Mi è stata data una vista laterale dello stretto al 7° piano. Era una vista molto laterale, ma la vista era abbastanza buona. La posizione è un po' scomoda. Non è molto lontano dal New Palace, dal New Galataport e da Taksim in linea retta. Tuttavia, l'hotel si trova nel mezzo di una pendenza. Non è conveniente salire o scendere essere detratto. Il servizio è generalmente buono, educato, premuroso e cortese, ne sono soddisfatto. La colazione è in stile europeo + stile locale e la scelta per gli stomaci cinesi è molto limitata. Dopo due o tre giorni ti stancherai un po'. Non ci sono molte varietà di frutta fresca, ma la qualità della frutta secca va bene. Inoltre il segnale della rete TV è scarso. Non so se questo è il caso solo nella nostra stanza o se è un fenomeno comune. Comunque puoi ancora controllare diverse stazioni televisive europee, americane e locali. C'è un grave ritardo nei quattro set centrali insisti a guardarlo per un po', si bloccherà. Lo scopo della segnalazione per la riparazione era di riavviarlo. L'ufficio tecnico sembrava essere ben consapevole del problema ma non era in grado di fare nulla, quindi alla fine hanno dovuto arrendersi.

Era gratuito, l'hotel è un sito storico e la stanza nell'edificio della reception è a una certa distanza. La posizione è ottima. È molto comodo andare ovunque. Overall, my stay at this hotel was excellent. The location was perfect, the facilities were outstanding, and the hotel offered a very convenient feature: the basement level is directly connected to two shopping malls, which made shopping and dining extremely easy. The rooms, cleanliness, and overall atmosphere met the standards expected from a five-star hotel, and I was very satisfied with most aspects of my stay. However, my main concern was the reception staff. I found their attitude unprofessional and unfriendly. For a five-star hotel, I expected a warmer welcome and more courteous communication. The staff rarely smiled and sometimes spoke in a rough manner. One particular incident was disappointing. I asked a receptionist whether the minibar items were complimentary or chargeable, and I was told in a dismissive way that they were free. However, during checkout, I was informed that the minibar items were not free and I was charged approximately $60. This created an unpleasant ending to an otherwise enjoyable stay. Despite this issue, the hotel itself is very good, but I believe the reception team’s professionalism and communication need improvement to match the quality of the property.

I had a wonderful stay at the DoubleTree Sirkeci. The hotel was incredibly comfortable, with spacious rooms that offered plenty of room to relax after a long day of exploring the city. One of the highlights of my experience was the warm and helpful staff. Always polite, attentive, and ready to assist with any request. The location is a major plus. Situated right in the heart of the city, it's within walking distance to two tram stations, making it very convenient to get around. It's also close to the Bosphorus Strait, perfect for those who want to enjoy a scenic stroll or hop on a ferry. Another great feature is the on-site dining. The hotel has food and beverage outlets right downstairs, which made grabbing a quick bite or enjoying a relaxed meal very easy. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and great service in central Istanbul.

Hotel carino e pulito. Non lontano dall'aeroporto. (taxi 600 lire). Bella camera. Avevo una deluxe. Accappatoi, pantofole, articoli da toeletta, tè, caffè. Ragazze gentili e carine alla reception. Ci sono persone che parlano russo. Pulizia, acqua potabile in bottiglia ogni giorno. Hamam, jacuzzi, piscina interna ed esterna. Mi è piaciuto tutto. Un piccolo neo è la piscina esterna. È pulita, tutto è a posto. E danno ciabatte e un asciugamano. Nessuna lamentela sull'hotel. Ma non sapevo che si potesse accedere alla piscina pagando un biglietto d'ingresso. E dato che i bambini erano in vacanza, faceva caldo, c'era molta gente che voleva andarci. I bambini urlavano, giocavano a palla, saltavano dai bordi della piscina. Naturalmente, sono stato colpito in testa due volte da una palla e un bel colpo da un ragazzo che si è tuffato in acqua. Ho scelto questo hotel per la piscina, sperando di sdraiarmi lì, nuotare e rilassarmi tra un volo e l'altro. Non ci avevo pensato bene) ) Ma, dato che il flusso principale arriva all'ora di pranzo, ci si può rilassare in piscina la mattina) Ho soggiornato per 3 notti. Sono stato soddisfatto. Nelle vicinanze, a 10 minuti di taxi (180 lire), c'è un meraviglioso lungofiume con negozi e divertimenti. Il WiFi in hotel non è male. E in camera, in piscina e in strada (l'hotel ha terrazze pedonali), prende ovunque. Un buon hotel! Lo consiglio!

We stayed from 31 December to 2 January, and it was a truly lovely experience. The staff were exceptional — every single person was warm, kind, and welcoming. The manager was especially wonderful, and even her two dogs added such a homely, comforting touch. We felt safe at all times, which meant a lot, especially over New Year’s Eve. Our room was clean, comfortable, and beautifully kept. We also enjoyed excellent wine during our stay. The location is fantastic — within walking distance of Galata, Galata Tower, and Karaköy, and on the 31st we were able to walk safely to the Karaköy waterfront to watch the fireworks.

The guest was very satisfied with the comfortable room, cleanliness, friendly staff, and convenient location. Communication was professional, and everything was handled efficiently.
