Excellent service, mostly Chinese food, but tasty, convenient location (nearby several metro stations). The view on the night city is magnificent

When checking in was told that if we wanted free upgrade we needed to cancel our whole booking and pay for brand new booking in cash. Totally unethical. Receptionist was not helpful sometimes. Few rooms had strong cigarette smell even though we asked for non smoking rooms. Disappointed that there's no bar fridge. Middle of the night could smell cigarette smoke in room while sleeping. There was no air conditioning in lobby. Reception didn't have a storeroom to keep our luggage after we checked out since our flight was late at night. told us to leave all luggage along the wall in lobby. Only commendable point was that housekeeping and maintenance gave immediate attention to our needs.

No English at the reception, they should better explain how to access the floor with the good elevator (you need to badge). The floor and windows are not so clean. The subway is a bit far (around 10 min walking). View, location and bedding are nice. Washing machines for clothes are available for free, what’s very convenient.

I think it is overrated. The hotel is normal. Clean is ok. Staff not cooperative.

The hotel is in a good location near the river and many restaurants within 5 - 10 minutes walking distance and just next to a bus station and 3 minutes from a public bus station hub. The rooms are nice and clean and have all of the necessary necessities. However, when I made my online reservation for the room I selected, there was no mention it did not have a window. Instead, it's a fake glass window with curtains and no view to the outside. Also, online it said breakfast not included, but can pay extra 38 yuan for breakfast. When I arrived and checked in, I asked about breakfast and was told the hotel has no restaurant, I can order online with **. However, it turned out using ** was convenient because downstairs in hotel lobby there is a ** drop-off cabinet where you can pick up your order. For only staying 2 days, it was okay, but I would not ever come back to this hotel for any long stay periods, even though the price was very affordable.
