Buona sera, in questa splendida struttura ho speso sei mesi della mia vita al fianco di personale giovane professionale competente e dinamico. Ragazzi e ragazze giovani e formati professionalmente che hanno saputo allietare la mia lunga permanenza e che sin diventati parte della mia famiglia. Dall' albergo al ristorante agli altri servizi tutti veramente professionali.Un particolare plauso a Mss Pooja che ha sempre trovato la miglior sistemazione al ristornare ed ha spinto molto i ragazzi della cucina a viziarmi un Po.ai cuochi sempre gentili e disponibili, da Me Gopal agli altri giovani.da tutti i ragazzi in sala sin stato accolto un Po come una persona di casa e anche con i miei ospiti alle cene si sin dimostrati sempre gentili e professionali. Un grazie quindi a Mss Pooja MrGopal Mr Sonu Mr A vide sh Mr labana ,ed un grande Mr Nilesh molto molto professionale nella cura del cliente e del room service.mi mancherete .Grazie ancora.

Hotel dove ho passato 55 giorni nel 2021 e 4 giorni nel novembre del 2023 la qualità e affidabilità del gruppo Hilton è impeccabile come sempre. Camere belle ampie e pulito. My wife first came to check out the room in November. The same one we saw on the website. When she came they showed her the same exact room as shown on the website. It was nice. Then they told us not to book online because it's better if we book at the hotel. They wanted to charge us 1500 inr more than the site, so we refused. My wife booked it online. Then when we came to check in, the room they gave us was a different room. Not the one shown in the photos online. It was a Terrible room. The tv did not work at all and the window shade would not close. So it was really bright in the room, sun side. The bathroom shower curtain looked so old, I wanted to puke. Not the one shown in the photo, it had glass doors. So we complained and asked for the room from the photos. So yea they changed our room. The we started to relax in the room, but then noticed there was no window shade on 1 of the windows as well. But atleast it was not on the sun side. Then we tried to lay on the bed. The sheets wernt really clean. And the bed wasn't really comfortable. The next morning we went for a shower. No hot water at all. We even let the water run for atleast 20 minutes. And still no hot water. They ensured us they had hot water after we asked, and they wernt sure what was wrong. And they didn't have another room available. The water was freezing cold. At night trying to sleep, there was so much noise, inside the building between 11pm and 4am. It was so hard to sleep. Right above us was so much noise. Only giving it 3 stars because the staff, not the front desk or the guy that tried to charge us more, but the room service staff was very nice and accommodating. With that being said, next trip to Ahmedabad. I will be looking for somewhere else to stay.. I understand it's not a Marriott. But please atleast have warm water so i could shower properly. Also when we checked in they scanned my passport, they kept pushing the scanner down and took the scan a few times. They flattened out my passport which is annoying now that it won't stay completely closed.

It was my life biggest mistake to Book this property i never recommend to anyone my wife going to Ahmedabad alone there because of some office work her flight was reach 12:30 in night ahemdabad she reach in hotel @1 in night i alredy inform to hotel staff before her check in for smooth arrangment i booked best catagory room of hotel after she checked in she found ac was not working well I'm on a call with her she call to reception for ac problem but they are just reply it's working in 20 minutes 3 times they said same now it's 2am in night she was tired then i trying to call myself on hotel number hotel numbers which given on Google are coming switch off i trying to do 15 Times it's still coming switch off continue letter i trying to search from different websites to find out another number then one number i found and thank God it was working Mr . Vishal Suthar pick up the call i trying to tell him the problem happen with my guest but it's very shocking he started doing misbehave with me also he doing unnecessary arguments also he's abusing i ask him who are you he introduced his self as a owner of the property he said I'm the owner of hotel I'm traveling around the world in domestic all over India also i never get that kind of rude and horrible experience 3 times i talk with that person but he's doing same behaviour continue finally i keep quiet myself i was wake up whole night with Full upseted mind there's my guest was uncomfortable i never ever recommend this property to anyone also i request to mangement keep some polite staff there in future another guests will be safe from terror of Vishal Suthar.....
