Hotel is old. The facilities are old. Staff are friendly to come to room to help fix the broken facilities n restoring the hot water supply for showering. Located in old city centre therefore it’s very convenient but also very noisy

Absolutely awful…. Had to cancel due to emergency illness and they rudely took no notice and didn’t even consider the situation. Continued to charge for full amount which did not help our situation as we were in another country and lost our flights too. NOT WHAT IS EXPECTED FROM A HOTEL OF YOUR STANDARD. Would expect a little better CUSTOMER CARE AND CONSIDERATION

The hotel was fine I mean it was really cold we were freezing at night and the breakfast was really bad I didn't like it had nothing only the soup was good and when we were getting our room the man wrote the paper wrong,I well give it three stars I wont recommend to stay here again if I come back to adana

Pretty bad. The room is long overdue a major renovation. Lobby was kinda nice.

All is very nice But no have Menemen from Breakfast. Herşey çok iyiyidi. Ama kahvaltıda menemen olamamasıntam bir hüsrandı bizim için.

Everything was good ! Recommend ! Especially swimming pool in this hot month!

Location was very central. Clock tower and the famous mosque is just a walk away. They serve good breakfast and room was pretty clean. Cheap room prices too.

Çok eski bir yapı resimlerde ve anlatıldığı gibi değil. Hizmet iyi denebilir. Odaların yenilenmesi lazım.

Kaldığımız oda inanılmaz pis ve eskiydi. Banyo lavobası pas içindeydi. Küvet dökülüyordu. Hatta ertesi sabah şikayet ettiğimizde biraz tamir ettiler. Beyaz havlular artık kirli griye dönmüştü. Restaurantta temiz hiç bir şey göremediğimiz için kahvaltımızı da keyifle edemedik. Konaklama için kesinlikle tavsiye etmem. Yurtdışına açık bir otelde yabancı dil bilen personel bulunmadığı için Hindistandan gelen misafirimiz açısından inanılmaz kötü bir deneyi oldu.

Ein durchschnittliches Hotel mitten in der City. Eine Renovierung würde dem Hotel gut stehen. Allerdings der Großteil des Personal ist freundlich und zuvorkommend. Frühstück ist leider alle Tage das selbe.
