Great location. Staff is as helpful s as can be. Rooms here are owned by different groups, the room I was in did have a smell to it but it was bearable. There were problems with the internet, that was annoying. The person assigned to my room was very attentive and helpful.

預訂金已好，到店時説和我轉了到另外一酒店主因是到店前兩天發短訊在微信要求護照圖片，如沒有的話有可能會取消。這個是不合理要求，因預訂金不可取消的，為何他可以取消呢。意思是我預訂後2千多人民幣一定會到店，轉酒店來來去去搞了一個小時，新的酒店級別和預訂的不一樣。所以覺得有欺騙的行為，有肉在砧板上的感覺。到新店要馬上付款，定金什麼時候轉回現在也不知道。不要來，不要來。

房間和其隨處位置表面看都還可以，在一個大型公寓的樓裏，樓中間有游泳池和一個小飯店，還算方便。但是該酒店式公寓並不由大樓物業運營，有任何問題大樓物業也不管，包括安全隱患。服務就比較一言難盡了，會早上五點打電話問客人要吃什麼早飯，明明頭一天已經預訂。此外連續兩個夜間有人半夜來敲門，還不斷的敲，投訴到大樓物業和酒店運營方都沒用，太可怕了，衹好趕快換酒店，攜程還不肯退房。
