I loved it here.

酒店接機服務不是全天服務的，晚上抵達機場，打出租車需要預訂等候了很長時間

很不錯啊，每次去出差都是住的這個酒店，很棒

It has everything I needed for my stay at San Luis Potosí. Very friendly and attentive staff. Nice breakfast buffet. I would stay at this very location again anytime

The front desk staff rarely answers their phone if at all. Their customer service service has been lacking leaving much to be desired. Their transportation is not always available when you need it even the though the driver is clearly available. Why offer airport transportation if you cannot use the service? Their office manager “Brian” is not very responsive. He will promise things and then when he cannot fulfill his promise he hides behind the front desk staff. I would not recommend this hotel.
