Nice hotel with good location and nice food . Area clean . Too bad the English is no good. Little English to understand Dinner is good as well , like the environment.

Doesn’t fell like you are in 5 Star Hotel

Small clean hotel. With a gym spa and pool. The breakfast buffet was varied if repetitive but more than satisfactory. Did not eat lunch and dinner but the buffets looked good. Rooms were bright and clean and spacious. Bathrooms were well designed. Staff was curtious and efficient. The cafe took a long time with food, but the mocktails and coffee were quickly served and made well. The pool could have better ventilation but having an indoor pool is a plus. Overall reasonable price for well above average stay.

Amazing stay with great hospitality. Must visit when in ahmedbad.

I had gone to the outlet with my mother, sir The staff there is very good, specially Arjun Singh, he is very good, he provided excellent service, I will definitely come again, coffee is made very well, thank you Arjun This hotel is very close to the airport.

The restaurant's ambiance was elegant and sophisticated, with a warm and inviting atmosphere. The decor was modern and tasteful, and the background music was subtle and enjoyable. Thanks to the hotel management team to make our dinner muchh better

I'm not really one to complain, but I was very disappointed with this hotel after the manager handled some problems I had while staying there. After paying 20'00 INR for a room, I felt this hotel was not what I expected from the Marriott chain and I will certainly not stay here again. There was no hot water in my room and I couldn't not shower. Somebody was sent to look but couldn't understand me and after they left, there was no further follow-up to resolve the issue. The toilet flush broke shortly after, and somebody came and left again. I politely spoke with the manager and aired my concerns. I told her I was unhappy with the lack of follow-up and that they should have given me the chance to change rooms to shower, considering the price I had paid. I asked how I could complain about this. She didn't acknowledge my concerns, she just told me not to worry, she would email me. Now, one week later and no email - and still, one very unhappy customer. Strangely, I haven't received a "please leave us a review" email that I usually receive after a stay! Whilst problems sometimes can't be helped, the way that they are dealt with really matters. I stay in many hotels and have never had any issues that haven't been resolved fully, so I will be complaining to Marriott for the first time.

Excellent service at Courtyard SBR (Aura). The entire team makes you feel comfortable and at home. Great talking to all of you. Special thanks to Mr Wasid Haq for his sweet gesture. Keep up the great work Mr Wasid and his dedicated team. Looking forward to our visit back at Aura.
