Hotels con internet a Al Khobar

Mi hanno dato una stanza di disabilità, così tutto è stato progettato per essere facile per una persona a sedia a rotelle, ma non è stato adatto per una persona normale. Il bagno, le cascate e i corridoi erano progettati per essere inferiori al normale, e anche il doccia non aveva vetro per impedire che l'acqua spruzzasse fuori di esso, quindi quando qualcuno si dorsò, il pavimento del bagno era pieno di acqua, e nessuno poteva usarlo finché l'acqua non si era asciugata. Ho chiesto tante volte di cambiare la stanza, e non ho avuto risposta.

Private beach stretch, Male Spa amp; Female Spa, Massage rooms, Saunas, Steam rooms, Fitness rooms, Pools, Children’s play area amp; pool, Mini market, Soccer field, Bicycle rentals, Opportunity for jet ski, parasailing and boat trips, Lagoon stretched on 2KM.

Stayed in this Grand Hyatt property in late January for a few nights. Overall, the service is great!! 1) The property treats Globalist well and I do appreciate that the property upgraded my reservation to a one-bedroom residence that is extremely nice. 2) The food and beverage experience of their main restaurant at the lobby level is great. I did have a buffet dinner one night and a lunch with selection from a la carte menu. The prices are reasonable and the quality of the food is great. 3) The property does have a Grand Club at the 11/F and it serves beverage all day and evening snacks during the evening. The snacks are quite good from my point of view. 4) The gym has separate entrances to males and females. For the male-only gym, the equipments are sufficient for me to do a great workout with kettlebells, dumbbells, and pull-up bar. 5) There is a spa inside the male-only gym. I did try an 1-hour hot stone massage that I felt great and relaxed after the service, and it worth the price. 6) The hotel has a direct access to a big shopping mall in which there is a CarreFour Hypermarket. 7) The hotel is about 45-minutes Uber ride away from the King Fahd International Airport (DMM).

The room itself was undeniably impressive. Spacious, well-appointed, and tastefully decorated, it provided a comfortable retreat after a long day of exploring the city. However, my enthusiasm was dampened upon encountering an unpleasant odor in the bathroom, which detracted from the overall experience. Moving on to dining, the restaurant experience was decent but not outstanding. While the food was satisfactory, it didn't quite meet the high expectations one would associate with the InterContinental brand. The culinary offerings lacked the wow factor that sets top-tier hotels apart. Unfortunately, the disappointment didn't end there. I found the service at the reception to be subpar, particularly from Ahmed. Not as helpful or accommodating as one would expect from staff at a renowned hotel chain, his demeanor left much to be desired. Additionally, I was puzzled by the hotel's policy of splitting the rooms and restricting access to certain facilities. It seemed unnecessary and inconvenient to limit guests to using only the gym in their building, especially considering the amenities available in other parts of the hotel.

Il servizio dell'hotel è molto buono e la posizione è buona. La stanza è un po'antica, ma è fondamentalmente simile a una suite. È una buona esperienza di soggiorno.

We booked this resort for an one night stay and that was the worst mistake ever going by the brand name Movenpick. When we entered the resort, there is no sign of Entry and Exit. Just a single security for both gates who asked to use same gate for entry and exit. Once we entered the reception area, no welcome drink (not even water ) or greeting of guest was done. Once we got the keys, the room service / helper wasnt even called to carry the luggage bag to the villa. Imagine you pay 1800sar per night and you are left deserted and the resort calls themself “5star” We carried our own luggage and went inside to notice hot water not functional, rusted appliances, dusty carpets and moldy ac vent and also moldy corners in the washroom, curtains not available on the curtain hooks of the master bedroom bathtub. Stained floors everywhere, completed zero maintained property. Accepting our mistake booking this resort, we still wanted to have a pleasant stay. Went to the beach area but shocked to see a small portion like pond called to be private beach area. And not to mention, super expensive rates for accessing cycles , motorboat and jetski . Outdoor pool was not temperature control so was completely unavailable to access. Finally back to the villa for the night, only to experience that there was no hot water coming in all washroom and kitchen. And all kids experiencing rashes and ichiness playing in sand. Finally kids bathed in cold water after waiting almost like 45mins for hot water. Only to notice that the hotwater main switch was switched off at the main electrical box. Despite the complaint, about hotwater in the kitchen area. The person said wait and he would come back to rectify in 10mins but it was 9pm already and had to call back receptionist asking for room change. They sent another technician to repair the taps for hotwater creating uncomfortable environment with no privacy until 10.00 pm.. for almost an hour technicians were working in the villa. Post dinner and board games , when entered the master bedroom was shocked to find ac not functional at 11.45 pm had to open the doors and switch on the ac from the common area and make the room cooler. Next morning kids got sick due to dust and molds and got nose block and my son left with severe rashes now on tropical ointments to cure his rashes. Overall it was a nightmare. Not even a 1star rated service.

I wanted to take a moment to recognize the exceptional service provided by Michael at the restaurant. During my recent stay at the hotel, I unfortunately became sick and came to Michael to ask for a very special drink (ginger juice). It was totally impossible since he didn’t have a juice maker. But Michael found different ways to get for me a drink that I need. I am truly touched by his thoughtfulness and kindness. It's not often that you encounter people who are willing to go the extra mile to make someone else's day a little brighter, and I feel that truly embodies the spirit of exceptional customer service. I wanted to express my sincere thanks and gratitude to Michael for his efforts, and to let you know how much I appreciate his dedication to his work. MICHAEL is a true asset to your team and a shining example of what excellent customer service should look like!!
