酒店面對波斯灣，距離市中心步行約5分鐘。前台接待熱情，業務熟練，房間打掃乾淨，衹是浴室沒有門與衞生間地板隔開，容易把水濺落到地上。

Very inviting hotel and location is very convenient. I was impressed with the Staff. Reception Lead Ahmed ensure the reservation was administered and was knowledgeable and professional. The facility was new, updated and clean. All bedding was perfect. More western channels on TV and smart TV would be appreciated. The Housekeeping was well taken care and breakfast was always a pleasant experience. I will return and recommend to others for a safe and well-appointed stay. try the Hilton Garden Inn Al Jubail.

Comfy rooms, kind staff and a cozy pool. Room are clean all toiletries are provided. Towels bed sheets blankets and pillows are clean. Receptionists are kind and gentle. Room service staff are also very helpful and friendly. It’s 20 minutes away from Al fanater which makes it good for crowded days in aljubail

Exceptional service regardless of it being understaffed. My experience was perfect yet I question a few things. How is a 7-floors hotels with over a hundred rooms managed by only one front desk employee? Of course I had some minor issues with dental kits for example and us having to ask for them, but Achmed from reception apologized for that and solved it. He was quick-witted and intuitive even during checkout time. The restaurant staff are kind regardless of the workload. I would rate the field employees with 5-stars. and management with 3-stars. but I know the rating has to be inclusive so I can't deny the exceptional service I received.

Location is near to City Center, easy access to highway, supermarkets and fast foods are near too. Room size is ok; I love the long working table in the room, giving me the space to work; I am delighted by the warmth of the staffs and particularly the efforts put in by the kitchen staffs. Nahar and Haitam, together with the many good staffs, have put in efforts to delight the diners with great taste, excellent displays and a very good spread! They even go out of the way to prepare dial, curry chicken and basmatic rice! I would choose to stay in this hotel in all my future travels, just to get a good breakfast!
