The hotel is in a great location. You can use the thermal pools and spa until late hours, which is a big plus. I have stayed here twice, and both times I was very satisfied. The staff are genuinely attentive and helpful. The breakfast impressed me a lot — there was a wide variety of options. I will definitely stay here again on my next visit.

Günübirlik Bursa turunda tercih ettik. Otel Konum olarak doğrudan turistik bölgelere yürüme mesafesinde olmasa da araçla çok yakın. Gürültü olmaması için böyle tercih etmiştik ki doğru tercih ettiğimizi anladık. Konum itibariyle huzurlu bir yer. Çalışanlar ***et yardım sever kişiler. Açık büfe kahvaltısı yeterli. Verandasında oturup dinlenmek için iyi. Kaldığımız oda ***et kullanışlı ve temizdi. Banyoda musluğun üzerine diş fırçası vs koymak için küçük bir raf koyarsanız; daha iyi olur. Bir de camları kapatıp açarken kornişler camlara çok yakın olduğundan biraz zorlanıyor. Tekrar bir Bursa seyahati düşündüğümde tercih edebileceğim bir nokta oldu.

Questo è un ottimo hotel con un servizio così bello e gentile, consiglio migliore a tutti di visitare questo hotel ! Il centro Spa è fantastico, con molte piscine e jacuzzi.

Io e mia moglie siamo rimasti qui e ci hanno trattato così bene, il personale era molto amichevole e anche decorato il letto con fiori come una sorpresa! Il personale era molto utile e gentile, risposero al telefono quando abbiamo chiamato e risposero molto rapidamente! La stanza stessa era molto bella, gentile e temperata con un sorprendente bagno. Mi aspetto di rimanere ancora in sheraton in futuro.

Ailece kaldığımız otelde genel olarak hizmetten memnun kaldık. Odalar düzenli ve temizdi. Kahvaltı güzeldi. Konum olarak uludağ yakın ve bursa'ya üst bakan bir manzarası var. Otopark yetersiz kalıyor anladığım kadarıyla o yüzden dışarı park ettim birkaç sefer. Onun dışında bir tavsiye edebileceğim bir oteldir.

Прекрасный отель в тихом и зелёном месте. Чистый, просторный номер, много светильников, кровать king size, журнальный стол, два кресла,, белоснежные простыни. До центра города полчаса пути (дойти до остановки и доехать на любом автобусе). Уборка каждый день. Приятные люди на ресепшн. Есть своя термальная баня, где можно заказать индивидуальное парение за 500 лир.

L'hotel era pulito, i dipendenti erano molto gentili e risate, le ore di tè e i bonus erano molto migliori di quanto ci aspettassimo, e erano deliziosi, in buona salute nelle mani del capo. E' una buona idea creare un'area tranquilla nel settore spa, ma in questo settore abbiamo incontrato una volta una famiglia con bambini di 3-4 e una volta un ospite interessante che ha fatto saltare in piscina, fortunatamente non ha avuto molto tempo per divertirsi (!). Forse sarebbe meglio se ci fosse un personale che controllasse queste situazioni e avvertesse se necessario, e in secondo luogo, era troppo caldo in tutto il comparto. Usiamo gia' un po' caldo, una stanza di vapore, una sauna, eccetera, e quindi la temperatura ambiente è un po' inquietante quando si raggiunge 30-35. E poi, la temperatura è alta, solo la jacuzzi in zona tranquilla è un po' più fredda, vorrei che invece fosse una piscina termica e una piscina normale. Siamo andati come un gruppo di amici e ci siamo divertiti molto, un hotel che penso di tornare.

Abbiamo fatto una prenotazione senza cibo, quindi non abbiamo fatto cena o colazione, perché il parcheggio è limitato, i nostri amici hanno dato la chiave per parcheggiare il nostro auto a circa 150 metri di distanza dall'hotel. (Non è un problema per me)

We had an amazing experience at Mövenpick Hotel Bursa, everything about this hotel exceeded our expectations. From the elegant interiors to the warm hospitality, it truly delivers a 5 star experience in every sense. The location is excellent, close to downtown Bursa yet peaceful, with easy access to major attractions, shopping malls, and dining spots. The views of the city and surrounding mountains from our room were absolutely stunning, especially at night. Our room was spacious, modern, and spotlessly clean. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the bathroom was equipped with high end amenities. Every detail, from lighting to layout, made the stay relaxing and luxurious. The service was outstanding. The staff were courteous, professional, and genuinely attentive to every request. Check in was smooth, and the team made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Breakfast at Mövenpick was a highlight, a beautiful buffet spread with a wide range of Turkish and international dishes, freshly baked pastries, and excellent coffee. The restaurant staff were always friendly and made dining a pleasant experience. Overall, Mövenpick Bursa combines Swiss precision with Turkish warmth, offering comfort, great service, and luxury in one place. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely return on our next visit to Bursa. Highly recommended for families, couples, or anyone looking for a peaceful yet luxurious getaway!
