Location – 9.5/10 Nestled in the heart of Adelboden, The Cambrian offers breathtaking views of the Swiss Alps from nearly every corner of the hotel. It’s centrally located, just a short walk from the village center, ski lifts, and hiking trails. If you’re coming by public transport, it’s easily accessible via bus from Frutigen train station. Rooms – 9/10 The rooms are modern, stylish, and incredibly comfortable, featuring minimalist alpine decor with warm wooden accents. Most rooms have floor-to-ceiling windows or balconies, giving you incredible views of the mountains. The beds are plush and cozy, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. The bathrooms are spacious, well-designed, and stocked with high-end toiletries. Service – 9/10 The staff is friendly, professional, and accommodating, always willing to help with recommendations for skiing, hiking, or dining. Whether it’s arranging ski passes or giving tips on the best trails, they go the extra mile to make your stay special. Dining – 8.5/10 Breakfast – A delicious and fresh buffet featuring Swiss cheeses, cold cuts, eggs, fresh bread, and organic products. The quality is excellent, and the mountain views from the dining area make it even better. Restaurant – The on-site restaurant, Nova, serves modern Swiss cuisine with a gourmet touch. The food is high quality, though prices are on the higher side. Bar – A cozy and stylish place to enjoy a cocktail by the fireplace after a day on the slopes. Spa & Wellness – 10/10 The highlight of The Cambrian is its world-famous outdoor infinity pool, overlooking the Swiss Alps. It’s a dream to soak in the warm water while taking in the breathtaking views. Outdoor infinity pool – The ultimate relaxation spot, open year-round. Indoor pool, sauna, steam bath, and relaxation area – A perfect way to unwind after skiing or hiking. Massage & treatments – Available for those looking for extra pampering.

The hotel was very clean, the staffs were friendly. Breakfast was yummy and the view was spectacular! Recommended! 👍🏻

Honestly my best stay we’ve had in Switzerland due to the views purely. The space is stunning but the staff could be nicer.

It’s a top hotel in the town. Room is spacious with spectacular view. Services and food are excellent. We had dinner at the hotel, I would recommend to try the beef with aged soya sauce.

Great place, lovely spa and little pool to relax with the view on mountains. The reception stuff has been great ! Special thanks to receptionist Benjamin. I had a suite with wide terrace and view on the mountains , amazing views! Also very nice lounge place with panoramic place. We came with a little dog, it’s a dog friendly hotel. Thank you !

攜程管家幫忙申請了帶陽台的全景房，視野沒得説，房間裏有Nespresso咖啡機，坐在陽台上喝咖啡看風景非常愜意，夜裡有很多星星。早餐豐盛，質量好。房間很大，床舒服，提供瓶裝水和汽水。前台服務員很熱情，到店可以要遊客卡，坐纜車有折扣。免費室內室外恆温泳池，室外有按摩泡泡，可以點飲料，有些時段可以拍照。桑拿區不可以穿泳衣，男女混蒸。健身區24小時開放，提供飲品和小食。酒店停車場20瑞郎/天，也可以停到旁邊公共停車場，16瑞郎/24小時。城市税4.1瑞郎/人。攜程網價格優惠，入住體驗好，感謝攜程。

這家酒店絕對徒有虛名，考網紅廣告吸引客人，實際上服務衞生都很差。我們入住後發現小毛巾里居然夾着兩個卷卷毛。早上出門申請打掃衞生，傍晚回來後發現衹鋪了個床，桌上的半杯水沒動飲用水也沒補，打開衞生間發現毛巾浴巾都沒清洗如果不好好改善的話，不僅自己不回來，也會勸大家不要再來了。

房間乾淨，環境不錯，但是來這個酒店一定要自駕遊，不然太不方便了，個人覺得住一天就夠了。如果有來的話車子停傍邊就好了一晚上要收20法郎有點離譜。

想定這家酒店的還是建議別當冤大頭，4000多一晚的給了個地下室住。在攜程按照圖片定的是閣樓帶樓梯的房間，辦理入住時給的是類似地下室的房間。拿着攜程預訂的訊息給前台看，被告知，攜程預訂的房型和攜程網站的圖片不一樣，如果想住圖片的房型需當場額外付款100瑞士法郎。當場聯繫攜程客服後，客服説他們和酒店聯繫，衹需要付款60法郎差價。不知道為什麼給客人的報價和給客服的報價不一樣。並且攜程表示，他們預訂的房型沒錯，是酒店提供的訊息不準確。第二天退房時，諮詢了酒店的經理，經理明確告知，攜程定的房型並不是圖片房型，並將準確的房型和她的名字都寫了下來。對於升房型產生不同的差價，理由是匯率一直在變，不知道什麼匯率能在幾十分鐘之內變動40法郎？攜程拿着假房間圖片欺騙消費者，攜程和酒店兩面在踢皮球，都拿消費者當冤大頭！

酒店前台非常會扯皮，定的南向全景房，給的頂樓的閣樓，沒陽台。窗户一點點大，好像在坐牢，不開窗就憋死，開窗10分鐘滿房間的蒼蠅和各種蟲子。求助前台，告訴我殺蟲劑也沒有。第二天才給換的房，體驗真的一般，酒店有很大嫌疑給幾天的訂單都是優先差房間有投訴才換

住過最滿意的酒店，一切都很完美，推窗就是夢幻山坡，可惜去的那天下雨，下次有機會還會再去住
