Fantastico! Sono una donna che soggiorna a Istanbul per quattro giorni, se hai paura di viaggiare da sola questo è il posto giusto! Personale super gentile, cibo fantastico (Nobu è famoso per la cucina giapponese) Ho provato la spa, tutti i ristoranti e la colazione è superba, oltre le 5 stelle (offrono champagne a colazione) I letti sono enormi; le docce sono fantastiche, un piccolo problema per l'allagamento del pavimento della doccia, ma sono riusciti a risolverlo. Per il taxi, prenota in anticipo con il concierge, così niente più confusione dall'hotel all'aeroporto (45 minuti di viaggio)

Non c'è parcheggio qui e il parcheggio è molto difficile Se hai una macchina, prova a non prenotare questo hotel. A parte l'inconveniente del parcheggio, tutto è buono. Il servizio è di 200 punti. Ho soggiornato per 2 notti e la colazione era molto ricca. La signora alla reception è venuta a salutarmi ogni giorno Poi c'era un bus navetta per le attrazioni circostanti. Era gratuito, l'hotel è un sito storico e la stanza nell'edificio della reception è a una certa distanza. La posizione è ottima. È molto comodo andare ovunque. L'interno della stanza è particolarmente turco e la luce che filtra attraverso la grata è davvero adatta per stordirsi

Overall, my stay at this hotel was excellent. The location was perfect, the facilities were outstanding, and the hotel offered a very convenient feature: the basement level is directly connected to two shopping malls, which made shopping and dining extremely easy. The rooms, cleanliness, and overall atmosphere met the standards expected from a five-star hotel, and I was very satisfied with most aspects of my stay. However, my main concern was the reception staff. I found their attitude unprofessional and unfriendly. For a five-star hotel, I expected a warmer welcome and more courteous communication. The staff rarely smiled and sometimes spoke in a rough manner. One particular incident was disappointing. I asked a receptionist whether the minibar items were complimentary or chargeable, and I was told in a dismissive way that they were free. However, during checkout, I was informed that the minibar items were not free and I was charged approximately $60. This created an unpleasant ending to an otherwise enjoyable stay. Despite this issue, the hotel itself is very good, but I believe the reception team’s professionalism and communication need improvement to match the quality of the property.

What truly stood out was the staff. Polite, attentive, and genuinely eager to help, they went above and beyond to ensure our experience was seamless. From offering thoughtful recommendations to accommodating our needs with a smile, their kindness added so much to our visit. I’m thrilled to have discovered Mola İstanbul—it’s a haven of comfort and joy in this vibrant city. If you’re looking for a place where quality service meets a family-friendly vibe, look no further. I had a wonderful stay at the DoubleTree Sirkeci. The hotel was incredibly comfortable, with spacious rooms that offered plenty of room to relax after a long day of exploring the city. One of the highlights of my experience was the warm and helpful staff. Always polite, attentive, and ready to assist with any request. The location is a major plus. Situated right in the heart of the city, it's within walking distance to two tram stations, making it very convenient to get around. It's also close to the Bosphorus Strait, perfect for those who want to enjoy a scenic stroll or hop on a ferry. Another great feature is the on-site dining. The hotel has food and beverage outlets right downstairs, which made grabbing a quick bite or enjoying a relaxed meal very easy. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and great service in central Istanbul.

Hotel carino e pulito. Non lontano dall'aeroporto. (taxi 600 lire). Bella camera. Avevo una deluxe. Accappatoi, pantofole, articoli da toeletta, tè, caffè. Ragazze gentili e carine alla reception. Ci sono persone che parlano russo. Pulizia, acqua potabile in bottiglia ogni giorno. Hamam, jacuzzi, piscina interna ed esterna. Mi è piaciuto tutto. Un piccolo neo è la piscina esterna. È pulita, tutto è a posto. E danno ciabatte e un asciugamano. Nessuna lamentela sull'hotel. Ma non sapevo che si potesse accedere alla piscina pagando un biglietto d'ingresso. E dato che i bambini erano in vacanza, faceva caldo, c'era molta gente che voleva andarci. I bambini urlavano, giocavano a palla, saltavano dai bordi della piscina. Naturalmente, sono stato colpito in testa due volte da una palla e un bel colpo da un ragazzo che si è tuffato in acqua. Ho scelto questo hotel per la piscina, sperando di sdraiarmi lì, nuotare e rilassarmi tra un volo e l'altro. Non ci avevo pensato bene) ) Ma, dato che il flusso principale arriva all'ora di pranzo, ci si può rilassare in piscina la mattina) Ho soggiornato per 3 notti. Sono stato soddisfatto. Nelle vicinanze, a 10 minuti di taxi (180 lire), c'è un meraviglioso lungofiume con negozi e divertimenti. Il WiFi in hotel non è male. E in camera, in piscina e in strada (l'hotel ha terrazze pedonali), prende ovunque. Un buon hotel! Lo consiglio!
