La prima notte mi mettei in una stanza con un aria condizionata che correva ma non si raffreddava. La seconda stanza aveva una famiglia di persone molto alte che andavano la maggior parte della notte. Il personale è amichevole e attento, ma ostruente. Mi trasferirono in un'altra stanza con un'ottima aria condizionata e confortevole. Ho vissuto in Asia SE e sono familiare con la cultura. Tuttavia, sempre chiesto: “Dove vai” o “Cosa stai facendo?” mi ha fatto sentire molto incomodo. Digli semplicemente che se hanno bisogno di qualcosa o hanno domande da chiedere, invece di sentirmi interrogato ogni volta che sono andato in hotel e fuori. La ragazza che serviva nella sala da pranzo aveva un sorriso caldo e era molto gentile, e sempre cercava di servire bene e faceva bene. I giorni che era andata via, era una brutta esperienza di provare a fare un semplice colazione. Solo cercando di ottenere sale o di ottenere condimenti per poter mangiare il mio cibo mentre era caldo, era quasi impossibile. Come un nuotatore di esercizi, la piscina era molto incerta, e io chiesi se potesse essere pulita e se fossero resistenti a farlo, e alla fine era pulita e poi era molto meglio. Ho prenotato la mia camera per due, e la mia ragazza poteva stare con me solo una parte del tempo. Una sera, quando andai in ricetta con lei, il ragazzo era brutto e disonesto e ci interrogava entrambi. E' stata una situazione molto incomoda e inaccettabile. L'avevo prenotato per due settimane; due giorni prima di partire, una sera, c'era un ratto che correva sul soffitto vicino al soffitto. Non mi sono lamentato perché il mio soggiorno era quasi finito e non so cosa cercarebbero di fare per rimediare alla situazione. I balconi sono belli e in generale è tranquillo e tranquillo.

I have stayed at a lot of 5 star resorts throughout Asia and TUI Blue is easily one of the finest I've been to, from reception to meals to the cleaning staff, grounds staff, and spa staff. I booked this TUI Blue late because I was completely dissatisfied with a nearby hotel that did not provide the luxury service they advertised. The worst decision I made on this vacation was booking that other hotel and the best decision was leaving and booking TUI Blue. Upon arriving we were met by Somalai, from reception, who took our bags, gave us a cold towel to refresh ourselves and a welcome drink. It is just what I would expect and a precursor to the experience I was about to have. Alogic gave me a short tour as he showed me to my room and was blown away at the accommodations. Our Welcome was fantastic and showed me exactly what I was to expect from my stay that the other hotel could only fathom. Rooms were huge with lounge, kitchen, tub and shower, two patios, and comfortable beds. The large pool was clean, with comfortable lounges with a gorgeous landscape. Had a great spa treatment and had access to a Japanese bath. We booked our Angkor Wat tour with reception and it was excellent and exceeded my expectations. At every stop we were given a cold towel to wash and ice cold water to refresh and replenish ourselves in the intense heat. Our guide and van driver were excellent and made out tour special. TUI Blue offered exceptional service and quality and I will forever be grateful for turning what could have been a nightmare at another hotel into a dream experience.

We stayed 5 nights at this hotel, the manager Khema is so lovely very professional approach to her job, being helpful, sugested hairdresser next door which cost 3dolllar for wash and blow👍 The hotel tuk tuk driver Nat is the best in Siem Reap, took us to the Angkor Wat and everyday when we need him was on time 👍👍 Well done Nat you made our staying Siem Reap . Ho avuto un ottimo soggiorno al Memoire Palace Resort & Spa. Dalla mia arrivo, tutto il personale mi ha reso felice e ben curato. Non ricordo nessun nome, ma veramente, ogni persona con cui ho interagito era amichevole, gentile, e professionale. Il resort stesso è bellissimo molto tranquillo, con un bel giardino e piscina che è perfetto per il relax. La mia camera era spaziale, pulita e molto confortevole. Apprezzo in particolare l'atmosfera tranquilla in tutta la proprietà, che mi sembrava una vera fuga dal mondo occupato. Il cibo del ristorante era anche grande, e il colazione era molto vario. Raccomando questo resort a chiunque visiti Siem Reap.

We stayed in the connected family rooms. The bigger room has a better view, is bright and spacious. You will be woken up by the roosters early in the morning, but our daughters did not mind. I stayed in the smaller room, which is a lot quieter, but it’s dimmer. Both rooms are well maintained and cleaned well, which is rare in Cambodia as we have experienced many overpriced but badly managed hotel rooms. The swimming pool is nice and cozy, and the food is great. We ordered a sandwich for snack and it is well made (Well done, chef!). Internet is great around the pool area, but really choppy in the room. We used our own internet data, so it’s fine for us. We paid for breakfast on the last day for convenience, coffee is above hotel average and they have a nice selection of food. However, the same front desk staff clearly gave us different information on the breakfast price before and after we ate the breakfast, making it a little annoying at the end of the trip and leave a bad impression on their professionalism. I will definitely come back for the rooms and the pool, but would recommend people pay for their food right away to avoid any bad feelings when checking out.

Congratulato con il mio soggiorno

Vorrei poter mettere 10 stelle per il servizio, grazie a tutto lo staff, in particolare a Sokla, che ha reso il nostro soggiorno tranquillo, facile e memorabile. Tutto il personale è disponibile e attento e ci ha aiutato a noleggiare motociclette e prenotare tour ecc. L'area del giardino e dell'area della piscina sono serene e le camere spaziose e confortevoli. Abbiamo provato anche la spa, anche questa è stata meravigliosa. Lo consiglio vivamente a chiunque, dalle coppie alle famiglie.

Le strutture della stanza sono pochi anni fa, ma il servizio è buono.La posizione geografica dell'hotel è anche buona. E' conveniente andare a cena, shopping supermercato, cavallo e pollo.

Ho vissuto due notti. La zona pubblica è molto calda perché il condizionamento non funziona, ma la stanza è molto pulita, il personale è molto amichevole, sono in generale soddisfatto. La posizione dell'energia nella stanza è difficile da capire, quindi ho passato il primo giorno. Il giorno dopo, il concerto è durato fino alle 22:30, vicino alla piscina 1F, molto complicato. Il giorno dopo, coloro che camminano lungo per visitare le rovine non potranno dormire pienamente il giorno precedente. Se possibile, spero che il concerto finisca alle nove.

L'hotel di Qiang 5 stelle è completamente attrezzato, solo con WiFi in camera è povero, la colazione è ricco, il traffico urbano è conveniente, l'altra parte è villaggio culturale e grande motocicletta, ma ci vuole più di dieci minuti per andare a casa.
