L'hotel è molto bello, è un Hilton e si vede. Stanza: le camere, anche quelle base, sono molto pulite, belle e spaziose e il mobilio è abbastanza nuovo; il letto è grande e comodo, assicura un'ottima qualità del sonno, mentre il tavolo e la sedia permettono di lavorare comodamente. La TV presente in camera è una smart TV, quindi è possibile collegarci il computer ma anche fare mirroring dallo schermo del cellulare. L'armadio per i vestiti è sufficientemente grande e la camera è anche dotata di cassaforte. Il bagno è abbastanza grande e funzionale. L'aria condizionata non è invadente e può facilmente essere regolata in modo che non faccia troppo rumore di notte. Ottima la connessione wifi. Lobby e spazi comuni: tutto molto pulito, accogliente e ordinato. Interessante il locale "business" dotato di computer e stampante a disposizione dei clienti (stampe a pagamento). Non ho provato la piscina e la palestra. Reception: ottima esperienza, personale sempre gentile e disponibile, mi hanno anche organizzato direttamente in stanza il tampone Covid necessario per rientrare in Italia. Ristorante: qualità abbastanza buona, forse un po' poca varietà nel menu e prezzi abbastanza alti, soprattutto per la media locale. Il buffet della colazione è abbastanza ricco ma è abbastanza costoso e la qualità non è eccezionale, soprattutto nei prodotti da forno (croissant etc). Posizione: è la vera nota dolente. L'hotel infatti è nella parte vecchia di Al Jubail, a sud del complesso industriale. Intorno all'albergo la zona è piuttosto brutta e offre molto poco sia come ristoranti che come possibilità di svago (non è il massimo neanche per fare una passeggiata). L'hotel è sul mare, ma la spiaggia di fronte è bruttina e ci sono cartelli che vietano la balneazione. Conto: nella media per un hotel di questa categoria. Conclusione: si tratta di un ottimo business hotel, specialmente se non avete altre necessità oltre al dormire e lavorare. In zona però ci sono altre valide alternative, soprattutto nella zona di Al Fanateer un po' più a nord che è decisamente più viva e accogliente.

Exceptional service regardless of it being understaffed. My experience was perfect yet I question a few things. How is a 7-floors hotels with over a hundred rooms managed by only one front desk employee? Of course I had some minor issues with dental kits for example and us having to ask for them, but Achmed from reception apologized for that and solved it. He was quick-witted and intuitive even during checkout time. The restaurant staff are kind regardless of the workload. I would rate the field employees with 5-stars. and management with 3-stars. but I know the rating has to be inclusive so I can't deny the exceptional service I received.

Location is near to City Center, easy access to highway, supermarkets and fast foods are near too. Room size is ok; I love the long working table in the room, giving me the space to work; I am delighted by the warmth of the staffs and particularly the efforts put in by the kitchen staffs. Nahar and Haitam, together with the many good staffs, have put in efforts to delight the diners with great taste, excellent displays and a very good spread! They even go out of the way to prepare dial, curry chicken and basmatic rice! I would choose to stay in this hotel in all my future travels, just to get a good breakfast!

Hospitality exceed my expectation staff is so friendly room is tide and clean breakfast have a lot of Variety quick reaction in any complains, location is front of sea and inside the city every thing near you if you are going to eastern coast recommended to try

Lobby is big but old style, they put some kind of groceries next to the reception so you can buy and pay there, staff ladies are very professional and helpful, room was good, clean and neat, bathroom wasn’t that clean though. Room service came with a good presentation and average taste.

Breakfast starting at 7.00 am I left and checked out at 6.30 am

Perfect Location Love my Room Corner King Room with Panoramic View of Both Sea and City views Outside View of the Hotel was Stunning especially at night time the Lights were so Beautiful from the Building itself. Room is Sanitized and very Clean. Even the hallways and elevators smells so good. The Pool has Magnificent and Awesome Views of City Lights during the Night time and Sea View Panoramic during Daytime. Overall experience was Excellent. Highly recommended and I will surely book again. The staffs are all warm and respectful. The Location fronting the beach was beautiful as I love sea views and beaches it soothes my Character and for me it’s therapeutic for the soul.

The only issue is that the location and immediate access to supermarkets, restaurants, etc. The surrounding area is not very walking friendly.

Firstly, the check was very fast and friendly, after reaching the room I find the panoramic view got shrink. On my request was shifted to another room with panoramic window, but was not spacious as first and what I booked for. Breakfast was awesome. Overall, the staff was friendly and tried their best to accommodate as much as possible according to the availability.
