 2nd night as they had time to rebook it. As I said..huge disappointment. I will need to reserve a room on my way home, and I will choose a different chain.

THE FRONT DESK IS POLITE , THE LIVING ROOM IS BRIGHT AND CLEAN, THE HOTEL 'S DINNER QUALITY IS GOOD SUTTLE BUS TO AIRPORTONCE EVERY HOUR

Airport shuttle to airport every 15 min a big plus

We were greeted by a lovely young woman wearing big glasses and a bigger smile. She checked us in, greeted me as an honors member, explained the amenities and discounts and even called me an hour later in my room to see what else she could do. She helped me login to the wifi and order her recommendations from room service. Just the most amazing service I’ve seen in a long time.

Fine location for the airport but the shuttle bus was difficult to arrange. Could have better breakfast and more facilities e.g gym room

位置不錯，服務良好，早餐也可以，延長退房時間，一小時十美元。不過人很多，入住和保管行李等需要等一段時間，推薦的。

房間大也比較新，乾淨，床品很舒服，前台服務很好，離機場很近，班車24小時運行，早晚班的最好選擇！
