Nice welcoming from Asma at the front desk . She was very Helpful, smiling, and also polite. We had appreciated it . Also , the hotel is located in the industrial area. But closer of the beach s as ‘s just about 25 lm from Fanater area which is the most beautiful aérés where to spend time in Jubayl

There are many reasons to highly recommend this hotel, but all of them involve the staff. Every single person I encountered has been outstanding I would like to single out two for very very high praise. One is Sabah at the front desk. She is beyond helpful - working with me when I had to go home for 2 weeks to ensure my goods would be kept safe - this including my laundry, so when I arrived back, my clean laundry from the day I checked out was waiting for me. This is not normal, but she made it happen. The other is Roushan from the aforementioned laundry. He is a tailor by trade, and he took the initiative to repair a damaged button hole on one of my shirts. I did not have to ask - he just did it. And it looks great. The wonderful thing about this hotel is the above behaviour is normal, not the exception. Highly recommended

This is the second time I have been to this hotel and it has been an absolute pleasure both times, I cannot recommend it enough. I am here on work so I do need the rest time after a hectic shift, the bed was perfect, the pillows let me wake up feeling refreshed. The staff have been fantastic, always smiling, always polite and very helpful. It is almost as though it is a family run hotel. I have had to extend my stay several times due to work extensions and it has never been an issue, it was taken care of immediately which sent my mind completely at ease. I'll be back again before the end of the year and I will definitely be checking in to the Coral Hotel Jubail for a third time. Absolutely 10/10. Thank you all for your kind and memorable hospitality, I'll be sure to see you again soon. Richie

La scena del mare è molto buona. La primavera calda del mare è in fiore. Il vento del mare è molto caldo. Ascolta la voce delle onde del mare dorme. Il ristorante può bere, ha una zona speciale di fumo, molto amichevole per i fumatori.

Visited Jubail city and passed by a recently opened Courtyard Hotel for a half day relaxation. The hotel has a cozy lobby, brilliant staff, wondaful amenities, spacious rooms, fantastic terrace view, phenomenal restaurant with delicious culinary. I stayed at Karan hotel for 3 weeks as part of the agreement with the company I was hired. My overall experience was great. The staff is very friendly, welcoming and courteous (Front desk, bell man, cab drivers, room service and duty managers). Quality of food served (Lunch and Buffet) was really good with range of variety. Evening dinner at Al-Barni was an amazing experience with plenty of options. Staff at the buffet section and Al-Barni was very friendly. Gym is available for fitness enthusiast. Thanks to the team at Karan hotel.

Hotel fantastico in termini di servizio, strutture e comfort. Adottando che la posizione non è ideale se stai cercando di esplorare a piedi, ma ero qui per il lavoro, quindi non era un problema. Il personale era incredibilmente amichevole e accogliente. Dalle strutture della reception, al ristorante ai conducenti. Tutte erano estremamente professionali e personali. Bella piscina nel centro e lo sportello mi ha tenuto contento durante il tempo di inattività. Buffet è stato di un buon livello. Il problema è che ci sono state troppe tentazioni, che mi hanno spinto a scegliere la scelta italiana e americana per la maggior parte delle notti. Le colpi di agnello erano di prima classe.

Tths sExceptional service regardless of it being understaffed. My experience was perfect yet I question a few things. How is a 7-floors hotels with over a hundred rooms managed by only one front desk employee? Of course I had some minor issues with dental kits for example and us having to ask for them, but Achmed from reception apologized for that and solved it. He was quick-witted and intuitive even during checkout time. The restaurant staff are kind regardless of the workload. I would rate the field employees with 5-stars. and management with 3-stars. but I know the rating has to be inclusive so I can't deny the exceptional service I received.

UUtente ospiteWe visited this 4-star hotel with family and were welcomed by the courteous staff. The environment was calm, and the look was clean with nice furniture. The buffet lunch was arranged on the 6th floor. It was a unique location, very close to Dareen and Fanateer beaches offering excellent options for a retreat for visitors of all ages. The sea view from this floor was amazing, just breathtaking. The cuisine was admirable with a good variety to choose from. The fish rolls were extremely delicious. The dishes included mixed grill (meat/chicken), rice with vegetables, beef steaks, several salad dishes, and sweets. We enjoyed the buffet lunch. The hotel provides free Wi-Fi and free parking. Another plus factor of this hotel is that there are many facilities and attractions around such as restaurants, supermarkets, and obviously the beach making your stay more comfortable and enjoyable. One important note: the hotel is now renamed Boudl Al-Jubail, probably due to a change of ownership.
