E partito tutto da quando sono arrivato e appena arrivati ero stanco volevo fare il check-in e andare in stanza invece mi hanno fatto perdere tempo a compilare un foglio con i miei dati anche se avevano già i miei dati dopo di che mi dà le chiavi per la stanza ma senza accompagnarmi c'è vi devo.dire sono stato in tanti alberghi a 4/5 stelle e c'era sempre qualcuno che mi accompagnava in stanza , ciò messo mezz'ora a trovare la stanza dopo di che apro la porta e vedo due letti singoli attaccati per fare un letto matrimoniale e un 3 letto singolo al lato e già da lì mi è iniziato un colpo con i mobili vecchi del 2005 tutti rotti graffiati lenzuola sporche asciugamani macchiati ecc potrei continuare per ore a descrivere poi seconda cosa io quando ho prenotato ho visto che l'aria condizionata c'era e vabbè non penso che devo vedere se c'era l'aria condizionata sapendo che è un 5 stelle ma in realtà è una cavolata mi hanno detto che non la accendono mai e ogni volta si inventano una data a me mi hanno detto che fino al 15 non potevano accenderla per motivi che non ho capito bah vabbè scendo giù erano le 19 per farmi un tuffo in piscina ma invece no la piscina dopo le 19 e chiusa sia quella dentro ed esterna anche il mare non è accessibile dopo le 19 , poi personale che non usufruiscono.della mascherina anticontagio palestre chiuse ristoranti dentro l'albero che non esistono apparte il buffet che trallatro online c'era scritto che c'erano 3 ristoranti palestre spa ecc in realtà non c'è nulla soprattutto il personale se lo dai 1 dinaro di mancia ti leccano pure i piedi sennò non fanno nulla ogni cosa che chiedi e un extra vi avverto le pulizie giornaliere sono.sc**** non igieniche velo sconsiglio questo hotel mi ricordo che quando ho fatto il check out non mi hanno nemmeno chiesto come mi sono trovato non mi hanno nemmeno detto buon rientro nulla solo incompetenti . Mai mai più ci sono alberghi a 4/5 stelle ma anche a 3 più professionali in quella zona mai più mi ha rovinato il weekend veramente non vedevo l'ora che finiva tutto

Wonderful from start to finish! I could not recommend this hotel more. For me, it was the hotel team. The hotel community went out of their way to connect with others and genuinely seemed to care. They showed pride in customer service and expressed that they take their five-star reputation seriously. The room standard was amazing. Due to rooms being fully booked over Christmas, I needed to switch hotels for the main Christmas days. I switched to the biggest and supposedly most “ luxury “ hotel in Sousse. Honestly, the switch was not worthwhile. I realized just how exceptional the quality is at the Iberostar Selection Kantaoui Bay. The housekeeping team visited daily providing toiletries, clean bathrobes and nice extras ( such as sweets and chocolates) to the room. Their friendly faces with their cheerful banter were a pleasure to embrace each day. The food quality was great! I do not consume meat or dairy but that didn’t make a difference, there truly is something for everyone. The fresh food selection was incredible and certainly unbeatable to those I had tried elsewhere in Sousse and Tunis. The cooks shared helpful recommendations and I tried a range of fresh local flavours. This hotel was comfortable, with a cheerful friendly team and positioned with an exceptional view of a gorgeous quiet beach. I would happily stay again, and I highly recommend the Iberostar Selection Kantaoui Bay. I would like to extend a huge thank you to the remarkable team.

Da questo hotel Era bello e tranquillo con la sua esistenza le camere dell'hotel Ramadan sono un po' date ma chi va in vacanza per passare tutto il tempo in camera È possibile camminare lungo la spiaggia al porto non si preoccupa con i taxi è circa un'ora di cammino Prendendo il tuo tempo Paragliding era 100 dinar tunisino o 150 per 2 persone e prendono anche i bambini o si può andare con il instruttore Hotel è stato tenuto bene e pulito Il manager dell'hotel sarebbe uscito alle 3:00 e sbattere il complesso completo con polvere e spugna Tutti il personale molto Parco dei bambini amichevole ha bisogno di un po' di lavoro Quad bici era 200 dinar tunisino per 2 persone che si raccoglievano dal porto che era per mezz'ora Alimento qualcosa per tutti se non provate mai sapete se si vuole cucina la terza volta in Tunisia ora sarà torna l'anno prossimo per il 18° compleanno dei figli

Siamo appena tornati dalla vacanza più rilassante. Ci siamo divertiti molto, proprio quello che volevo. L'animazione era una delle migliori parti della vacanza. Questa squadra era sorprendente. Erano davvero grandi con i bambini e tutti i clienti. Pensavamo che Hossem fosse sorprendente e un vero credito non solo alla squadra di animazione, ma all'intero hotel. Il ragazzo ci ha fatto sentire così benvenuti e mi ha fatto davvero volere prendere il haha archery. Sarebbe uno dei motivi che ci ritorneremmo. Non sappiamo come quel ragazzo ottiene la sua energia haha Me e il mio partner aveva un massaggio di hammam e un massaggio rilassante che davvero ha creato per una vacanza così rilassante. Non riesco ancora a credere quanto fossero economici. Pensavo che tutti i dipendenti fossero grandi e gentili. Avendo la piscina vicino alla spiaggia era ideale. Potresti solo scorrere tra le 2 tutto il giorno se volessi. Era bello trovare facilmente un letto a piscina o a spiaggia. Il cibo era ok. Ma servivano cibo per qualcosa di brillante, come 21 ore al giorno. La pizza a mezzanotte era la mia preferita. Le camere erano buone, forse un po' date, ma non trascorrete molto tempo nella stanza comunque. L'unica cosa che non mi piaceva era che la gente cercasse di venderti un'escursione, ma forse è solo me. Ero solo li' per rilassarmi. Tutto in una delle migliori vacanze che abbia mai avuto in un lungo periodo.

Stayed in this hotel with my mum who is 73 yrs old … unfortunately we came on the 1st September unbeknown this is when the Algerian holidays were … we were the only English in the hotel and were shown where to eat which was in a makeshift area not the main restaurant as this was only for soft bands .., not all inclusive … felt we were not worthy . The Algerians were given priority !! After a discussion with managers we were told we could eat anywhere we wanted however no food as the Algerian people took all food then left it on the tables !!! Disgustingly wasteful , we are out at hard rock most nights and other restaurants. The beach restaurant was lively during the day . Staff amazing and waiter service … the best place in the whole hotel to eat. Staff on the beach lovely but had to pay for mattress for sunbeds !!! Or lay on a plastic broken sun lounger !!! Also the drinks at the bar not good … handed out cans of beer as no draft !!! If wanting bottles of water they were at a charge even tho all inclusive !! These should be free however charged for water by bar staff!!! Bought 10 bottles to put in room as ran out of water. Snack bar in lower lobby between 3/5 small sandwich . Nothing left for other guests as only sandwiches made by 1 member of staff was like being in a prison getting rations Wifi sporadic only worked in reception area not near pool and intermittent in room …. Staff tried to be accommodating however Algerians took over the place . Even the children were disgusting and so rude. Very clean in communal areas and cleaners work hard to keep hotel Clean … however clientele very dirty leaving cig ends and rubbish all over even tho bins to use, communal toilets also dirty and no paper towels or toilet roll to use. Rooms need updating as old, we were on the reception floor very spacious however wardrobes and dressing table area infested with ants . Also in the bathroom . Shower in bath enamel in bath all chipped and very sharp when stood in bath to get a shower had to put a towel in bath to stand on as not to cut feet !! Clean towels daily in roomshowever only 1 large towel daily had to ask for more towels as 2 persons in room. All in all I think we chose the wrong week which put a total Dampener on our holiday. The Algerian rude people were everywhere and totally took over the hotel and they were gready and wasteful with food … Love this area of Tunisia however this hotel Not the best … would never return to this hotel however have stayed at the other Mouradi hotels which were a lot better booked to return November so will walk past this hotel and put it down to experience!!!

I am really very disappointed with my last stay in Movenpick Sousse. I can't find a word that describes this terrible experience and I will simply list the problems that I had to go through: - During the check in, I had to go through the queue 3 times. Since the room was not ready, the lady told me that she will bring me the room access card once available so I will not need to got through the queue again, and of course she did not. I went twice through the long queue for almost 30 min in order to get the room card -I booked a King bed room and they gave me a twin bed room. The lady in the reception did not accept to change the room and she told the will change the mattress to a big single one over the two twin bed and of course she did not -The towels are dirty and stinky -The sink is clogged - The TV is not working - We kept the do not disturb sign in the room during our stay because my wife got sick but this was not respecting by the house keeping and the maintenance agent. They entered the room without our permission - Their excuse is that they received an order form their manager !! -In the restaurant and during the diner, I asked the waiter for a cutlery (because you almost never find a prepared table in the restaurant) - The waiter pointed his finger to another table and told me to get it by myself !!! I am still shocked by this impolite answer !! I still cannot understand how this kind of unpleasant events can happen in this hotel and all together during one stay. If my wife wasn't sick, I would have left the hotel since day one. In short, this is a half start hotel

Hôtel bondé et donc tous les desagrements qui vont avec: resto sale, buffet ravagé, discotheque mal frequentee le soir, pas de clim. Aucun calme malgré la periode creuse choisie pour mon sejour! Personnel de chambre au top! Remarque: impossible de se poser au petit bar pour deguster un café et profiter du wifi car c'est envahi de personnes qui ne consomment rien mais fument assidument. Tres désagréable!

Definitely not a 5* but can’t fault it too much, the hotel was clean, staff were all friendly and welcoming - especially bar/ waiting on staff. Animation team were absolutely brilliant with us the whole time we were there. Always very cheerful and fun doing pool activities and getting involved with the guests. Only 1 problem with the staff was the guy who took our luggage of us, seemingly can’t of give him a good enough tip for then on he was rude towards us spoke to everyone else but not to us even when spoken too. Which was a shame because tips shouldn’t determine how you should treat someone. Bed & pillows were very comfy, the room was a good size plenty of space. We had a view facing the beach which was a nice view especially watching the sunrise in the morning - only problem was the noise at night time was very noisy especially on weekends could do with some better doors to block the noise the out. The handle to our balcony door was broken. Food was good, lots of different choices but was same throughout all week apart from Saturday, got a little sick of eating the same things. Puddings were great. Good location for the hotel, beach right opposite the hotel, lots of shops and restaurants close by within walking distance everyone even in the shops were welcoming and friendly. Pool area was good a nice big pool and big selection of sun lounges ( you have to go early to get a decent sun lounger) chilled music played throughout the day in pool area which was nice and relaxing. Lots of shade for when you get too warm in the sun. Although we didn’t have housekeeping in our room they were more than happy to help when we needed. Very friendly always got a good morning and good afternoon of them.
