Magnums has been the backpacker hangout in Airlie Beach for thirty years. A great open pub (Beer Garden) facing the street, live music every day, a wide, typically Australian range of drinks at the bar. Airlie Beach has long since ceased to be a pure backpacker destination. Hotels, shopping streets and arcades, many new restaurants, bars and pubs have turned Airlie Beach into a small ”city”. The Magnums is really right in the middle, from here everything is easily accessible on foot. Thanks to the Magnums, the backpacker groove hasn't completely disappeared. Magnums offers accommodation in many varieties! In addition to double rooms with shared bathrooms, I would particularly like to mention the cabin we booked with a ensuite bathroom, toilet. AC and a fridge. The cabins are spacious, almost 30 square meters, have a small terrace and are distributed in the small ”palm jungle” in which all accommodations of the Magnum are hidden. A large kitchen complex is available for the residents of the Magnum (adults only!), which is equipped with everything (cooking stoves, toaster, refrigerators, dining areas, etc.). Dining tables are in front of the kitchen complex and others are scattered throughout the complex. Barbecue areas with dining tables are also distributed throughout the complex. It is charming that there is always a bench or a hammock hidden under the palm trees, where the guests can retreat with a book or the cellphone (the whole complex is very well connected with WiFi). Anyone who can do without the luxury of a five-star facility will be very happy at Magnums. The extremely friendly staff at reception, at the bar and in room service (every 4 days for longer stays) cannot be praised enough. We were looked after excellently and comfortably at reception by Maria. She answered all of our questions, made the bookings for our excursions, ordered the shuttle bus to the airport when we left and fulfilled our every wish during our 14-day stay. Airlie Beach ist schon längst keine reine Backpacker Destination mehr. Hotels, Ladenstrassen und Passagen, viele neue Restaurants, Bars und Pubs haben Airlie Beach zu einer kleinen „Stadt“ werden lassen. Das Magnums liegt wirklich mitten drin, von hier ist alles fussläufig leicht erreichbar. Dank dem Magnums ist der Backpacker-Groove noch nicht ganz verschwunden. Magnums bietet Unterkünfte in vielen Varianten an! Neben Doppelzimmern mit geteilten Badezimmern erwähne ich speziell die von uns gebuchte Cabin mit eigenem Bad, AC und WC soiwe einem Kühlschrank. Die Cabins sind grosszügig, fast 30 Quadratmeter gross, haben eine kleine Terrasse und sind im kleinen „Palmen-Urwald“ in dem alle Unterkünfte des Magnums versteckt sind, verteilt.

excellent hotel, highly recommend location is at the main street, and close to the wharf room is spacious, clean and fully equipped it's own restaurant is the best part, order a main course and you can enjoy the buffet of high quality appetizer and dessert. the atmosphere is also fantastique, live music is available

Non abbiamo quasi prenotato questa proprietà a causa delle recensioni, ma a causa del costo decisi di darle un tentativo. Bene, sono felice di averlo fatto. Ho trovato grande. Certo, è un po' stanco qui e là, ma tutto è stato molto comodo, molto pulito e per un piccolo studio c'era un sacco di magazzino, una cucina completa.

Il Mirage è un hotel magnifico con camere moderne e vista incantevole. Ci siamo trasferiti in un appartamento di due camere (camera 53) che ha vista sul mare e sulla piscina. L'appartamento era spazioso e disponeva di tutte le attrazioni. È un camion a 5 minuti per arrivare alla principale ****** in Airlie Beach che costa $10 ogni volta. L'hotel offre anche una navetta gratuita alle 10:30 e alle 2:30 pm ogni giorno che è stato conveniente. Ora per passare gli aspetti non così grandi dell'hotel. La spalla nella camera 53 è tinita, sporca e ho dovuto chiedere a qualcuno di venire al vuoto quando sono arrivato perché non volevo che il mio bambino sbagli su di essa. Anche con il vuoto era ancora disgustoso. La spalla deve andare! Le teste del letto devono essere sostituite, perché il materiale è fiocchiato e si trova in tutto il letto. Le scherme di doccia non sono state pulite del tutto. È necessario migliorare il livello di pulizia. Il colazione è piuttosto medio, la presentazione, la qualità e la varietà devono essere migliorati. La linea di vestiti portatili nella nostra lavanderia era vecchia e rotta, doveva essere gettata fuori e non offerta agli ospiti in tale stato. In generale abbiamo avuto un piacevole soggiorno.

Attualmente ci piace il nostro soggiorno a NRMA Airlie Beach. Le ultime settimane sono state insormontabile bagnate, cosi', come già detto, si tratterebbero di campeggi bagnati e muti. Il terreno è ben mantenuto con un'abondanza di piante tropicali e una vista di foglie. Ci sono un supermercato, la paniera e il macello in una passeggiata facile. Airlie Beach è a piedi per l'adattabilità e è estremamente piacevole lungo la passeggiata di vento. Il personale del parco è amichevole e ospitante e offre ogni settimana una varietà di attività sociali per gli ospiti, e credo che più camper dovrebbero sfruttarle, perché sono un buon modo per incontrare gli altri. In offerta è Bingo, Music Trivia, orario felice, ecc. Considerando che i viaggiatori di questi giorni viaggiano con alcuni vani estremamente grandi, vedo l'assistenza con il parcheggio come una vera necessità, poiché la maggior parte dei siti sono vicini insieme. In generale, la nostra esperienza è stata una buona: congratulazioni, abbiamo già prenotato di nuovo.

L'aeroporto ha un bus da trasporto all'hotel, il servizio dell'hotel è buono.C'è un bus gratuito all'ingresso, è molto conveniente andare in altri luoghi dell'isola, andare al porto per dieci minuti, è anche molto conveniente.L'hotel è una famiglia, molto comoda, se vuoi aggiungere letti, fornitura gratuita di letti, rapporto costo/prezzo alto.

Dal momento che abbiamo cercato di aprire la porta per avere la libertà la stanza pulita e temperata e “prendere il bagaglio” mentre lei parte, questo posto ha pagato un prezzo premio e non consegna. L'odore del ventilatore di scarico del ristorante vicino alla porta entra nel bagno e profuma la tua stanza!! È stato costruito vicino a 50 anni fa e sembra che solo il minimo minimo è stato fatto per aggiornare le strutture. Il frigorifero non aveva un adeguato alloggio (vedi foto) che un altro viaggiatore aveva preso in considerazione ai proprietari diversi mesi fa, e pensavo che li avrebbero sostituiti... ma no, che li avrebbe costati soldi. Nessuna tavola, solo una rack con nessuna trappola fornita. (Vedere foto) È dato 1 asciugamano bianco (grigio) sottile per ogni ospite, per un periodo di 4 giorni. Che scherzo, non avvertino le persone di questo fatto quando si prenota. Anche la rack fornita per asciugare le tue tole è indossata. Vedi foto. Il bagno sembra non essere stato pulito dall'ultimo secolo. Putrid. (Vedi foto) ci si aspettava di pulirla quando siamo partiti. Che mi ha fatto chiedere se queste unità sono pulite e saneate tra gli ospiti, soprattutto in questa età di Covid!! Certamente un pericolo per la salute. Nessuna schermata sulle porte, quindi non si può dormire con la porta o la finestra aperta per l'aria fresca alla notte. La sicurezza è una grande preoccupazione in questo caso, poiché la porta posteriore non ha una chiusura morta. Siamo stati avvertiti di ladri che entrano nel complesso, ma ovviamente non è stato fatto nulla per garantire le proprietà degli ospiti mentre sono fuori. Vorrei consigliare alle persone di guardare altrove in Airlie Beach e non sprecare soldi su questo dumping.

I thank you so much for making our kids experience unforgettable, my kids loved the way you treated them and literally told me we haven't had the best customer service before, this is the best place for families! We drove up from Melbourne towing our boat and stayed in a deluxe 2 bedroom cabin (sleeps 6) for 5 nights 26/6/23 to 1/7/23 - It was INCREDIBLE. This was our best family holiday so far. 2 adults and 2 kids (5 and 2). Our cabin was right next to the park and jumping pillow which was perfect! The play equipment was great and kept the kids entertained for hours as well as all the other kids staying in the park. Boat was easy to park just behind our cabin, others had parked their trailers/caravans there too so plenty of room while you’re there for storage. Our cabin was stunning. It was huge, full kitchen, lounge, dinner table, bathroom with a washer and dryer, tvs in both bedrooms and the lounge! Everything was super comfy and worked smoothly without issues. So good to be able to relax in your own space with everything you need and not take any dirty washing home! Only minor comment is that there was free wifi but it’s temperamental so we weren’t able to connect at all - didn’t bother us but just so you know. The pool was crystal clear salt water, huge, toddler pool also and a water park. Not heated so lovely and refreshing! The kids and us were fully entertained and enjoyed hours splashing in both. These facilities far outweigh other parks in the area and I wouldn’t choose any other park with kids. Hands down the way to go. The grounds are pristine and well kept, lush and so beautiful. So much space to play and walk and enjoy. Pedal carts were fun and games room took spare change haha! Reception staff always kind and helpful ready to go above and beyond. We had booked a room and tried to change it online but had issues through the booking company and extra fees. When we checked in they advised they upgraded us for free! AMAZING!! We rode into town for dinner and sightseeing a few nights/days and it was 3.5km, an easy ride our 5 year old managed no issues. Jubilee tavern is super close and has an awesome playground for kids. Also a great skate park just up from that and in Airlie an epic park too.so convenient to the park. We 300% recommend Discovery Parks Airlie Beach and WILL DEFINITELY be back to stay many more times.
