Everything was great until...... My wife and I checked in Thursday for 3 nights. Upon check in, we were taken care of by Maria. Very sweet, attentive and had us on our way in no time. Thursday night was fine. Got up and went about our business Friday morning. Came back to the hotel Friday evening, head to the room and fell asleep quick. Then came Saturday morning. My wife is disabled, and we were on the 5th floor. We got to the elevator and waited about 4 or 5 minutes, and nothing happened. I called the front desk from my personal phone (the phone in our room wasn't hooked up) Was unfortunate to get a front desk person by the name of Kwamel. Very unprofessional individual. I asked if there was a problem with the elevators. He said yes, there were not working. I asked him how we were supposed to get downstairs. He directed me to where the stairs were. I advised him that my wife is disabled and not able to walk down 5 flights of stairs. In his own charming way, he had no other answer for me. I hung up and had to help my disabled wife down 5 flights of stairs with her walker and our cooler for the day. Took us about 25 minutes to get to the bottom as my wife had to take one step at a time holding on the guard rail with both hands. I had to stand under her so she wouldn't slip and fall. When I got to the front desk, I inquired how long they would be out. My wife and I were going to be at a convention all day but obviously needed them working before we got back later that night. Mr. Personality had no idea. I inquired what we were supposed to do if we get back and they are still not working as there was NO WAY my wife could WALK up 5 flights. He was very unsympathetic and showed no compassion whatsoever. There was another rep behind the desk. She kept quiet for a while which was probably better for her. She finally asked me to come to her. She looked in her computer and long story short, if they were not fixed by the time we got back we had a room on the 1st floor waiting for us. I would just need to clear everything out of our current room which of course I would. That reps name was Karen. She was very nice, polite and showed an interest in helping us. Kwamel showed NO SIGNS to help. He just stood there with his shirt untucked and looked like it had been slept in. Instead of being part of the solution he kept telling me no. Wonder if he would have felt the same way if it was his mom or his grandma that was disabled and had to walk down 5 flights of stairs. I called Karen later in the day and was told they got 1 side working but the other wouldn't be looked at until Tuesday (holiday weekend) I am very surprised they wouldn't have someone on call 24 hours a day in case something like this happens. Doesn't say much about how much they care about their guests. Got back to the hotel at around 8PM. We were greeted by Daniel. We told him what took place that morning. He was VERY apologetic and showed much sympathy. Kwamel should really take some notes from

Controllato nel Super 8 da Wyndham situato a 3801 Capital Blvd, Raleigh, NC 27604 il 31 maggio, 2022 per un soggiorno 4-night per il check-out il 3 giugno, 2022 pagato interamente in anticipo. Allora ho prenotato un'altra notte online per il check-out il 4 giugno, 2022. Sabato 4 giugno 2022, sono andato al Front Desk e ho chiesto di essere controllato sul mio soggiorno precedente e il soggiorno Folio è stato stampato per i miei record. Il Manager del Front Desk ha detto che è il suo modo o nulla. Il direttore del Front Desk on Duty ha insistito per prorogare il soggiorno, che ho chiesto di chiudere il soggiorno precedente, e mi ha detto che avrei dovuto pagare un deposito aggiuntivo di 40 dollari, che ho ricordato di avere un deposito di 40 dollari. Poi mi ha detto di tornare alle 2:00 per il check-in; e io le ho detto che era tutto a posto, perché ho qualcosa da fare alla vicina biblioteca pubblica di Green Road. Immagina la mia sorpresa quando alla Biblioteca, quando ho aperto il mio email, ho scoperto che il Manager del Front Desk aveva cancellato la mia prenotazione per il soggiorno di sabato/domenica. Quando sono tornato all'hotel, il direttore del Front Desk mi ha chiesto di andare con un troll per rimuovere immediatamente le mie proprietà dalla stanza. Ho chiesto di parlare con il suo supervisore, una richiesta che lei ha rifiutato. Si recò in camera(322) e metteva le mie cose in una borsa di rifiuti (sia bagnata che asciutta) - un sacco di merda e si mise a scendere e mi chiese di rimuovermi e i miei beni dalle stanze. Ho scoperto che tutti gli altri hotel della zona erano completamente prenotati. Ho aspettato fino a 06/07/2022 per porre il problema con il direttore generale dell'impianto che non ha trovato nulla di sbagliato con il modo in cui mi sono trattato. Poi ho deciso di condividere la mia esperienza presso il centro con il pubblico che viaggia.

Uno dei miei hotel preferiti a Raleigh $50 non depositare bugs, nessuna gente alta fuori. E 'un punto molto freddo proprio accanto alla brisa Denny e Bahama.

Non ci fermiamo solitamente a Residence Inn, ma i nostri piani di viaggio ci avevano a Raleigh per una notte e questo hotel aveva la migliore opzione per la nostra famiglia di cinque. Devo dire che sono davvero impressionato! Le camere erano spaziose, pulite e aggiornate. Il personale era molto amichevole e la zona di colazione era molto comoda. Questa era una delle più belle Residence Inn’s che ho soggiornato!

We stayed here after a long day of flying back from Europe. Front desk person was OK - not particularly friendly for check in but it was later in the evening. The room was great- clean, quiet, and comfortable. We were given the hours for breakfast which we were aware was not included in the room as this was not a Holiday Express. We went in the morning to eat as it was convenient so we had a drive ahead. We were there well within the hours of serving - but there was no food out in the buffet, no one to greet us or seat us but we could hear people in the kitchen. We waited a few minutes expecting someone to come out. Did not happen so we went back to our room, collected our things, dropped our key and left. Found a restaurant near by to eat at.

Abbiamo prenotato una camera per 2 adulti e 1 bambino, la nostra camera era bella e spaziosa con un letto di dimensioni reali e un divano da letto con salotto a sedia, che era anche un letto piegato. La stanza era abbastanza grande per noi per aprire confortevolmente un Pack-n-Play e avere ancora abbastanza spazio per funzionare. La camera ha anche due vestiti, una TV, un ufficio con sedie, due stand notturni, un mini frigo, un caffè, un armadio con cassaforte e un bagno con doccia a porta di vetro (nessun tubo). L'hotel è anche amichevole, quindi ho notato alcuni segni/scratches sul retro della nostra porta - ma non è stato molto notabile.L'hotel ha anche una sala fitness/studio e piscina. There is a sign in the bathroom that states in order to save on water/energy waste they will change out towels and sheets every three days, but if you’d prefer everyday then just let the front staff know. Noi siamo rimasti per cinque notti e le nostre lenzuola non sono mai cambiate, né la spazzatura. (Non è un commerciante per me, come mi piace la mia privacy e non sapevo che nessuno fosse stato nella nostra stanza.) Il personale era molto carino e ci salutava ogni mattina quando andavamo a fare le nostre esibizioni, e ci offriva anche di prendere delle foto per mostrare la nostra piccola quando era più vecchio. In generale, il nostro soggiorno era bello.

Tutto era grande. Il servizio al divano era efficiente e amichevole. La luce del bagno era un po'fuori, ma non era molto. Il letto era pulito e confortevole. Ci sono stati degli ospiti alti in mezzo alla notte, ma di nuovo, succede. Ci siamo divertiti. La colazione era deliziosa e le donne che gestiscono la linea alimentare erano gentili e molto dolci per noi. Grazie.

We stayed here based on reviews found on TripAdvisor. I agree the desk staff were great. The hotel is clean and the room was nice. We were staying for 6 nights but due to emergency we had to leave 2 nights early and staff was very accommodating. All that being said, we were not impressed at all with the breakfast. Whoever Seeham (breakfast person with great reviews and reason we stayed here) must have left. The buffet was lacking in variety and quality of food. We saw the breakfast lady refill coffee pot once on the first day, she never wiped the counters off and never refilled the pancakes/waffles and we got there halfway through the breakfast hours. The next days were pretty much the same except on the second day I had to find my own utensils in the cabinets and when she finally came to put some out she handled them without gloves. Actually she handled everything without gloves, not sanitary at all. We might stay here again but only for 1 or 2 nights. I won’t stay for more than that.
