Stayed here during the Meskel holidays. Checking in took some time (2 hours of waiting) since we had no choice but to go to the hotel early before the roads close. Place has modern amenities that made for a comfortable stay. Breakfast is okay, a good selection for vegans and health conscious alike.

基本滿分，房間設施新，服務熱情。早餐不錯。位置可以。缺點：門卡壞了兩次，酒店的餐食太貴了，溢價過高。餐飲性價比不行。

房間設施不錯，但是需要更新 飯店早餐不是很好，且有一天要提早也不能準備餐盒（要另外收15美金）含早餐一樣，非常離譜 大廳有蛋糕放盤子與夾子（不是迎賓餐點）而是要收費的，一份15美金，非常離譜的貴 記住！飯店什麼都要錢，要東西前先詢問一下

設施：好 衞生：好 環境：好 服務：好的

房間小了點，但服務設施這些都很ok。唯一不足，價格確實太貴了

房間很好，酒店的服務人員也很熱情❤❤

早餐也很豐富，值得再次入住！

Una delle migliori strutture alberghiere se non la migliore di Addis Abeba. Senza traffico 10 minuti dall'areoporto internazionale. Ottima cucina (tre diversi ristoranti) e colazione all'altezza dello stile Hyatt Come membro Globalist del mondo World Hyatt solo un po deluso del Lounge Club per la poca scelta nelle soft beverage e per il cibo proposto.

Albergo in posizione centrale e con ambienti e camere arredati in stile moderno. Camere molto pulite e dotato di una palestra attrezzata e piscina scoperta con acqua riscaldata. Raccomandato il brunch al ristorante Oriental all'interno dell'albergo.

Like most Hyatt Regencies, this hotel is quite solid and does the job well, being functional and good value for the money. As Globalists we were upgraded upon arrival to a suite. There was nothing wow about it and it was rather on the small side, but it was convenient having 1.5 bath and there were nice views from Meskel Square from our room. Breakfast was excellent, not only the restaurant was an inviting venue, but the food selection was on par with some of the best hotels in Asia and the Middle East. Happy hour in the club lounge was the lone weak point of this hotel in my opinion - the food was slim pickings. Service throughout the hotel was very good. Perhaps part of it was that staff do not often see young children as guests in this hotel which is more of a business hotel than a holiday destination. That said, it was quite striking that many staff were very friendly with our daughters, more so than in other places we have travelled to. The General Manager of the hotel was also visible and active, interacting with guests and with staff. He set the tone right and was a good example for staff to follow. Overall I am not a great fan of the HR brand in general because it can be a bit bland, but this hotel is quite good for what it is that I would have no hesitation returning.

We opted for a brief holiday, i am glad we settled in this fine establishment. All round perfection, MaashaAllah. Beautiful suite, great breakfast spread, room service and very supportive staff. The hotel is within town area and close to many amenities. They have a great spa to top it off.

From walking into the reception, to packing out your luggage is but a small part of the journey you are to start.Sit outside,close your eyes,hear the birds, this is Africa. Enjoyed the food, courtyard, and most of all the friendly staff, Tnx
