Royan Suites

Best boutique hotel to stay in around the Sultanahmet area. Rooms were very clean, the staff were excellent, and their service was superb. Enjoyed the breakfast as it was something different and nice compared to other hotels I have stayed in the past. From a scale of 1-10, I would rate them 20 as I would recommend everyone out there to stay here.

地理位置很好，在老城區的景點都是靠步行，酒店類似於民宿，不大，環境挺温馨的，看起來挺乾淨，老闆人也很好，很熱心幫我們拿行李。早餐非常豐盛，很有特色。但是感覺價格有一點點高，其他都不錯。

非常推薦 1，位置離景區很近，步行6分鐘 2，房間乾淨寬敞 3，店裡的人員特別的好，早餐也不錯

Всем привет! Отдыхали в этом отеле в феврале 2022 года. Отель обалденный! Находится под стенами Айя софии, все основные достопримечательности в шаговой доступности, как и набережная. Чистота отеля, обслуживание, очень приветливый персонал-все на высоте! А завтраки-отдельный вид искусства. Отель маленький-всего 9 номеров. В номере тапочки, фен, кондиционер, холодильник и одноразовый набор для душа. Всем от души рекомендую. Мы ещё вернёмся.

This is absolute gem of a hotel. It is within few min of walk to blue mosque and Ayasofia. The rooms are renovated, super quiet and clean, come with mini fridge and coffee / tea maker. Beds are super comfortable. The breakfast is simply out of the world. The staff was super helpful. We got 2 rooms for a family of 5. Highly recommended and will come back again.

Royan Suites is in a great location in Sultanahmet. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby and a few minutes walk to Hagia Sofia and Blue Mosque. The room was spacious and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and served welcome coffee on arrival. Also, one of the best hotel breakfasts I have had. Would definitely stay here again if back in Istanbul.

Wonderful boutique hotel and made my 3-day stay in Istanbul feels like home. Staffs are super friendly, room is spacious, bed is comfy, bathroom is clean, internet is reliable and the room I stayed in was really quiet. The pictures online are pretty accurate. The hotel has no elevator, but staffs helped with my luggage. Breakfast is really good, but I kind of wished there are more diversities in fruits and veggies day to day. Restaurants nearby are expensive since this is an area only tourists stay, but I feel safe walking around at night. It takes less than 10 minutes walking to main attractions nearby. If you only stay for a few days to visit, and wants to avoid other people at the nearby tourist attractions and get a head start of the day, this would be an ideal stay.

We stayed 4 nights in the hotel. I do not recommend this hotel for a family with a baby. First, there is no lift(elevator), so you should park the buggy in the lobby and you have to take back all baby stuffs everyday. Second, the hotel is located noisy area. There is a pub near the hotel and the music is so loud even 1am. It is explained as soundproofed room, but me and my wife could hear the music very clearly. I don't know why it is explained as soundproofed. So please note that not for you but your baby also could wake up in the night. I asked the hotel employee whether there is any solution for this, but he told me there is no way and it is general in that area.. Third, the room was not cleaned well. You should know that the room cleaning is only done in the mornig time. We went out the room around 2pm, and after we came back the hotel, we were suprised because the room was not cleaned. And there was no explanation about room cleaning time. Also, the floor was not cleaned well after the cleaning. There was an empty amenity bottle on the floor of the shower booth. So we asked to the house keeping lady to clean it next day, but she said it is not her job. I don't know who cleans the floor of the room(maybe no one). Overall, it should be less than 3 star hotel, and not 4 star quality... I had read may good reviews for this hotel and believed them.
